Excellent location and a very spacious room. Theres a gym too. The service provided by the lady who checked us in was bad. She didn’t brief us on anything at all. Just processed it. Later that day, we sat at the cafe and noticed another Recep lady briefing a couple she was helping to check in. Talking about the gym, laundry area, nearest Tesco etc. On the first day at about 6 pm, I noticed my room was still cold and called the Recep. Unfortunately the same lady who checked me in earlier answered the phone. She just gave vague directions on how to on the aircon and I told her I already did that for hours and adjusted the temp to 26 but it was still freezing cold. She didn’t bother to help further even when I called two more time. Later at about 1 am, I woke up freezing cold and called the Recep. This time a guy answered and readily said he will come and check the air con for me when I told him the earlier gal didn’t help at all. When he came up, he realised that the aircon was on AC and not heating mode. And reset it for me. Thank God for him. Learnt from my phone that the temp was 4 deg that night due to some cold front and rain. I had suffered 6.7 hours of freezing cold because of the laziness of the other lady earlier. Not happy about it. Very unprofessional and unbecoming of service staff.

The apartment is very close to the train station about 4 mins walk. Inside is bright, clean and comfortable very suitable for family and friend gathering. Highly recommended!!

I’ve stayed here many times and there is a reason I come back. Great location, rooms etc but it’s the people. The front desk crew, the managers and the breakfast staff cannot do enough for you! Ivan from maintenance went above and beyond to get my fire stick to work! Thanks for everything! See you again!!

*Great location, lovely staff, but very noisy room* Stayed 4 days/3 nights. *Pros:* - Staff are all really nice and helpful, always with a smile. - Room was clean and basic, with everything you need for a short stay. - Location is excellent — close to Liverpool One bus station, Liverpool Central rail, Tesco/M&S, city centre and all the main attractions. You can walk everywhere. *Cons:* - The room I was in was super noisy. I had a terrible sleep for all 3 nights. The main issue is the fire lobby door going the rooms - when it’s opened to access the rooms the air pressure makes it slam shut with a very loud bang.  I did report it to reception and request for a change in room location, however, they said that they were unable to modify my room.

Emplacement idéal, à côté de la gare centrale de Liverpool et tout près de la gare de Lime Street. De là, vous pouvez facilement rejoindre à pied les quartiers les plus célèbres et touristiques de Liverpool, et vous trouverez de nombreux restaurants et supermarchés à proximité. La chambre est spacieuse et bien équipée, avec un lit confortable et de nombreux placards et étagères pour ranger vos affaires. La chambre était très propre et nous y avons très bien dormi. La cuisine est petite mais dispose de tout le nécessaire, et un bureau convertible en table permet de prendre ses repas. La salle de bain et la douche sont spacieuses et offrent également de nombreux rangements. Le personnel est accueillant et serviable. Je reviendrais avec plaisir.

Le récepteur était très accueillant et nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires pour notre séjour, pour faire un check-in et un check-out. L'appartement 2 est très spacieux et propre et dispose de toutes les installations nécessaires pour notre séjour. En étant dans un centre-ville, vous ne pouvez pas éviter une certaine quantité de bruit extérieur, mais il n'y a rien que les oreilles n'ont pas sorti lol Il y avait une prise de vue, un restaurant et 2 petites boutiques générales à quelques minutes à pied de l'appartement, Nous avons fait usage du restaurant et de Tesco, tout en étant un séjour fabuleux, et nous resterions encore.

Se suponía que a relajarme pero para empezar las fotos nada que ver con el lugar, unas camas todas aguadas , el piso todo descuidado, el sofá muy antiguo que no se podía hacer cama, se escuchaba la puerta cada ves que abrían los del otro flat en fin logré descansar hasta cuando regresé a mi casa ir ahí solo fue tiempo y dinero perdido.

Apartment was clean and in a good location however the heat was unbearable, the windows didn’t open and there was no air con. Good check in system, the emails and phone call were helpful and answered quickly. Although advised about the water system, we were shocked at how loud it was when showering and using the toilet which woke up others if we used the toilet at night. No basic amenities such as tea or coffee.

Not what pictures our sofa bed not comfortable to sit on and tv singal was rubbish did ask they say there look into had 2 people turn to fix the washing machine didnt not no there was anything wrong with it! Communication was shocking had to ring several times to get to check in! The noise from next door was like concert the floor boards were shaking and music till in morning! Bed was so comfortable u just sit on it makes noise! Wouldn't stay again and not would recommend it!
