La chambre était impeccable et l'emplacement idéal. Le métro et la rue commerçante étaient juste en face. La réceptionniste était également très serviable. J'étais là pour un examen et l'hôtel était tout près du centre d'examen. Il y avait de nombreux restaurants et bars à proximité, et même un cinéma au rez-de-chaussée.

Great location! Great place! Just book it. It is spotless!You won’t regret it. All amenities are available. I took advantage of washer. They provide detergent which was awesome! They provide great service! I needed help with ******* and they helped. They also do the late check out if you need it. It is also conveniently located to subway and the railway station. Everything you need within walking distance.

The location is perfect. It is easy to get to anywhere you want to visit. Sitting on top of a shopping mall makes it easy to find meals. The huge window in each room is an awesome sight when you step into the room. It makes me feel like I'm living among the top of the skyscrapers. For first-timers dragging luggage, beware: the number eight metroline only arrives at exit F, but it is across the street from the hotel. You have to cross the busy street on the ground to get to the hotel. The best way is through number two's exit D to get to the hotel. One minor problem for us was the washer and dryer combination machine that we are not familiar with. We tried to ask the front desk for help, they sent the cleaning lady to help us. We wanted to take out some of the clothes that were not suitable to be dried. She had no knowledge about it so it was a little bit of an annoyance for us. Otherwise, to have a washer dryer inside your room was perfect for any travelers!

Nous avons réservé ceci pour la machine à laver, qui a bien fonctionné - il lave et sèche. La propreté pourrait être meilleure et la porte à la salle de bain a vu de meilleurs jours... Le lieu lui-même est un peu difficile à trouver et la réception est située au 17ème étage du côté d'un bâtiment.

L'emplacement est idéal, tout près de la ligne 1 du métro de Zhengzhou, et à proximité d'un cinéma et du bar Helen's. Un grand supermarché se trouve également au premier étage de l'immeuble voisin. Seul petit bémol : l'attente pour l'ascenseur peut être un peu longue, surtout aux heures de pointe. Globalement, c'est un excellent endroit pour un séjour en solo, mais la taille des chambres pourrait ne pas convenir aux familles.

Excellent location just a few steps away from the metro. Plenty of shops outside and near MixC Mall. The check-in service is in an office outside just close to the hotel's main entrance. Very nice rooms, comfortable bed and pillows. It's definitely a great value for money! I will definitely choose this hotel again next time!

This is not a regular hotel as described and pictured on the Web. We were surprised and found out where we stayed was an actual office tower suite, and it was converted into a single unit hotel room with 2 dbl beds. The bathroom was a mess after a shower. There is no proper drainage on the ground. The old 2- piece bathroom cabinet was discolored and moldy after constant showers. It maybe ok for locals but not accepted as a foreign travellers. The price was cheap, and we paid what we got. The elevators were not cleaned.
