The hotel was only a 15-20-minute walk from the train station. The rooms were much bigger than expected with a comfy couch (and blankets) and TV. There was also an Alexa set up and she played music when directed and was pleasant. The kitchenette had ample utensils and cookware, but no napkins or paper towels. They supplied cold water in a pitcher as well as several bottles of wine (NOT complementary, but reasonably priced. The prices on the list in the room differed from the prices at the front desk, tho.) The complementary slippers were used every day as the tile floors were chilly. There was always enough hot water in the showers, but one bathroom light was out the whole time we were there (reported it to the front desk on the first day and they said they already knew about it, but were waiting on maintenance to fix. We had to make due without it for the six days we were there.) There were instructions on how to use each of the appliances (much appreciated!). It was a short walk to restaurants and cafes and the shopping district. Great accommodations for the price point and lots of room.

Ho soggiornato presso Residenza Ariosto Depandance by Studio Vita a Bologna, e la mia esperienza è stata molto positiva. La struttura si trova nel pieno centro storico, a pochi minuti a piedi da Piazza Maggiore e vicina alle principali attrazioni, ai ristoranti e ai negozi — una posizione davvero ideale per visitare la città. L’appartamento era pulito, ben organizzato e dotato di tutto il necessario: cucina con utensili, frigorifero, microonde e una zona pranzo comoda. Lo spazio non è enorme, ma perfettamente adeguato per una coppia o un soggiorno breve. L’ambiente è silenzioso e accogliente, e ci si sente come a casa. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a dare consigli su cosa vedere o dove mangiare. Il check-in è stato semplice e ben gestito, anche a distanza. Unico piccolo inconveniente: l’edificio non ha l’ascensore, quindi può essere un po’ scomodo con bagagli pesanti, ma nel complesso non ha rovinato l’esperienza. In sintesi, Residenza Ariosto Depandance è una scelta perfetta per chi desidera vivere Bologna in modo autentico, con la libertà e il comfort di un appartamento nel cuore della città. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

Очень милый отель в самом центре Пармы. 50 метров до собора Пармы. Приветливый персонал. В номере есть чай, кофе, бокалы, что еще нужно для романтики этого места 😊

Прекрасный апарты, душевный ьаоуоечик, приветственные вода, кофейные капсулы. Достаточное кол-во посуды и приборов. Цена качество отличное. Легко найти по инструкции удалённого чек ина. Но вот регистрация для городского налога утомительная, хоть бы распознание данных паспорта бы работало, а то уходит час на семью, в дороге это напрягает

L'endroit idéal pour se arrêter à Bologne! Vivre dans les appartements numéro 6, grand, rénové, propre et beau. Dans le centre le plus historique. Neighbouring shops, cafés, restaurants, glace, musées et églises. Merci! Russes, ne doutez pas!

Une ancienne usine restructurée qui maintient un charme industriel mais moderne. Le propriétaire est très gentil et très agréable. Les meubles anciens donnent un touche vraiment unique.

Un peu mal quand vous êtes en séjour, dans l'ensemble, très bon, la position est bonne, la grande chambre, la grande terrasse a un surf, la salle de bains et un tuyau de massage. Les installations de cuisine sont complètes et peuvent être cuisines par vous-même. Vous pouvez stocker vos bagages.
