It was a bit painful from the get go checking in. You have to go to a different hotel a block over. There is nowhere to park to check in. I called the number to be put through to a call centre that isn’t on site. Call 1: yes you can park in the visitor parking just buzz and they’ll let you in. Call 2: while blocking the driveway I’m unable to find a buzzer that reaches reception. Operator sounds confused, I hang up and someone is coming out so I sneak in. Call 3: I’m parked in visitor parks, go up the lift and come out at another building. She again sounds confused. If I go out the door I won’t be able to get back in without a fob, so I’m asking which way I should go. There are no signs to tell me how to get to Ivy and Eve apartments. I eventually find a worker who takes me around to reception. Sorted. Or so I think. I check in with reception. The girl was really lovely and informative. So I think, until I reach the carpark of the next building I’m staying at. The sheet of paper she gave me says “your allocated car space is 131 and is located on 55. I drive in looking for level 55, car space 131. Neither of these exist. Call 4: Where is my carpark? Am I missing something. Keep in mind every time I call I’m asked to give all my details so they can verify my booking so by now I’m pretty tired of it all. She finds my booking and says oh yes you’re in park 55 on level B1. (See photo for why I was confused!) I drive around the carpark looking for a 55. It doesn’t exist. All carparks are labelled with a sign saying Art house and 4 numbers. Ok maybe it’s the last 2? Nope doesn’t exist. After driving around for a bit I realise there are numbers on the ground of the carpark that are completely different to the signs (I didn’t look at the ground because the signs said art house) So finally I work out that this is my park. Another confused guest stops to ask me where his park might be and I explain it’s the floor ones not the art house signs. So I wasn’t the only one. Ok so park the car, go upstairs to room 1106 which of course is on floor 10. Makes sense lol. As soon as I open the door I’m hit with a wet musty kind of smell. Like the place had been flooded and not allowed to dry out properly maybe? I opened all the windows and when that didn’t work I went and bought some air freshener to hide the smell a bit. We left all the doors open all night and next day and the smell improved. The lounge chairs are not comfy if you’re looking for a stay in watch Netflix type staycay, but the beds are really comfy. The place was pretty immaculately clean so that was nice. And washer dryer were great to have. If I had have known I’d need to go through all that checkin at another building I would not have booked. Maybe I missed the part that mentioned this? Ahh well we enjoyed our stay in general, it just didn’t get off to a good start.

公交出行 交通不是很方便 特別是晚上回酒店時經常可能沒公交車爬很久山回酒店 白天倒是有公交車衹是班次不是太頻繁 離central正好是爬一個山的距離還挺遠的 浴室的花灑一開就有奇怪的機械聲音 但是洗手盆有兩個還是好評 房間床上有一些黑點但房間挺大的 衹是低樓層窗外可以説是沒有景色甚至沒有私隱 2樓對着人來人往的車庫 第二天早上莫名其妙信用卡里扣了除按金100刀外的270多刀，郵件聯繫經理後沒有解釋衹是道歉退款 感覺很莫名其妙

Had everything you need for a comfy stay, will be back! Would have love to stay longer

Réservez absolument cette chambre avec baies vitrées ; elle est idéale pour prendre des photos. Se détendre dans le salon en admirant la mer et le coucher de soleil est un véritable moment de bien-être. Équipements : Difficile de les décrire en détail ; il y a deux chambres et deux salles de bains. J’ai trouvé dommage que l’une des chambres avec vue sur mer ait deux grands miroirs sur l’armoire. Service : La réceptionniste était très aimable et parlait chinois. Environnement : Très bien situé ; la plage est juste en bas, très reposante, et de nombreux restaurants sont accessibles à pied.

Surfers Beach Holiday Apartments was a great place to stay for our family. The management was helpful. Rooms were of a good size. The location is quiet. It is a easy walk to catch the G:tram. This makes getting to Surfers Paradise or other locations easy. Riding the G is also much cheaper and easier than trying to find parking for the car. While we were there, there were few people using the pool. Our grandkids had a great time... and mostly had the pool to themselves. I didn't realize there wasn't an elevator.(My fault for not checking.) Being on the third floor normally wouldn't have been an issue. Because of health issues for one of our family members, it would have been easier if we had been on a lower floor. If I had contacted the management when booking they said they would have tried to give us a lower floor. It's a great place and I highly recommend it.

An absolutely excellent place stay, would recommend, even just based on the staff and the breakfast. I observed that great care was taken of people checking in to stay who would be going to the hospitals local to the area. Check-in was so easy, and the reception staff was very kind. Things I loved: * the included healthy breakfast, * free on-site parking *Ferrari in the reception area (no idea why it's there, and I'm no car enthusiast, but it is a classy touch) * very friendly and kind staff * neat and good layout of room * comfortable bed * good air conditioning * friendly people throughout the building * walking distance to Chermside shopping centre * excellent price Thing I didn't like as much: * not really sound-proofed, you sometimes hear sounds from other rooms and hallways * the balcony area did have a bit of a smell in the early evening, dissuading me from eating outside until later on - this might have just been the day I stayed. It was nice enough later to leave the door open and have a bit of a breeze while sleeping. Highly recommended.

