This was my first time staying at Ascott Surabaya, and the experience was not very memorable for me. When I first arrived, the security staff were not proactive in helping unload my luggage from the taxi. Secondly, the lobby layout was not particularly impressive in my opinion. However, the staff were fairly friendly and explained the hotel facilities well. As for the room, it was decent and in good condition. The kitchen equipment was complete, and the microwave, washing machine, and dryer all worked well. The bathroom was clean, although I think it could be redesigned to look more modern. The check-out process went smoothly, but once again the security staff were disappointing. He just stood there without offering any help to load my luggage into the taxi. At that time I was carrying one large suitcase and one small one, so assistance would have been greatly appreciated. That should be part of a security staff’s responsibility, especially for a five-star hotel. For the location, Pakuwon Trade Center (PTC) is located right in front of the hotel, making it very convenient to visit Pakuwon Mall, the largest mall in Indonesia. For me, staying here once is enough. For some reason, I didn’t feel any significant comfort, especially for a five-star hotel, and the attitude of the security staff was very disappointing.

L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. La chambre était spacieuse, moderne et exceptionnellement propre, parfaite pour la porte d'un couple. Les chambres sont excellentes et les chambres sont devenues plus confortables et plus relaxantes. Le personnel a fait de l'expérience mémorable. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux avec une grande variété d'options, et l'atmosphère générale de l'hôtel était calme et élégante, un service pour les couples qui cherchent à se dégager. Nous avons laissé avec belles mémoires et nous reviendrons certainement sur notre prochaine voyage à Surabaya.

1. Friendly service 2. Apartment, rooms are big n spacious, with balcony, nice master bedroom with tv, 3. Good amenities but towels are old, overused 4. Complimentary water n snacks 👍🏻 5. Hot/cold water dispenser in the apartment 👍🏻 6. Lamp plug wire was exposed 7. Cupboards/shelves were cracked/broken 8. Stained- scissors, towel, stool, sink, bathroom tiles 9. Trail of ants found in the bathroom but service staff came promptly to clean it 10. Kitchen area has a musty smell - maybe due to poor ventilation 11. Bathroom door handle cover was loose 12. Water flow was slow

Hotel nya bersih. Tapi pintu kamar mandinya agak rusak. Sulit di buka. Receptionistnya ramah tapi ga stay 24jam.

1. The bathroom wasn't ready for use; some of the tiles were loose, making it look dirty, including the bathroom floor. 2. When we turned on the faucet, a strong odor came from the drain or water pipe. 3. The blanket was too small, only suitable for one person. 4. The balcony door was difficult to push open; a sliding door would have been recommended to make the small balcony usable, even though it housed the AC unit. Otherwise, the room was good, and the location is highly recommended.

Located on Pakuwon Mall and only 1 min ahead to Shanghai Park (hype place in Surabaya right now) make this building worth every penny to booked. Easy to collect key, and deposit needed it. Self service trash bin, and apartment quite cozy! They have kitchen if you want to cook. Linen smell “not good” but its not really matter since I only here for one night. If you have things to do in East Surabaya/Pakuwon you can consider to stay here.

Accomodation is huge! Feel like theres too much of a space in fact. Only downside is that the walls are thin and you could hear the conversation next doo

Le bureau a continué de mettre le téléphone en bas parce qu'ils ne parlaient pas anglais, mais il n'a pas été possible de faire un check-in. Une dame sur le bureau de front de l'hôtel a aidé à traduire. Une fois vérifiée dans tout était bien. Gym aussi bon. Dépôt de 200k, retour à l'extérieur.

Nice and clean this is also my favorite hotel. Locations verry good there's alot restaurants near hotel. Good work
