We stayed in a Studio Suite, and the experience was excellent. The apartment is brand new, beautifully designed, and truly luxurious, with great attention to detail. Everything felt thoughtfully done — from the fittings to the comfort level. The kitchenette was extremely helpful, especially for a longer stay, and had everything we needed. The staff were very helpful and responsive, and housekeeping was excellent — the apartment was consistently spotless and well maintained. One very useful tip for future guests: the C2 bus, which stops right in front of the Anglo American Hotel, takes you directly into the city centre and is far cheaper than taxis. We discovered this only later in our stay, and it would be great if the hotel shared this information with guests on arrival — it makes getting into Florence much easier. Overall, a wonderful stay — modern, comfortable, and well managed. We would happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality stay in Florence.

Bursting with artistic charm, the apartment reflects the host’s passion for travel and collecting – every corner tells a story. The space itself is both ultra-modern and spacious, comfortably accommodating our group with three bathrooms and three double beds (perfect for families or friends). The highlight? A sun-drenched terrace where we enjoyed leisurely breakfasts with a view of Florence’s iconic rooftops and hills – pure magic! The surrounding area is equally stunning, blending Tuscan tranquility with easy access to the city’s treasures. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. Both the rental agency and the host were **exceptionally responsive**, answering questions promptly even at 10 PM! They went the extra mile to ensure our stay was seamless. If you’re seeking a unique, stylish, and well-equipped home base in Florence, look no further. This isn’t just a rental – it’s a memory I’ll cherish forever. В номере есть кухня, капсульная кофемашина, бокалы, сейф и все что нужна для того, чтобы переночевать, потому что все время вы проведете бродя по потрясающим улочкам Флоренции, от бара к бару, от джелатерии к супер сэндвичам, кстати, рекомендую джелатерию Vivoli, обязательно попробуйте фисташковое мороженое с эспрессо, а сэндвичи, огромные и вкуснейшие, вот тут Schiacciateria de Neri. В номере нам лично не понравился матрас и подушки, слишком мягкие и очень плохо работал wi-fi. Может это только у нас или только в это время. Очень благодарны персоналу, очень приветливый и доброжелательный.

C'était trop bien. L'avantage c'est qu'il y a un tram juste en face, et c'est un peu loin des lieux touristiques donc le prix est pas cher. Il y avait un grand supermarché juste à côté de la gare, donc c'était super pour faire du shopping. L'inconvénient est qu'il faut prendre le tram pendant environ 20 minutes pour rejoindre les attractions touristiques, mais ce n'était pas un gros problème. Au contraire, c'était bien que ce soit calme. La chambre était spacieuse et j'utilisais le shampoing qui était renouvelé chaque jour. Cependant, le processus d'enregistrement était un peu fastidieux. J'aimerais l'utiliser à nouveau la prochaine fois que je viendrai à Florence.

Bien qu'il soit un peu éloigné des attractions, il ne se trouve qu'à quelques arrêts de tramway de la gare centrale de Florence et il est assez pratique de prendre les transports en commun pour rejoindre les principales attractions. La chambre est très grande et propre et dispose d'une petite cuisine comprenant une table à manger, une machine à café, un four micro-ondes, un réfrigérateur, etc. (même si la plupart d'entre eux ne sont pas utilisés). Cependant, le bruit anormal de la planche de lit la fait vibrer lorsqu'elle est utilisée. vous vous retournez pendant que vous dormez, ce qui affecte votre sommeil. J'ai signalé la situation à la réception, mais elle a dit que la chambre était déjà entièrement réservée et ne pouvait pas être traitée. La réception était sympathique et enthousiaste et a recommandé une bonne pizzeria. Malheureusement, la réception ferme après 20 heures. Si vous retournez à l'hôtel après 20 heures le soir, la porte de l'hôtel risque d'être verrouillée. ne peut appeler que le téléphone d'urgence pour obtenir de l'aide. Enfin, lors de la réservation de la chambre, il était indiqué que le petit-déjeuner était inclus, mais en réalité il n'y avait qu'une tasse de café et un croissant. C'était le pire rapport qualité/prix que j'ai jamais connu dans un hôtel avec petit-déjeuner inclus !

The walls are paper thin, you can hear conversations in the next room, hear when they shower, every toilet flush. The b&b is next to the tram tracks, every tram that passes by you will hear the rumble in your room. If you are a light sleeper like me, avoid booking this b&b. Hot water is also a problem, seems the hot water is gone after perhaps 10 mins os usage. At night, there's a risk of not being able to have a hot shower. Although the host was responsive and helpful, but the issue wasn't resolved. Overall, the location was amazing, but that's really all I can say. Wouldn't recommend this.

Il est un peu loin du centre-ville mais très belles chambres avec cuisine. Il y a une belle piscine extérieure et le système de chauffage sera bientôt installé. Bon transport public à Florence. Très gentils personnes. Veuillez vous assurer de réserver la table pour le dîner pour éviter de décevoir, car il n'y a pas d'autre restaurant à proximité à pied.

優點： 地理位置非常適合火車出行的遊客，距離火車站步行幾百米就到了，而且所處位置距離主幹道有一定距離，所以非常安靜，我猜測是由居民區改建的酒店。而且門口那條街到了夜裡路燈又多又亮，沿路還有很多飯店，因此晚上步行回酒店時我也覺得很安全。 缺點： 我們住的是202房間，在床旁邊有一扇門，封死了的，但門的隔音很差，隔壁房間的談話聲通過門非常清晰地傳了過來。不得已我們衹能通過敲門讓她們在夜裡保持安靜。離店時和前台説了這件事，她表示可以通過敲門提醒別人，看來她們也知道這扇門的問題。不知道其他房間有沒有這種問題。建議後續店家可以在一開始入住時就對有這扇門的房間房客説清楚這件事，並讓雙方在夜裡保持安靜，那會減少很多麻煩。