Beautiful gorgeous apartment. We booked the beachfront view and it was absolutely perfect. Unobstructed view of the ocean + tennis courts. Pool was warm, clean and refreshing. Beautful long walk by the beach to Surfers Paradise. Bus stop a minute away to go anywhere in GC. Service by Luke, the young blonde guy at reception was a 2/5. We were given a room that didn't have a working dishwasher & dryer. Luke didn't even attempt to make any suggestions to help us. We had to return the next day to ask the older lady if we could use another dryer as we had a lot of wet clothes from being at the beach daily and at the pool. Our first day, we loaded the dishwasher and left for town only to come back to a flooded kitchen. We cleaned up without making a fuss. Service needs to be better.

This was not our first stay and in the main it was good. We stayed twice on this trip with a stint on Magnetic Island in between. Service on our departure stay was while not bad was marred by the gentleman who was abrupt and less than enthusiastic about being helpful. We arrived in the morning knowing we couldn’t get in until later and were greeted by a friendly and helpful reception attendant. Who said we would let us know by text as soon as a room was available for us. We took that to mean if we could enter our room before the scheduled check in time we would get a message. We never got a message. In fact we had ran out of ways to entertain ourselves and keep cool with just under an hour to check in time. So we went to the reception to assign the room was ready and were grumpily informed our room wasn’t ready and that is why we had not had a text. We understood this could be the case but the summary dismissal was far from reasonable customer service. No apology given we had patiently waited for over four hours already. We waited in the lobby and watched as others were given rooms. Why we had to wait while others did not was given no explanation and made no senseh to us. When check in time came and went is when I had to contain myself. One thing for us to be shunned for being early but for them to tell our room was not available at the time the business had committed to was very frustrating. It showed they had no system and were unprepared to provide reasonable customer service. We waited patiently and thankfully not for much longer and maintained our positive countenance. Thank goodness the room was,while only on the first floor, the better of rooms we had stayed in and worth the wait had it been managed better. If it weren’t for the grumpy reception we would have rated this trip more highly. Hopefully this business can get its cleaning process and attitude to customers of male staff improved the location value and room would be highly recommended as is a little work to do.

Another great day at the Sky Tower Apartments, this time I was in room 6912. This apartment is slightly narrower than some of the other apartments, however it still has great view with floor to ceiling windows. The view from this apartment faces out towards the story bridge and kangaroo point, the apartment has a modern kitchen and bathroom. There is on-site parking for additional $45. The Sky Tower’s central to Brisbane a great place to stay with a pool midsection of the building and the gym, which face out towards the city.

Nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel à 23h, ayant réservé deux chambres. À la réception, une employée nous a aidés à prolonger notre séjour dans nos chambres initiales. Cependant, lors des formalités, nous avons découvert qu'une chambre était au 16ème étage et l'autre au 5ème, ce qui n'était pas pratique pour s'occuper de nos aînés. Les chambres étant complètes, aucun échange n'était possible. Le personnel de la réception nous a alors informés que nous devions libérer la chambre 505 à 10h le lendemain, laisser nos bagages à la réception, puis être transférés dans la chambre 1604 après 14h. Après l'enregistrement, nous avons estimé que devoir libérer une chambre à 10h nuirait au repos de toute la famille. Nous sommes donc retournés à la réception pour négocier afin de ne pas changer de chambre. La réception avait changé de personnel : le directeur de l'accueil et deux réceptionnistes ont vérifié à plusieurs reprises. Le responsable de service nous a alors informé de manière sévère et brusque que nous n'avions réservé qu'une seule nuit, que nous devions libérer la chambre le lendemain et qu'aucune information concernant une prolongation de séjour n'avait été trouvée. Très embarrassés et impuissants, nous avons dû effectuer immédiatement l'opération de prolongation de séjour à la réception. L'hôtel a refusé d'annuler le départ. Le téléphone de la réception de l'hôtel n'a tout simplement pas été décroché devant nous lorsque le service client de Ctrip a appelé. À 00h48, le service client de Ctrip a utilisé mon téléphone pour négocier avec le responsable de la réception, sans succès. Notre demande était simple : prolonger notre séjour dans les mêmes chambres, sans avoir à changer. Le service client de Ctrip nous a activement aidés, nous informant qu'ils enverraient un e-mail au service d'entretien ménager de l'hôtel le lendemain à 9h pour confirmer notre souhait de prolonger le séjour dans nos chambres. À 10h le matin, le service d'entretien ménager de l'hôtel nous a tous réveillés pour nous demander de quitter les lieux. Nous avons insisté sur notre souhait de rester dans les mêmes chambres, et l'hôtel ne nous a plus contactés par la suite. Un grand merci au service client de Ctrip pour leur excellent service en pleine nuit, qui s'est battu pour défendre nos droits face au langage froid, rigide et inflexible du responsable de la réception de l'hôtel.
