Really nicely decorated hotel. Id say one of the best hotels in this region. Given only four stars as our room was quite strong with cigarette smell. We informed the staff about it and they said they would send someone to fix it. I think what they did was just opening the window which made it worse as the cigarette smell was stronger when we came back possibly because we were on the second floor and someone was smoking outside. We didnt bother to tell them again as it was late and we just wanted to sleep. There was also some sticky stain on the floor that we asked them to clean it but it was still there when we came back. Staff very friendly. A tea set is also provided.

It is a very good hotel. Excellent service staff The rooms are nice, modern and spacious. I will stay here again when I come back to this city.

Staff is good, even we needed to depart earlier and not able to take breakfast but they arrange early take away service for us, thanks .

Location is good and walkable to all the tourist attractions and it is also queit, unlike most of the hotels along the river that could be noisy from the restuarants and entertainments during the evening or night time.

Clean and modern rooms. It is in a quiet location (3 mins walk to the entrance of ancient town) which we prefer because it feels very noisy inside the ancient town. Breakfast is good. Theres also tea breaks in the afternoon. Its also near good restaurants if you dont want to eat inside the ancient town.

服務：超愛！！強推薦！説實話這一趟行程給我最驚艷的並不是古城是酒店。幸好定了這個酒店。體驗感超級棒！從辦理入住開始就很驚喜。幫我們免費升級了房型。帶浴缸可以泡澡特別舒服。管家“小芳服務也特別好”。因為我們飛機比較晚還很貼心幫我們延遲了退房。整體感覺很暖心很人性化的酒店。超級喜歡！ 環境：之前就是對比了很多家覺得這家環境是鳳凰比較好的。結果真心沒讓人失望。酒店的驚喜度大於古城哈哈哈哈。 衞生：不錯。 設施：真心超級棒！絕對超值的入住體驗。那就説幾個建議吧。1.體重秤沒電了。2.洗漱台附近沒有垃圾桶不是很方便。

下午茶:有水果，馬卡龍，咖啡或者果汁，還有茶，孩子們愛吃 環境：離古城比較近，很熱鬧。周邊有很多吃飯的，也有很多小吃，晚上去古城的話路邊還有很多小吃。 設施：停車免費，方便自駕。有游泳池和健身房。 早餐:品種不是很多。 服務：有管家，會提前聯繫。

優點：服務非常好，酒店位置距離接駁車停靠點很近，樓下就是鳳凰雕塑，雖然不是江景房，但是很安靜。衞浴設施都是大牌，講究品質，餐廳環境很好，早餐的米粉很好吃。 不足：房間不大略顯侷促，我住的是普通房間，窗户外面什麼也看不到，這一點跟江景房沒法比。

房間很棒，免費升級了浴缸房，有歡迎水果，下午茶，晚安甜湯，這服務也是太到位了，有地下車位，服務生幫忙取送行李，非常貼心！酒店的管家回覆很快，隨叫隨到，服務非常貼心！酒店推薦的旅拍店很棒，酒店自己有打卡點，4樓看整個南華山，特別震撼，我們去那天下雨，山上猶如仙境，霧氣騰騰～

酒店位置離旅遊專線停車場🅿️很近很方便！酒店設施很完備，早餐也很豐盛，下午茶非常美味，管家小芳服務也很到位，幫我們訂門票，幫我們安排下午茶，親自步行接送我們進出酒店，還耐心給我們推薦旅行行程和路線，令我們非常感動！

酒店環境特別棒，很有設計，還有周到齊全的管家服務，早餐品種豐富，房間內乾淨，床品也舒服，還可以加床。有停車場，離古城步行下樓就到，特別方便，送了衣服體驗，送了下午茶，很好，很贊，鳳凰很美，如有機會，下次來還選擇這家酒店。
