Overall Rating: ★★★☆☆ The apartment's biggest advantage is its excellent location. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and shopping options within walking distance, making it very convenient for families and larger groups. The host was responsive and replied promptly when we raised issues during our stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance of the property fell well below our expectations. We encountered ants throughout the apartment—including the living room, sofa, dining area, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms—which made it difficult to enjoy our stay. Although the host provided insect spray after we reported the issue, the infestation was so widespread that spraying the entire apartment was neither practical nor a comfortable solution. Several areas were dusty, the curtains had a noticeable layer of dust, and the bedsheets and toilet rolls appeared old. We were also charged RM60 for an extra bedsheet for two nights, but the condition of the bedding did not justify the additional fee. The sofa showed signs of wear, and one of the ceiling fans was noisy during operation. For larger groups, please note that when someone showers upstairs, the downstairs bathroom cannot be used properly due to water pressure issues. We were informed that this affects every unit in the building, suggesting it is a known issue rather than an isolated incident. The facilities were also disappointing. The jacuzzi was unavailable during our stay and appeared to be non-functional, making it more decorative than usable. The host initially agreed to compensate us for the cleaning fee due to the cleanliness issues, but we did not receive any further update after that. Overall, the apartment has great potential because of its strategic location, but significant improvements in cleanliness, pest control, maintenance, and facility upkeep are needed before I could recommend it to others. Pros Excellent location with many restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. Responsive communication from the host. Cons Widespread ant infestation throughout the apartment. Dusty environment, including dusty curtains. Old bedsheets, worn furniture, and additional bedding charges that did not reflect the quality provided. Noisy ceiling fan. Water pressure issue prevents simultaneous use of upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. Jacuzzi was not usable, just a decoration. Compensation for the cleaning issue was promised but never followed up.

Nous avons passé trois nuits à l'hôtel The Stallionz à Ipoh, en Malaisie, et ce fut une expérience merveilleuse et totalement relaxante. L'hôtel est flambant neuf, tout est impeccable. Nous avions réservé deux chambres, et dès que nous avons ouvert la porte, nous avons été conquis par l'attention portée aux détails. Tous les lits étaient moelleux et confortables, les canapés propres et nets, les salles de bain lumineuses et spacieuses, la climatisation silencieuse et efficace. Les baies vitrées et les portes-fenêtres laissaient entrer la lumière du soleil et le paysage, et il y avait même un petit coin cuisine avec des ustensiles de base pour préparer des repas simples, ce qui était très appréciable. L'environnement autour de l'hôtel était une agréable surprise. Les rues étaient propres et calmes, sans bruit de circulation ni foule, comme un havre de paix au cœur de la ville. Se promener pendant la journée, respirer l'air frais, était naturellement apaisant. L'heure du petit-déjeuner était totalement flexible, nous pouvions dormir à notre guise et prendre notre temps pour le savourer, sans aucune hâte. Le matin, en ouvrant la porte du balcon, le soleil inondait la pièce, accompagné d'une brise fraîche. Le ciel s'éclaircissait au loin, et le soleil levant réchauffait nos visages. Le monde entier était calme et magnifique. L'après-midi, nous aimions nous asseoir sur le balcon et regarder le soleil se coucher lentement, le ciel se teignant d'orange. La tranquillité de ces moments donnait l'impression que le temps ralentissait. Il y a un supermarché en libre-service au rez-de-chaussée de l'hôtel, bien achalandé, très pratique pour acheter des collations et des boissons. Le personnel de la réception était particulièrement aimable, toujours souriant, prêt à répondre à toutes nos questions avec patience et sincérité, nous donnant l'impression d'être à la maison. Pendant toutes les vacances, nous n'avons pas planifié d'itinéraire précis, nous avons fait ce que nous voulions, dormi quand nous le voulions, et nous sommes déplacés librement, l'esprit léger. Il n'y avait aucune perturbation, seulement une atmosphère de bien-être, chaque instant était précieux. Si vous cherchez un endroit pour vous débarrasser complètement de votre fatigue, l'hôtel The Stallionz est absolument un choix incontournable.

