c'est ma réservation de dernière minute dans cet hôtel. tout était excellent. salle à manger dans la chambre ouverte 24h / 24 et facile pour vous de commander de la nourriture le soir. personnel également sympathique, chambres assez petites mais globalement agréables et confortables

Tout est parfait pour moi. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner, avant d'entrer, le personnel n'a pas nettoyé la table jusqu'à ce que. je demande à faire donc et aucun personnel de la réception n'informe ched de remplir la nourriture jusqu'à ce que J'informe la personne responsable, je pourrais ne pas remplir de nourriture alors que plus de gens viennent pour le petit-déjeuner. Le personnel du restaurant doit alerter davantage avant que les gens ne se pressent. . . Dans l'ensemble, je suis satisfait de l'hôtel exceot pour ce qui précède

Très excellent service, à quelques minutes seulement, après l'enregistrement. Reçu un appel de la réceptionniste pour s'assurer que toutes les installations étaient en bon état. Tq tellement

Overall, my stay at the hotel was satisfactory. The facilities and services provided were generally good, but there were a few areas of concern. The room size was quite small and cleanliness still can be improved as I notice quite a lot of clothes moth larvae on the ceiling. The location is very strategic, walking distance to eateries and less than 10 mins away from IOI City Mall. Customer service is amazing. Would still come back if I have business in Putrajaya.

The service attitude of the hotel staff is very good, and the location of the hotel is also good. There is a convenience store opposite, so it is very convenient to buy anything. The slippers in the hotel are so cute. It’s the first time I’ve seen cotton slippers with angled corners.

Tooth brush , hand tower and face tower are not provided. Air corn is set to timer and off after 2 hours …. Need to manual change the setting ….

the room was clean and comfortable buffet breakfast was served with varieties of food highly recommended and worth for money will repeat again in future

Nothing much to tell. Seen from review got fruit after check in. Got slipper inside. I don’t get those also there’s no toothbrush and toothpaste provided. Need to improve more for that price. Overall still good place if you just wanna sleep.

Nice and cosy hotel. Near to few stalls, restaurants, laundry and convenience store.
