Everything is perfect. Big spacious room. Interesting design. Good view. Note they dont have microwave only oven. Its clean and neat. Note Room service only after 3 days. Location is walkable to old town.

Le petit-déjeuner était bon, avec un excellent café. La chambre était chaude et mon séjour n'a pas été des plus agréables. Le lit était très dur, mais certains clients l'apprécient peut-être. Le service d'étage a oublié de me fournir de l'eau, des tasses et du thé. ☕️ Le restaurant italien est excellent pour dîner. Un chantier est en cours à proximité, ce qui rend l'endroit très animé et bruyant.

La chambre est relativement petite. Comme on peut y cuisiner, l'odeur des fumées de cuisson des précédents clients est assez forte. Elle est déconseillée aux personnes sensibles aux odeurs. L'avantage est qu'il faut environ 7 à 8 minutes à pied pour rejoindre la vieille ville. Un arrêt de tramway se trouve juste devant l'hôtel. L'hôtel est assez bruyant la nuit. Fermer les fenêtres permet de réduire le bruit. Cet hôtel est déconseillé aux personnes exigeantes en matière de son.

Absolutely 10/10 for anyone looking for accommodation near the airport. The location is very convenient, and the stay was comfortable. Special credit to the front desk staff — they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and truly showed great hospitality. Their service made the stay even more pleasant. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel in a good location. The reception was super friendly and patient and offered us many help. It was a bit confusing at first since you need to enter the building from one of the three doors and get to the reception on 4th floor, but after that everything was good. The room was clean and tidy with no oddor, a bit small to open two large suitcases, but not a big problem. The air conditioner kept the room warm and cosy. Our room was at 8th floor with nice city view (in the photo), there were occasional sirens outside the window but in general pretty quiet from both nearby and inside. The TV allowed screen mirroring, and there was a very nice speaker above it. We didn't use the stove but the large fridge and microwave were quite useful. There were laundry machines and dryers next to a small gym. It took about 15 minutes to the main train station, can travel by either underground or tram which was convenient. There were many good restaurants and supermarkets around, and it was close to most of the attractions.

Pobyt w apartamencie niestety nie należał do najprzyjemniejszych. Standard i lokalizacja na duży plus jednak kilka kwestii zdecydowanie wpływa na moją opinię. Kuchnia w apartamencie, który wynajęliśmy była mocno niedoposażona. Była w niej tylko mała patelnia. Na szczęście po rozmowie z osobą z recepcji dostaliśmy dodatkowy garnek. Nie był w najlepszym stanie i musieliśmy go umyć. Później zorientowaliśmy się też, że brakuje takich rzeczy jak np. nóż do krojenia. Jednym z naszych głównych powodów wynajmu apartamentu z kuchnią była właśnie chęć przygotowywania sobie posiłków. Nie przyszło nam do głowy, że może w niej brakować podstawowych rzeczy. To, co jednak najbardziej uwierało, to trudności ze spaniem ze względu na hałasy z korytarza. Być może to kwestia apartamentów na parterze. Ale do pokoju docierały odgłosy z recepcji, a od bardzo wczesnych godzin porannych hałas wózków obsługi (sprzątanie lub kuchnia). Gdyby nie zatyczki do uszu, trudno byłoby spać. Uciążliwe było też to, że przy otwartym oknie było czuć dym papierosowy. Być może warto wprowadzić zakaz palenia na balkonach/tarasach i wyznaczyć do tego odpowiednią strefę.

Excellent location. Very large, clean room. A nice kitchen. We do have one complain. That is the check-in process. The check-in process inside the property lobby with tablet was good. But we were guided to do check in on a third-party platform called ”Hotel Bird”. We spent a lot of time trying to complete the check-in process with ”Hotel Bird” but always failed. The user interface there was terrible. After entering the information for the 2nd guest, the interface stuck, and did not give us any clue what was the next step, whether check-in was done or not. You should fix ”Hotel Bird”. or just forget about ”Hotel Bird”., just use your lobby tablet was good enough.

L'hôtel est situé à quelques pas du centre-ville. La chambre est très confortable et confortable. Le personnel était également très aimable et utile. L'emplacement est excellent, à seulement 5 minutes de la station de S-Bahn et à un seul arrêt de l'aéroport. Si vous arrivez du terminal 2, c'est encore plus pratique : seulement 15 minutes à pied. La chambre est assez spacieuse et la présence d'une machine Nespresso lui confère une touche d'élégance. En revanche, le fait que le savon soit un produit tout-en-un (gel douche, shampoing, etc.) est un peu décevant. La procédure d'enregistrement pourrait être améliorée ; elle n'est pas du tout intuitive.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé, à proximité des transports en commun. La chambre est spacieuse et propre. L'enregistrement est automatique : il faut s'enregistrer et programmer soi-même sa carte magnétique sur l'écran tactile. C'est très pratique, car j'ai oublié ma carte dans ma chambre et j'ai pu en obtenir une nouvelle rapidement à la réception. Côté équipements, il y avait un flacon de gel douche/shampoing 3 en 1, que j'avais pris pour du savon pour les mains. Il n'y avait pas de bouteille d'eau dans la chambre, mais une machine à café était disponible dans le hall. On pouvait y préparer un cappuccino chaud gratuitement. En résumé, j'ai beaucoup apprécié cet hébergement.
