Super tolle Lage! Etwas schwer mit Tür öffnen und Internet aber es geht 

HiSuite Rome has two kinds of accommodation: regular hotel rooms and two or three small two-bedroom apartments, each with separate entrance. As we are a family of five (two parents and three children aged 16, 7, and 1,5 years), we got an apartment. The apartments are located in a separate house just opposite to the hotel reception on a narrow and truly authentic street in the old center of Rome, in a few minutes' walk from Piazza Navona. Each apartment has an entrance door with a codelock, which opens into a living/dining room with a kitchenette complete with a fridge, a coffee machine, and a toaster. One of the two bedrooms is one level above, another is one level below, underground (and without natural light), all three levels being connected with staircases. From the photos in the hotel website it was not clear that the apartment is organized in as many as three levels (although the staircase was of course clearly visible), but this is a nice detail adding much to the cozy character of the space. Note however that living in this space involves using stairs a lot. Both bedrooms are equipped with shower and toilet, and there is one wardrobe with a small safe upstairs. The tasteful decoration of the apartment, as well as the hotel's lobby, deserves special mention, and every morning it was delightful to see the beautiful Baroque frames of windows just opposite to ours. The hotel is apparently owned by a family, and the owners were really friendly and thoutful. We kept contact via email and WhatsApp with Laura, Giulia, and Mike (Michele?), and this experience was pleasant and memorable. The hotel team helped us book comfortable and reasonably priced transfers from the Fiumicino airport and to the Termini train station, and both taxi drivers were punctual and dependable. We had an early inbound flight, and the hotel provided us with early check-in free of charge (without us asking for it). On the day of checkout our luggage was kept until the taxi arrived in the evening. The hotel also provides to its guests a memo with a useful selection of eating and cultural addresses, and Laura readily gave lots of practical advice regarding visiting the city's attractions. HiSuite Rome does not have breakfast room, but there is a cafe next door. We however did not use it, because it was nice to have our own breakfasts at our place. All in all, our experience with HiSuite Rome is perfect. They provide normal service that you expect from a hotel of this class, but do everything with much attention to detail, in a thoughtful, friendly and dependable manner that goes beyond what's expected. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wishing to explore Rome from a nice and historical location, and will check their website first should we be coming to Rome again.

Très proche de la Basilica de Saint-Pierre, à quelques pas de marche. La disposition de la chambre est intéressante. Mais le type de chambre que nous étions en séjour est plus adapté aux jeunes, pas aux personnes âgées, car il faut monter. La salle de bain est tout à fait fondamentale, mais propre. La chambre est propre , avec micro-ondes et chaussures. Pas de TV/slips/papier tissu fourni. Le personnel a été très utile. Notre réservation est venue avec petit déjeuner, ils ont aidé à emballer notre petit déjeuner. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux.

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel lors d'un voyage en solo. La chambre était spacieuse et le plafond magnifique. Il est situé tout près de la gare Termini, et même sur les pavés de Rome, les roulettes de ma valise n'ont pas été abîmées. J'avais réservé cet hôtel car j'arrivais de nuit et qu'il était proche de la gare, mais je ne m'y sentais pas en sécurité. De plus, la porte d'entrée s'ouvre avec un code PIN, mais celui-ci ne fonctionnait pas ; je n'ai donc pas pu entrer et je suis passée par le restaurant voisin. L'hôtel est à quelques pas du Colisée, et son emplacement est incroyablement pratique pour les visites ! Par conséquent, si vous êtes une femme voyageant seule et que vous prévoyez de rester au chaud après 21 h, je vous le recommande vivement !

La chambre était vraiment spacieuse ! Et quelle surprise de découvrir un petit balcon ! En revanche, pas de chaussons à disposition et la chambre manquait un peu de luminosité. Le ménage est fait tous les jours et la sécurité de l'établissement est excellente ! Après 23h, l'entrée principale de l'hôtel est sécurisée par badge. De plus, l'accès à notre 'mini-appartement' (que nous partagions avec deux autres chambres) nécessitait également un badge. Une double sécurité très appréciable ! Si je reviens à Rome, je choisirai cet endroit sans hésiter !

В целом было неплохо, но есть пару моментов, которые подпортили впечатления, и в основном это моменты организации отдыха. Так, за сутки до заселения я не получила инструкций по заселению, и совершенно не знала, как действовать, где брать ключи, встретится ли со мной кто-то, минимум телефон администратора (Действующий!). когда приехала я пошла в здание по адресу, указанному в ваучере. Там была просто входная дверь без ресепшн. На звонки по указанному в ваучере телефону никто не отвечал. Но табличке перед дверью был указан номер телефона, ответила девушка, но сказала, что более не работает в этих апартаментах, но дала действующий номер телефона Микаэле, сотрудника или хозяина. Хорошо, что он быстро ответил и прислал все детали далее. Я оставила багаж и заселилась позже. Возможность, оставить багаж — Это было главное преимущество апартаментов! :) При заселении меня встретила Мама Микаэле, которая совершенно не говорит по-английски, к сожалению. Видимо поэтому она не смогла объяснить, как пользоваться лифтом, и что в случае проблем с входной дверью можно открыть ее по коду. Поэтому когда мы пришли к 23:30 и у нас ключ не открывал дверь, я снова писала / звонила Микаэле, он прислал код. А ведь можно было это все выслать ранее, и тогда у нас не было бы бы стресса.

最寄駅から歩いて5分、ヴァチカンまで徒歩20分ほどの立地ですが周辺は騒がしくなく、夜もゆっくり寝ることができました。 フロントスタッフは常駐ではありませんが、WhatsAppのメッセージなどから事前に情報をくれるので安心です。それでも観光客はフロントスタッフ滞在中のチェックインをお勧めします。 部屋にはミドルサイズの冷蔵庫、ミニキッチンの他に食洗機もあります。テーブルもあります。清掃は2日に一回のようです。近くにスーパーマーケットなどもあります。ローマは物価が高いので朝ごはんは軽くすませたい方にもお勧めです。 エレベーターは扉をきちんと閉めないと動かないようで、滞在中たまに使えませんでした。

J'ai pu voyager seule ! C'est assez grand pour une personne. C'est peut-être un peu à l'étroit pour deux personnes. Le transport de grande taille peut être étendu. La chambre était belle et avait un balcon, ce qui était super ! ! Les gens de la réception sont gentils, ils gardent la chambre propre tous les jours et remplissent les bouteilles d'eau. Il y a des bouilloires, des tasses, du café, du thé, un sèche-cheveux, du savon pour les mains, du shampoing, du savon pour le corps et même de la crème pour le corps. Ils fournissent également beaucoup de serviettes. Il se trouve à 7,8 minutes à pied de la station REG, mais à environ 20 minutes à pied de la station de métro. Cependant, c'était amusant de s'y promener et, plus important encore, l'hôtel était confortable. La buanderie est également située au premier sous-sol et fournit également du détergent. (Ceux-ci sont également gratuits) Il y a aussi un sèche-linge, mais je n'aime pas vraiment les sèche-linge, alors je l'ai accroché dans ma chambre pour le faire sécher près de la fenêtre. D'autres clients disposaient également de supports pour sécher leur linge et les utilisaient donc également. Il y avait aussi un fer à repasser, ce qui était pratique. Les balcons de toutes les chambres donnent sur la rivière, et il y a des magasins de l'autre côté de la rivière, donc cela peut être un peu bruyant la nuit. Il n'y a aucun son lorsque la fenêtre est fermée. J'ai pu utiliser le Wi-Fi sans aucun problème. Si je reviens à Rome, j'aimerais séjourner dans cet hôtel.
