Whilst the facilities of the room are good the communication is absolutely woeful. We tried for 3 days to contact the property after they sent the pre-registration email through ALL of their channels - email, Whatsapp and phone call with not one response. It came to the day of arrival and with no response we had to try via Trip.com and finally got to live chat with a person who then followed up with the hotel. Needless stress for us that could have been avoided with a simple reply. Whilst we had an enjoyable stay the public areas are very dark (the walls and ceiling are painted a very dark grey) and similarly in the bathroom of the room - seemed a very odd colour choice. Also, we could smell what others were cooking in their rooms. Finally, (not the hotels fault) but we had noisy neighbours in the room above and as the floors are timber we could here them (or their kids) making noise til 1 am. Overall, disappointed.

Overall good experience, good stay, good price, good sized room. Location was good. Beds were comfortable and not too small. Room was basic but we knew that going in. There was a microwave wave and fridge. It took us a while to figure out the air conditioning but it worked. There wasn’t soap in the bathroom. Some issues were that it being a dorm it didn’t have things that you would find in a hotel room like a blow dryer or cups. So we could heat water in microwave but we had to buy cups to hold the water in. If we had access to a kettle or a blow dryer or mugs, even paying to rent one would have made things easier. The laundry room did not accept coins so we had to download an app to wash our chonies. I’m not sure giving some app my credit info to be able to clean my chonies was worth it.

Ideal for the solo traveller. Comfortable room, with cooking facilities and fridge. A thirty minute walk into the Old Town, but can be accessed via a metro stop just minutes away (handy for the return trip which is all uphill). The area is mainly (student) residential, but there are a handful of cafes/bars and a supermarket nearby

The room was super-clean and well-equipped, but the hotel has poor noise isolation so that I could hear everyone in the corridor. Important to notice, that my room had windows facing the narrow courtyard-well covered with glass roof above, which meant no fresh-air that for some travelers like me is very important.

Tout était parfait. Nous avions une vue incroyable sur le musée Guggenheim Juste un petit bémol sur l’odeur des serviettes et le fait qu’il n’y ait qu’un seul oreiller par personne. Mais ce n’est qu’un détail et une préférence personnelles tout était parfait et efficace!

Отель в целом довольно новый, заселение исключительно с 16.00, вещи можно оставить в соседнем здании студенческого общежития (вверх в небольшую горку 😃) К сожалению, в номере не было ни чайника, ни чашек, только стеклянные стаканы. Одна сковорода и одна кастрюля. Все остальные удобства отличные. Тренажёрный зал довольно просторный и для отеля достаточно наполненный.

C'est un hôtel de style appartement, situé à côté de la société britannique, avec un métro à la gare et à la gare, très pratique. Plusieurs restaurants en bas et à proximité. Il y a un supermarché de 6 étages de la société britannique qui peut acheter toute la variété de nourriture. L'hôtel n'a pas de réception, mais il a 24 heures de réception en ligne. La seule insuffisance est de savoir comment vous check-in après la réservation, sans avoir reçu d'avis de courrier. Nous allons donc à la porte de l'hôtel, nous avons connecté le service en ligne de l'hôtel à la porte, nous avons envoyé un courrier et nous avons donné le mot de passe de la porte. Vous devez ensuite vous connecter en ligne, vous pouvez envoyer un courriel ou vous connecter à la machine.Veuillez prendre le document de la réservation et prendre un auto-envoyé. Vous devez ensuite remplir les informations de tous les habitants.Veuillez vous connecter et recevoir le numéro de la chambre et le mot de passe. Après avoir entrer dans la chambre, il y a un cadeau de bienvenue, de l'eau et de petits aliments. Très intime. Vous pouvez télécharger l'app de l'hôtel, vous pouvez ouvrir le téléphone portable, très pratique. fortement recommandé!

L'hôtel est très bien situé. Il y a un grand supermarché à seulement 5 minutes à pied. La station d'ascenseur pour monter à la montagne est également à proximité. Le musée Guggenheim est juste de l'autre côté de la rivière. Les équipements de la chambre sont complets et parfaits !

Это замечательное место: яркий дизайн и чистота. Стратегически расположено очень удобно: автовокзал находится прямо в том же здании под землей. Там же метро. Я жила на 10 этаже и весь город был как на ладони! Однозначно рекомендую!

Very cute, humble apartment with partial view on the sea! Clean, quiet and had everything we needed. Located very close to most of the restaurants, supermarkets ect. Would definitely do it again.
