On arrival the holiday centre was as photographed on the website, fresh, bright, airy and modernised. Apartments are spacious with 2 wide single beds pushed together in the main room which leads off on to an exceptionally generous size balcony. Plenty of room for kids to play, loungers and table and chairs etc. the bed in the hallway (pull down from wall) was comfy and great for my 9 year old son. The livingroom couches were also single beds and of good quality and wide enough, seem some very slim, thin ones before - these were very comfy although never slept in by us as my daughter had a cot.  Check in and out was seamless but be aware a deposit is taken (around £10 per night and given back at end of apartment is left satisfactory) so factor this in to your spends needed initially.  The thing that stood out for us as a family was the lovely man and his assistants who ran the kids club, entertainment, pool games and really engaged with the children despite his obviously long days. They are a credit to the hotel and I don’t think it would attract as many families if this small but important team weren’t on board - my son Jacob loved kids club and made some great friends for the week. Now is still recommend this hotel with given some recommendations to change things. The hotel caters to very large, roudy crowds of preteens/teens on school holiday stays. They are chaotic and woke our toddler several times, running through corridors screaming, taking up lift where pushchairs and wheelchair users should have priority and teens/groups managed more carefully as they would be if from anywhere else. Called to reception to complain and inform but was pretty much brushed off as they’re excited. Just not great for the rest of us also wanting to enjoy our apartment, sleep and have children. We waited an incredibly long time with 20-30 teens in front of us. I called down to reception one evening as they were shouting, banging and screaming in the halls. Some hotels do not cater to exceptionally large groups for this reason, especially when catering to family holidays also - I’d only stay again if I knew there was no large groups such as this booked to stay. We only ate breakfast the last morning as we preferred to go out to dinners etc as a social thing in the evenings with the children as we don’t drink alcohol much when have young children with us. Food was as expected in hotels, nothing bad to note and plenty of options which are the norm.  If you like quiet this hotel might not be for you. Po. Kew is loud due to entertainment although this didn’t bother us with it stopping at 11pm but the ‘quieter’ side facing out to the road/side was filled with already mentioned large groups of teens shouting back and forth to each other continually. Highly recommend checking if these school trips are on when booking if you like a quiet, relaxed family holiday (most of us do when we have young children). All in all the hotel is great location, good sized rooms and entertainment for much younger children but would be put off returning due to the issues mentioned.

Un hôtel très agréable en bord de mer. La chambre disposait d'une cuisine entièrement équipée et le ménage était fait quotidiennement. Les petits déjeuners étaient délicieux : omelettes, saucisses, bacon, fromage, yaourt, céréales, viennoiseries, légumes et fruits. Il n'y a pas de plage aménagée près de la mer, mais vous pouvez demander un parasol et des serviettes à la réception. Le supermarché le plus proche est à 20 minutes à pied. Un immense centre commercial propose des vêtements et des produits d'épicerie. Le centre de Barcelone est à 30 minutes en taxi. Castelldefels est une ville très agréable. Vous pourrez vous détendre au bord de la mer, explorer Barcelone et assister à des salons professionnels.

The room itself was comfortable and the location was good. We were also aware in advance that the hotel does not have a 24-hour reception and relies on a self check-in kiosk, which we were prepared for and had no issue with in principle. However, our experience became extremely stressful when the kiosk was unable to recognise a valid booking. We arrived close to 10pm after delays on our high-speed rail journey. Despite having a confirmed reservation via Trip.com, the kiosk could not locate our booking — neither by surname nor by booking reference. We tried every possible option for over 45 minutes late at night, with no access to staff support. With no alternative, we were forced to book and pay for an additional room on the spot just to have somewhere to sleep, leaving our original (already paid-for) room unused. By the time we finally checked in, all nearby restaurants were closed and we went without dinner. The following morning, resolving this issue was equally frustrating. There was no reception until midday, meaning we had to wait around and lose a large part of our day. When we eventually spoke to the front desk, there was no apology or acknowledgement of the distress caused. Instead, responsibility was deflected onto the third-party booking platform, despite the fact that the kiosk is designed to work with either a booking number or a guest’s name. Only after firmly explaining that the kiosk failure had forced us to spend nearly €100 on an extra night did the issue seem to register. While the additional night was eventually refunded, the lack of empathy and accountability left a lasting negative impression. It’s a shame, as the hotel itself has potential. Unfortunately, due to how this situation was handled, I would not return or recommend this hotel to anyone arriving outside normal reception hours.

