La chambre est entièrement équipée avec salle de production, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, chaudière, tables de cuisine, outils, bougies, fer et table de fer . 3. La chambre est spacieuse, salle de chambre, salle de séjour et salle à manger. Réaction négative : 1. Le vent de ventilation de toilettes est poussié et la chute de poussières a parfois tombé sur nous ou sur le lavabo. 6. Le fer fourni n'est pas sûr pour être utilisé comme les fils sont exposés, ce qui est un danger de sécurité (voir tableau). 7. La télévision était fournie mais pas disponible comme il montre toujours «Aucun signal » (voir tableau). 8. «House Rules» indique «No eating and drinking in the room» mais the room is fully equipped with the dining cutleries/tools and cooking equipment (see picture). So, is eating and drinking allowed? 9. Dans la chambre, il y a cette chose qui est directement au-dessus du lit. Nous resterons ici en raison de la localisation et de la spacieuse chambre.

The checkin super easy , in the same apt complex just different tower. The instructions from host for check in and parking very clear. Apartment is great for young kids with slide and play area. Beds are comfortable. Master bedroom is spacious. Kitchen is equipped for simple cooking. The apt is less 5 min drive to legoland. There's red ants issue in one of the bedrooms but the service came quickly to get rid of it and changed the bedding. Occasionally the toilet smells of sewage which i think need to be solved by the building maintainance. Just these 2 issues that should be looked into by NEST home to make the place perfect.

First time experience with MWM. Host is responsive and easily reach thru WhatsApp. Stylish design with comfy sofa and bed. However wifi isn’t strong towards the master bedroom maybe due to the unit set was behind the tv. Washing machine provided. Will return to stay again

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Space Residency JB. The unit was clean, new, and well maintained. The location was convenient, and the facilities provided were good. The overall environment was comfortable and everything felt relatively new. The only downside was the entry and exit process. Each time we entered or left the residence, we had to provide the unit number and wait for the security personnel to verify the details and take a photo. While I understand this is part of the security procedure, it can be a little inconvenient and time-consuming, especially when you are in a hurry. Other than that, it was a good and comfortable stay overall.

La location est à quelques pas du centre de rnf, mais si vous avez des personnes âgées, il ne peut pas être confortable car vous devez traverser la route le 1er jour pour vous connecter. Comme nous n'avions pas de carte d'accès, il faut marcher sur et le long d'une route pour atteindre le bloc. Après cela, nous avons pris tout le temps comme les personnes âgées ne pourront pas marcher trop longtemps et sur les pistes. Le condo était joli, mais la zone de bouillon peut être plus propre. Nous pouvions l'odorer le long du corridor. Le verrouillage de la chaîne de porte a été déchiré. 2 portes à l'entrée frontale, à l'intérieur de l'unité était assez propre et répondre à nos besoins. Les chambres étaient très propres, mais les toilettes avaient un peu d'odeur, apportaient un pulvérisateur. Les moustiques sont communs, les pls apportent des répulsifs d'insectes même dans l'unité. Chaque chambre dispose d'air conditionné, donc il est OK. La chambre est confortable avec une vue agréable sur le balcon, la mer et les bateaux. L'expérience de gd dans son ensemble, mais ne vous attendez pas à l'hôtel. Il s'agit d'Airbnb. La piscine était bruyante avec les enfants, le gym était aussi occupé. Nous n'avons pas nagé ni utilisé le gym mais nous avons marqué sur le pont pour regarder les bateaux.

The unit is spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed is bouncy and we slept well. The place also comes with useful amenities like a fridge, electric stove, oven, iron and hair dryer. However, there is no water dispenser or water filter provided. Basic utensils such as plates, spoons and bread knives are available, but there are no forks, bowls or other cooking tools, so you may need to bring your own or purchase separately if you plan to cook. The downside was the check-in experience. We were only given the access card without the bedroom key, and ended up stuck outside for almost an hour trying to figure out how to enter. The owner’s response was quite late, which made the situation frustrating. The TV in the room was also not functioning. On the positive side, the owner did allow a late check-out at 1pm. Overall, the stay was comfortable after settling in, but the initial access issue and late response affected the first impression.

