They gave us a unit with renovation next door and did not inform us about the renovation work happening in the unit right next to us. So when we would like to take a rest in the afternoon, the drilling keeps going on. It is a basic courtesy to inform guest that there is renovation going on and ask if guest would like to continue with the booking. When feedback through the whatsapp, it is always the AI bot. It took very long to connect with the agent. I have recorded 6 videos of the noise just that I cant upload here. It was suppose to be a destressing trip turns out to be a stressful one. The renovation will end only on 31 October 2026. So if you are going during this period, please beware.

Everyone was great. They were also communicative and easy to get instructions from. Just some feedback on the water heater, it is so hard to control the heater cause it can be boiling hot and it’s too difficult to shower the kids with the unpredictable shower. They can’t shower with cold water cause of eczema thus we needed the heater. The slide could also be dangerous cause of the steepness and it leads you to the wall, maybe a soft landing against the wall and floor would help ease the anxiety of kids playing around the slide. Other than that, it was great.thank you so muc

Good location, close proximity within few minutes walking distance to KSL and many eateries. Nicely decorated and clean unit, aircon is powerful and wifi is working well. Thanks to the host for helping us book the Karaoke room, my family had a great time singing. Unfortunately our stay is too short and we didn't get a chance to use the pool table when we realised the apartment also has one. Only shortcoming is the pungent smell especially in the common bathroom coming from the sewage, but I realised it is very common in most apartments in JB that I have stayed so far. Overall, a pleasant stay.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful 3-night stay at Space Residency. The location is great, as it’s very close to KSL, making it convenient to explore the area and find food and shopping nearby. The self check-in and check-out process was very smooth. The instructions provided were clear and easy to understand, so everything was hassle-free. The room had a beautiful moon-themed design that made it feel cozy and unique. It was well-equipped with a washing machine and dryer, which was very convenient for a longer stay. The washroom amenities and towels were also provided, making the stay even more comfortable. One of my favorite parts was the beautiful view from both rooms. Waking up to such a nice view really made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Space Residency to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay near KSL.

La location est à quelques pas du centre de rnf, mais si vous avez des personnes âgées, il ne peut pas être confortable car vous devez traverser la route le 1er jour pour vous connecter. Comme nous n'avions pas de carte d'accès, il faut marcher sur et le long d'une route pour atteindre le bloc. Après cela, nous avons pris tout le temps comme les personnes âgées ne pourront pas marcher trop longtemps et sur les pistes. Le condo était joli, mais la zone de bouillon peut être plus propre. Nous pouvions l'odorer le long du corridor. Le verrouillage de la chaîne de porte a été déchiré. 2 portes à l'entrée frontale, à l'intérieur de l'unité était assez propre et répondre à nos besoins. Les chambres étaient très propres, mais les toilettes avaient un peu d'odeur, apportaient un pulvérisateur. Les moustiques sont communs, les pls apportent des répulsifs d'insectes même dans l'unité. Chaque chambre dispose d'air conditionné, donc il est OK. La chambre est confortable avec une vue agréable sur le balcon, la mer et les bateaux. L'expérience de gd dans son ensemble, mais ne vous attendez pas à l'hôtel. Il s'agit d'Airbnb. La piscine était bruyante avec les enfants, le gym était aussi occupé. Nous n'avons pas nagé ni utilisé le gym mais nous avons marqué sur le pont pour regarder les bateaux.

Le bon: Le lit confortable, la propreté décente, l'air conditionné, la console de jeu était cool, belle vue au #48. Le mauvais : L'hôte attend de vous contacter le jour où vous ne recevrez pas de son ni de photo. Envoyez une série de photos et de vidéos, choc de voir qu'ils ont demandé le dépôt et ma photo de passeport dans le cadre de leurs exigences. Les pilotes sont attentifs : cette unité située à B1-2 est malheureusement trouble. Le gardien n'était pas au courant de ce type de arrangement, il devait appeler un autre gardien pour m'aider afin de me laisser entrer dans la salle de courrier pour récupérer la carte d'accès. Après cela, il fallait marcher tout le chemin de retour à l'entrée. Lorsque je suis allé au gantry, la carte d'accès n'a pas fonctionné, la garde devait venir à nouveau pour aider. Enfin, il a été découvert parce que l'utilisateur précédent n'a pas « tap », donc nous ne pouvons pas « tap ». Le parc de voiture est pire que jamais. Ne sais pas où aller, ne sais pas où aller. Retournez et retournez tout le parc de voiture pour le trouver et le réaliser au milieu de nulle part. Le site de l'hôtel est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé. En général, il ne reviendra pas, car l'expérience du parking et du check-in était vraiment un énorme tour de passe.