L'emplacement était bon, à proximité de deux lignes de métro qui nous emmènent au centre-ville. Les chambres étaient correctes, mais il y avait un bip sonore très gênant provenant des toilettes en permanence. Après avoir contacté l'assistance WhatsApp, ils ont envoyé un technicien de maintenance le lendemain, qui est venu couper la climatisation, prétextant que le bruit provenait de là. Au lieu de réparer l'appareil, ils ont pensé que nous aurions à nous passer du chauffage. C'était assez ridicule, car il faisait encore froid la nuit. Ils nous ont dit de fermer la porte des toilettes, mais on l'entendait toujours. Nous sommes restés 4 nuits, et le problème n'a pas été résolu. Le lave-linge/sèche-linge gratuit du bloc A était très sale, alors ne vous y fiez pas. Il y a une laverie automatique à pièces à seulement 2 minutes. Enfin, j'avais prévenu avant mon arrivée que nous arriverions tôt, quelques heures avant l'heure d'enregistrement, et demandé des options de stockage. Ils nous ont dit qu'il y en avait, mais que c'était payant, donc nous n'avons pas pensé à l'utiliser. Le jour de notre arrivée, nous avons envoyé un SMS WhatsApp pour obtenir le code d'accès, mais la chambre n'était pas prête. Nous avons donc attendu plus d'une heure à l'extérieur du bâtiment. En entrant, nous avons réalisé que la consigne était gratuite. Le personnel aurait pu nous l'indiquer afin que nous puissions y déposer nos bagages et poursuivre notre journée, mais nous avons dû attendre plus d'une heure.

L'appartement de l'hôtel dispose d'un comptoir sans personnel. Après la réservation, vous devez vous enregistrer en ligne, enregistrer les informations de votre passeport, prendre un selfie, etc. Ensuite, l'hôtel vous enverra un lien de paiement pour payer la taxe. ils vous enverront le mot de passe de la porte et du numéro de maison ! Les amis qui ne parlent pas bien anglais doivent être prudents et nous contacter à l'avance pour éviter des problèmes d'enregistrement ! Tout le reste est super ! La chambre est toute neuve !

L'enregistrement s'est fait en libre-service et il n'y avait personne à la réception, donc au début j'étais anxieux car je ne trouvais pas l'endroit. Cependant, un membre du personnel d'un hôtel voisin m'a aidé à m'enregistrer et j'ai pu entrer dans ma chambre sans aucun problème. La chambre était assez spacieuse, avec un salon et une chambre séparés, donc on se sentait comme dans une vraie maison. Il y a également un micro-ondes pour réchauffer les aliments achetés au supermarché. Il y avait une plaque de cuisson à induction, mais je ne savais pas vraiment comment l'utiliser. Bien qu'il soit un peu loin des lieux touristiques, il est proche de l'aéroport, nous avions donc beaucoup de temps libre sur le chemin du retour. Le matin, ils offrent des boissons et du pain gratuits, ce qui vous permet d'économiser un peu sur les frais de nourriture.

I stayed at Aparthotel Rambla 108 for five nights, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of La Rambla, making it super convenient to explore all the nearby attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and responsive, quickly handling any requests we had. Our one-bedroom apartment was clean and well-equipped, with a kitchen that had everything we needed. There was a faint sound of the train passing by, but it wasn’t bothersome at all. My family and I were thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and central stay in Barcelona.

Pour être honnête, l'expérience dans cet hôtel a complètement dépassé mes attentes. Il est équipé de nombreux équipements : on peut cuisiner soi-même, laver son linge et même disposer d'un radiateur pour le sécher. Hormis le bar en bas (que j'ai trouvé un peu bruyant), c'est un hôtel très économique à Barcelone. Il est très confortable. Au fait, la caution est un peu élevée, mais avec des installations aussi complètes, il est compréhensible de demander un peu plus.