L'appartement était agréable, propre et spacieux. Les instructions d'arrivée et de départ étaient claires, et l'hôte a répondu rapidement à toutes mes questions, ce qui a rendu notre séjour facile et sans souci. Le seul bémol était le toboggan intérieur, beaucoup plus raide que prévu. Mon enfant s'est écorché assez sérieusement dès la première utilisation, nous avons donc décidé de ne plus laisser les enfants l'utiliser pour le reste du séjour. Les parents de jeunes enfants devraient donc les surveiller de près ou faire preuve de prudence. Dans l'ensemble, la chambre était confortable, même si la mezzanine semblait un peu exiguë. Mis à part cela, nous avons passé un agréable séjour et avons apprécié la propreté des lieux et l'excellente communication de l'hôte.

The place is spacious with 3 double beds. The location is unbeatable with eateries surrounding it. There is a fridge and dining table.. However, when I had trouble unlocking the gate, my calls to the management went unanswered. My messages were replied by ai. Repetitive, polite messages that did nothing to help us. In the end, the security officer of the building helped us. Many thanks to him! He saved our day! The ac in the master bedroom wasn't working. We ended up not sleeping in the master bedroom. We booked level 15 and got level 12 instead. Management kept insisting level 12 was booked under my name even though i have provided the screenshot of my booking showing level 15. No hand-wash was provided as well. All in, if I were to turn a blind eye to the above, I might book again. I love its location, affordable price and space. The view from the 12th floor is pretty too.

Nothing great other than view. Service request is attended by AI on what's app. There are ants crawling on dining table. Heater capacity is insufficient to fill a tub for hot bath. The hotel is called jacuzzi suites but jacuzzi does not work. Security staff are helpful. Convenience store on 2nd floor is well stocked.

Had a really nice stay here! We stayed in the 2-bedroom Seaview Suite with the Coco Signature theme and honestly loved how aesthetic the whole place was. Definitely a very nice spot for taking photos! The room was really spacious and the seaview from the balcony was my favourite part. It’s such a nice place to just sit, chill and enjoy the view. Both bedrooms were spacious with comfortable queen-size beds, and the pillows were SO soft and fluffy — literally felt like sleeping on clouds 😂 The living room was cosy too, with a comfy sofa, aircon and a TV box with lots of movies to watch. They even provided a card game, which was a nice little touch. The dining area was also really cute with a fake candle on the table, so you could even have a little candlelight dinner/date night there. The kitchen was very clean and well-equipped. They provided utensils, microwave, kettle, water dispenser, big fridge and washing machine. I also really appreciated the small details like trash bags, dish soap, sponge and a bottle brush — especially useful if you’re travelling with a baby and need to wash bottles. There’s also a laundry basket and fire extinguisher provided. Cleanliness was honestly 10/10 for me. The whole suite was very clean and tidy when we arrived, including the balcony. I couldn’t spot any dirt, dust or stains. Bathroom was clean and dry, bedsheets were clean and neat, and the towels were nicely rolled and placed on the bed. Everything was in good condition and there was no weird smell. There’s no front desk, but communication with the owner through WhatsApp was easy. The owner was friendly and quick to reply, and the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. They also helped us with directions to the swimming pool and gym. Location-wise, there are lots of food places, marts and a Starbucks nearby, and getting Grab was easy. The beach area is nice and chill for walking around and relaxing, although swimming in the sea isn’t recommended because of crocodile warnings. A few things could be improved though. The swimming pool water wasn’t as clear as I expected and there was some seaweed in it. Also, if you’re travelling with a baby, moving around the property can be a little tiring because of the doors and lift access between the guardhouse and the lift area. It would be much easier if you have your own vehicle as you can park closer to the lift. Overall, I really enjoyed the stay. The place is spacious, clean, aesthetic and honestly quite reasonably priced. The seaview and the Coco theme were definitely the highlights for me. I would stay here again and would recommend it especially for families because of the space, but it’s also really nice for couples who want a cosy and pretty place for a short getaway. Definitely a solid 4/5 from me! ❤️