Nous avons récemment séjourné au Sunway Grid Loft Suite by Nest Home et l'avons trouvé idéal pour les familles et les groupes visitant Johor. L'appartement était propre à notre arrivée et les instructions d'arrivée étaient claires et faciles à suivre. S'agissant d'un appartement résidentiel et non d'un hôtel traditionnel, l'arrivée autonome s'est faite sans problème. L'un des principaux atouts de l'appartement est sa superficie. Le loft est équipé de trois lits queen size et d'un canapé-lit, ce qui le rend parfait pour les familles nombreuses ou les groupes préférant séjourner ensemble plutôt que de réserver plusieurs chambres d'hôtel. Son agencement en loft contribue également à une impression d'espace et de confort. L'appartement comprend une cuisine, un salon, un accès à la piscine et à une salle de sport, pour un séjour des plus agréables. Son cadre résidentiel offre une atmosphère plus calme que celle de nombreux hôtels. L'arrivée se faisait à 15h00 et le départ à 12h00, ce qui a permis un départ en toute sérénité. En résumé, le Sunway Grid Loft Suite by Nest Home offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix pour les familles et les groupes recherchant un hébergement spacieux à Johor. La combinaison de plusieurs lits, d'équipements utiles et d'un environnement propre et bien entretenu a rendu le séjour confortable.

The place is spacious with 3 double beds. The location is unbeatable with eateries surrounding it. There is a fridge and dining table.. However, when I had trouble unlocking the gate, my calls to the management went unanswered. My messages were replied by ai. Repetitive, polite messages that did nothing to help us. In the end, the security officer of the building helped us. Many thanks to him! He saved our day! The ac in the master bedroom wasn't working. We ended up not sleeping in the master bedroom. We booked level 15 and got level 12 instead. Management kept insisting level 12 was booked under my name even though i have provided the screenshot of my booking showing level 15. No hand-wash was provided as well. All in, if I were to turn a blind eye to the above, I might book again. I love its location, affordable price and space. The view from the 12th floor is pretty too.

We especially enjoyed visiting nearby dim sum restaurants, where we had delicious breakfasts to start our day. For Japanese food lovers like us, Warakuya quickly became one of our favourite dining spots. The food was consistently good, the atmosphere was pleasant, and it was so convenient to reach from Space Residency. Beyond food, there were also many lifestyle and wellness services nearby that added to the overall experience. One of our favourite discoveries was Ayu Borneo at Trove, where we enjoyed a relaxing massage session after a day of shopping and sightseeing. The soothing environment and professional service helped us recharge and made our holiday even more enjoyable. Another highlight was our visit to Kimino Beauty at Pelangi. What surprised us most was how much our children enjoyed the experience. The staff were warm, welcoming, and patient, making the visit comfortable and enjoyable for the whole family. It is not often that both adults and children leave a beauty and wellness establishment smiling, but Kimino Beauty managed to do exactly that. The combination of a clean and comfortable accommodation, excellent accessibility to food, and proximity to quality services made our stay truly memorable. We never had to spend excessive time travelling from place to place, which meant more quality family time and less stress. Whether it was heading out for dim sum in the morning, enjoying Japanese cuisine for dinner, relaxing with a massage, or visiting Kimino Beauty, everything was conveniently within reach. Overall, Space Residency offered the perfect balance of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. It served as an ideal base for our family holiday, allowing us to enjoy the best of Johor Bahru with ease. We would gladly recommend it to families, couples, and anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent access to great food and services. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Had a pleasant stay at Austin Regency by MWM. The check-in process was smooth and straightforward, and the unit was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a short getaway. The location is excellent, with plenty of food options, shopping malls, and attractions nearby in the Mount Austin area. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions throughout the stay. Overall, it was a convenient and enjoyable experience. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Johor Bahru and would consider staying here again in the future.