Upon arrival the 2 contact details provided don't respond and it's really annoying and disappointing. 1 contact go into voicemail box and another will never pick up the call which somehow give you the impression of the host is not reliable(Attached conversation without reply) The property manager or agent that host these property really need to be more professional. The unit is full of new paintings and the smell cause lots of discomfort(Attached the toilet door with new paint) The bidet or sprinkler is broken and the water is scattered around and cause our clothes and toilet paper all wet!!!(Attached photo broken bidet) They don't install ventilation fan on the toilet and when you open the window for air circulation your neighbors could see you.Their intentions is very clear which is they don't bother the comfort of the guest(Attached photo of when open up the toilet window for ventilation the upper floor could see through hence no privacy while shower.You shower with window close and its felt suffocating after a while!!!) As Ipoh is famous for eateries to our surprise when we packed our supper home the utensils is really disappointing.The host barely provides you any plates and utensils.Maybe just 4 cups 4 plates as if anything extra will cause them a million dollars investment.You can't find extra waste plastic bags or toilet paper.They simply being too calculative and don't provide any extra even you are using it to keep their unit clean at least if you provide me with extra waste plastic bags we could pack our waste and keep it clean and hygiene instead. Each room only 2 towels for shower and no pools towel provided.Very inconsiderate!!! The worst part is they will sent you a check out instructions 6am in the morning to wake you up!!! If you having a peak booking on our check out date you may sent a reminder for checkout but please not at 6am in the morning !!! I think Trip.Com should check on your agent quality and set a minimum standards.The property host is really disappointed we don't have time to waste so we just put up with it and write a review after check out.

Le séjour était bon, sauf que la location est à côté de l'autoroute et nous ne pouvions pas dormir bien en raison du bruit de la circulation. Suggérer d'installer des fenêtres d'annulation du bruit pour toute la chambre. Sinon, le séjour ne sera pas agréable et affectera votre entreprise. Pour votre considération pls.

Propre et confortable ! Mon fils de 6 ans donne 🖐🏼 étoile, deux climatisations à l'intérieur de la pièce. Étape facile pour l'enregistrement et le départ. Le dépôt le jour même du départ est déjà remboursable pour moi.. Service amical.. À moins de 5 minutes à pied de Lost Word Tambun.. À proximité du fast-food..

Le terrain était un peu polaire, mais le reste de la chambre et les zones communes étaient propres. Les salles de sport sont bien équipées et bien équipées. Il est disponible gratuitement, ce qui est un bon bonus. Les ustensiles de cuisine étaient neufs et propres, et la chambre était également équipée d'un réfrigérateur et d'une micro-ondes, ce qui le rend pratique pour des séjours plus longs. La meilleure partie est certainement le mini-mart sur le sol. Il offre une grande variété de produits de vente, de nourriture et de boissons, et les prix sont assez raisonnables. Très pratique si vous avez besoin de prendre quelque chose sans quitter la propriété.

Mon expérience de cet hôtel est que je n'oublierai jamais le service efficace de tout le personnel à partir de notre jour d'enregistrement. La chambre n'est pas très propre et doit être améliorée. La chose qui peut être améliorée est la télévision (mise à niveau) et le couloir doit être aspiré pour plus de propreté. La salle de petit-déjeuner était tellement bonne et il y avait beaucoup de variété de nourriture. Nous avons adoré et apprécié la décoration de l'environnement avec un concept malais classique dans les années 1950~. Et la dernière chose avant que j'oublie de partager, essayez le thé masala dans la salle de petit-déjeuner, c'est pour les amateurs de thé.. faites-moi confiance !!! PROs: Cute and clean unit. Perfect for a group stay in Ipoh. Located near the town; able to reach by car within 5-10mins. Everything in the unit is working properly except the WiFi. There’s even a washer for laundry. Recommend to bring your own toiletries and laundry detergent. Overall it’s a great place for quick getaway. CONs: Bad building management, which is no fault of the unit owner. Rude security guards, unclear signage both inside and outside of the parking lots, even worst is the wretched traffic management. If you are driving and parking in this building, I suggest you go slow and take your time looking out at the signage, lest you fall victim to their management’s ridiculous rules. This was my second stay at The Anderson condo, while I knew from the first stay that their parking lots had poor lighting and signage, I’m surprised that it can get worse.

Séjour exceptionnel ! Nous avions réservé le rez-de-chaussée, et c'était parfait : tout près du parking et de la piscine, ce qui était très pratique avec les enfants. La maison est immense, avec de nombreux couchages d'appoint, permettant à chacun de se détendre. Nous n'y avons passé qu'une nuit, mais ce fut une expérience formidable. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Le salon est excellent! L'unité était sans place, moderne et très confortable. Tout semblait nouveau et bien pris en charge. Les lits étaient confortables, l'espace de séjour était spacieux, et l'appartement entier était parfait pour notre famille.
