Excellent location and a very spacious room. Theres a gym too. The service provided by the lady who checked us in was bad. She didn’t brief us on anything at all. Just processed it. Later that day, we sat at the cafe and noticed another Recep lady briefing a couple she was helping to check in. Talking about the gym, laundry area, nearest Tesco etc. On the first day at about 6 pm, I noticed my room was still cold and called the Recep. Unfortunately the same lady who checked me in earlier answered the phone. She just gave vague directions on how to on the aircon and I told her I already did that for hours and adjusted the temp to 26 but it was still freezing cold. She didn’t bother to help further even when I called two more time. Later at about 1 am, I woke up freezing cold and called the Recep. This time a guy answered and readily said he will come and check the air con for me when I told him the earlier gal didn’t help at all. When he came up, he realised that the aircon was on AC and not heating mode. And reset it for me. Thank God for him. Learnt from my phone that the temp was 4 deg that night due to some cold front and rain. I had suffered 6.7 hours of freezing cold because of the laziness of the other lady earlier. Not happy about it. Very unprofessional and unbecoming of service staff.

The apartment is very close to the train station about 4 mins walk. Inside is bright, clean and comfortable very suitable for family and friend gathering. Highly recommended!!

Lovely hotel I great location near to Albert dock and the liver building with just a short walk to the Center of Liverpool! Hotel modern and clean with friendly helpful staff.

It was an excellent stay. The hotel is located in an oasis of calm. The studio was lovely all the utensils were clean and the dishwasher as a 30 min setting so easy to clear up. Bed is super comfortable had the best nights sleep. Would definitely stay at a Staybridge again. It was also near the waterfront music venue - we could to listen to a fews concerts for free from the outside . The river Mersey was also 2 min walk away with a stunning sunset

Excellent service, excellent staff, great location, very well appointed rooms. Has air-conditioning and everything in the room was very clean and fresh. Bedding was comfortable and fresh, room was quiet. I wish they had included salt and pepper, otherwise, everything was wonderful. The staff were incredible and very very hospitable. Highly recommend.

Le récepteur était très accueillant et nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires pour notre séjour, pour faire un check-in et un check-out. L'appartement 2 est très spacieux et propre et dispose de toutes les installations nécessaires pour notre séjour. En étant dans un centre-ville, vous ne pouvez pas éviter une certaine quantité de bruit extérieur, mais il n'y a rien que les oreilles n'ont pas sorti lol Il y avait une prise de vue, un restaurant et 2 petites boutiques générales à quelques minutes à pied de l'appartement, Nous avons fait usage du restaurant et de Tesco, tout en étant un séjour fabuleux, et nous resterions encore.

Se suponía que a relajarme pero para empezar las fotos nada que ver con el lugar, unas camas todas aguadas , el piso todo descuidado, el sofá muy antiguo que no se podía hacer cama, se escuchaba la puerta cada ves que abrían los del otro flat en fin logré descansar hasta cuando regresé a mi casa ir ahí solo fue tiempo y dinero perdido.

I booked to live overnight for an important meeting next day, the service was good and the respond to inquiries are prompt. However, the location which is good overall, near to the sea, cathedral, the city centre and the train station, is exactly upstairs of many pubs. The music was playing the whole night with excited rhythm, making me cannot sleep. Too noisy, not really happy with this and will not rebook again. Also, when I enter, there is a bug flying and I I am afraid of insects!!!! The bedding makes me itchy.

Not what pictures our sofa bed not comfortable to sit on and tv singal was rubbish did ask they say there look into had 2 people turn to fix the washing machine didnt not no there was anything wrong with it! Communication was shocking had to ring several times to get to check in! The noise from next door was like concert the floor boards were shaking and music till in morning! Bed was so comfortable u just sit on it makes noise! Wouldn't stay again and not would recommend it!
