Si vous êtes un voyageur d'affaires, je ne recommanderais pas de séjourner dans cette chambre. Comme tout se fait en ligne, y compris l’enregistrement, le départ, la lessive, etc., je ne sais pas si cela peut être considéré comme un service. Si vous voyagez pour un voyage relaxant, aimez cuisiner et laver vos propres vêtements, sortez dans la rue quand vous le souhaitez et restez à l'hôtel quand vous ne le souhaitez pas, alors c'est l'endroit pour vous. A 5 minutes à pied de la station de métro et de plusieurs centres commerciaux avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Il convient également de mentionner que le seul problème ici est qu'il n'y a pas de climatisation.

Overall the hotel was great, a little out of the main city centre, but a 10-minute walk from the nearest station, with about a 20-minute train ride to the city centre.

L'hôtel semble encore assez nouveau, nous aimons les équipements et les chambres. Les installations de stockage, la cuisson à eau et le réfrigérateur sont disponibles. La nettoyage des chambres tous les 7 jours ou après la sortie ne nous aime pas. Il n'a pas été indiqué lors de l'entrée que vous pouvez prendre de nouveaux serviettes, désolé. Petit-déjeuner OK, vous serez fatigué. Les marchandises ont déjà été déjeunerées à 6h30 au moment de la sortie, seuls les « vieux » pains du jour précédent ont dû partir. Ils n'ont pas été pliés avant. Le café a bon goût. Check-in très coûteux, tout est enregistré électroniquement ou il faut Tout enregistrer lui-même. Aucun pré-check n'est possible lors de la réservation via les portails.

Travelled as a family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers. No particular requests. But I thought it would be reasonable to allocate us 2 rooms on the same level. Instead we were given rooms on split levels requiring use of room cards to access each other rooms on different levels. One room card to my kids so that they can access my room and another room card to maintain electricity at the door. So we are left with nil spare room cards. Despite the upfront security measures to use room cards to access each level via lift, the stairs are accessible without use of any room cards. Rust stained kitchen equipment. Kitchen equipment is so-so Recept emphasized that there is no daily room cleaning but never really keen to welcome guests and make guests comfortable.

I had an amazing stay at BRIGHT for three nights. The customer service was absolutely excellent—any issues or questions were resolved immediately via email, and the staff was incredibly responsive. If you send a photo of a problem, they address it straight away, which made the experience stress-free. The apartment itself is stunning—modern, spotless, and beautifully maintained. Everything you could need is provided, including cutlery, dishwashing liquid, a dishwasher, a washing machine with detergent, and even a lovely selection of teas, sugar, salt, milk, and coffee. As a thoughtful touch, they left a small candy gift on the bed along with fresh, great-smelling towels and bedding. The location is fantastic, with a train station right outside for easy transport. Parking is now subject to a fee, though we didn’t have to pay during our stay as they were still updating their policies. If you plan to cook, be mindful to open the windows, as triggering the fire alarm could result in a fine between €250 and €2500, as per the information provided. There are several convenient stores nearby, about a seven-minute walk, including Aldi and Burger King. Additionally, there’s a beautiful lake area perfect for a relaxing stroll. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment studio. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and top-notch service. I would definitely stay here again!

Shortly after making the booking I contacted the hotel to confirm (I provided my name and the booking number). They told me my booking did not exist and I should check with Trip. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress and worry, unfortunately, since we paid upfront. The issue was resolved by Trip very quickly. Late check-in after 10pm was no problem due to their convenient key-safe system (I requested this per Email). Parking in the area was easy enough to find (I believe they also have paid parking available). The carpeting in the room looked rather discoloured and unappealing (no carpet would be better), and the room had a strange, rather unpleasant smell. Kitchenette and fridge were nice extras. A kettle and coffee/tea in the room would be even better. Also, a communal water fountain for drinking would be nice (€2,50 for a small bottle seems a bit steep). The machine with instant coffee is a bonus (€2 perhaps also a bit steep), but there was no milk available on the first morning (only on day 2). The U6 is available from Klinik Großharding which is a short drive away (P+R available for €1.50/day). Overall a good, reasonably priced (except during Oktoberfest for example, when everything is way overpriced) place to stay, with the added convenience of a kitchenette and terrace or balcony. Bathroom was also reasonably sized. Staff were friendly.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Really appreciate the design of the room, and the comprehensive kitchen amenities. Only downside was that our toilet sink was partly choked, and aircon kept turning back to auto mode after 10 mins. Toilet had a rain shower with good pressure. The room had lots of storage space despite being relatively small. Would recommend and return if I come back to Munich!

I was sort of worried after reading the review about this place, but I guess according to the type room, the comments of people can change. I arrived little earlier than 4 pm. At lobby you have free wifi where you can register yourself through your phone. There are some other people were waiting too. Around 16:05 other people's received their room number but mine wasn't arriving. I waited another half hour but still nothing. I had to call them and they fixed the situation for me. My room was at second floor, had a double bed , good space, great internet. Kitchen supplies were ok. Couple of small things they can change or fix to make that place much much better. I don't know what do you call but day time curtains ( I guess) wasn't there for the big window. You have people on other building who can see you. But if you put the night curtains in day time then you got no sun lights coming in. Small window didn't have any curtains which is not suitable for people who are sensitive sleeper. Ventilator inside the bathroom was way too noisy but if you close the door, you don't hear anything. Overall it was better than I expected.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, komfortabel, sauber und sehr gut gelegen. Das Einzige, was unangenehm war: Ich bin mit meinem 14-jährigen Sohn gereist und habe ihn bei der Buchung angegeben. Sie haben uns ein sehr schönes Zimmer gegeben, aber mit einer transparenten Dusche außerhalb des Badezimmers. Das war absolut unangenehm. Ansonsten bin ich mehr als zufrieden.

The bed is large enough for two people even though it's a single room. The room is clean, quite quiet and not far from the train station. There's a gym and a rooftop terrace from which you can see distant views of the Alps. There's a washing machine in the underground (4 euros for washing and 3 euros for drying).
