Very enjoyable stay overall. The first night wasn't as good though because they gave me a room on the 3rd floor which had a few ants the next morning, so I requested a room change and they gave me a room on the 6th floor which was much better. Housekeeping was good since they clean all the dishes but they don't provide hand towels, only provide packets of bath gel and shampoo and small cheap hotel bar soap which I didn't use. Also, the hot water was only lukewarm the whole time and they didn't have a second trash can after I changed rooms which is strange. Additionally, I had to request trash bags since it seems pretty gross without them. If they fixed these small issues, the hotel stay would be nearly flawless. The gym was top notch. One other thing, check-in was a hassle since they make you sign this waiver saying you won't break or lose any little item in the room like the 8 picture frames and 2 ornaments on the walls and tables, the chairs and tables themselves, and anything and everything in the room. So I had to check every item was there myself before signing the form.

It is what it is. You kind of know what the area is like when there are 2 ”massage parlors” across the street and tons in the area, and the facility has surcharges for bringing in an ”outside masseuse.” The room was large and reasonably clean. The towels were fraying, and the ”white” sheets were gray. The room refrigerator was bigger than average. There was a small table and chairs in the room - you could eat or do work there. The air conditioner worked just fine. The place is located above a 24 grocery store. This is convenient, nice, and adds a layer of security. We had some issues sleeping for 3 reasons: 1. Pillows were high and rock hard. My wife and I each got stiff necks. 2. There were some inebriated individuals who had a very loud argument @ 3 am. 3. Worst of all, there was a rooster fairly close to our room. Like most roosters, every time he saw a car with its lights on, he went crazy. This happened all night long. Pictures are from inside the building and will give you a feeling for the area.

Le restaurant est très confortable, le restaurant est très confortable et très confortable. La chambre était propre et fraîche. Le lit était doux et confortable, donc je pouvais me reposer bien. L'aircondition fonctionnait correctement et la connexion WiFi était bonne. J'ai également aimé que la salle de bain était très propre et complète avec des choses de base que nous avons besoin. Le restaurant était très confortable et très confortable. En général, j'ai vraiment aimé mon séjour ici. Tout se sentait bien et sans stress. Je reviendrais certainement et recommanderais à d'autres chercher un endroit agréable et confortable pour rester.

We booked last minute during Holy Week and was pleasantly surprised to have discovered this place. Initially thought we had just booked 1 room with a common area with other guests but it was actually the entire place with complete kitchen, living and dining room with a huge balcony and 2 full bathrooms. It doesn’t have any other amenities yet but heard they are in the works to construct more rooms, a gym and a pool in the building beside it. It was also such a welcoming treat to have an elevated Filipino restaurant downstairs where we had dinner on both nights. Just note that it opens late at 9am-10am so if you intend to have early breakfast, that won’t be the place for you. Best to just cook in the apartment 👍🏼

Nous avons eu un séjour merveilleux dans cet hôtel confortable, à l'image de la maison. Mon mari et moi avons assisté à une conférence 3-day à SMX Clark et nous avons apporté nos 2 adolescents. La suite de 2 chambres était juste pour nous. L'hôtel dispose d'un personnel courtois et amiable. Les demandes ont été adressées rapidement. La piscine était petite mais suffisante pour les quatre d'entre nous. Un problème négatif était la micro-ondes que nous avons dû nettoyer complètement en raison des débris alimentaires qui ont été laissés par les occupants précédents. La location est assez sombre, mais cela va bien parce que nous avons apporté notre propre voiture et Grab était toujours disponible.

may ipis sa cr at kulang kulang ang kitchen utensils and cookwares.. di rin maayos yung stove.. di narireach yung high temp kaya napakatagal makaluto.. salute kay kuya guard at staff dahil mabilis naman ibinibigay mga request na kulang sa room and napaka matulungin sa guest and secure ang car sa parking.. comfy naman yung bed and malinis.. i suggest to improve cleanliness sa room especially sa cr and kitchen cabinets.. yung mga gamit for cooking and dining should be complete before guest enter sana..

Плюсы+ - до бронирования , девушек на ресепшене попросил показать номер , они показали номер и после этого я забронировал номер. +-вкусный завтрак , но на сайте было написано, что можно было за место завтрака сходить на обед , на ресепшене сказали , что только завтрак. +хороший работник , много раз выручал , показывал как пользовать сейфом , забывал ключ в номере , он открывал мне ее. Минус- кажется , что бассейн не чистят , много насекомых плавает , хотел искупаться , так и не решился. Хитрость персонала - напомнили мне , что я не вернул карточку от двери, но ничего не сказали мне про то, что я забыл залог в 2000 песо , когда пришел через 5 часов , мои деньги убрали в другое место. Такси в отеле стоит 500 песо для иностранцев

Il était bon.. bien que la douche était très faible, ne nettoyait pas la salle quotidienne et certainement pas changer les feuilles de lit. Mais ma plus grande préoccupation est la charge pour les lits solés. J'ai été facturé 1000 pesos pour quelques tins de sang sur les feuilles de lit. Je ne recommanderais pas cet hôtel pour leurs services.

Better than what we expected

Les chambres sont magnifiques. Comme un apt. mais.. comme leur 2ndt location ABC.. ils ont un restaurant/ piscine ... Ils sont comme 50 pieds de la rue marchant jusqu'à. Le service est merveilleux comme ABC ... si vous ne vous souciez pas de la piscine et du restaurant ... Le livre Def.. McDonald's est comme 5 pieds de lol aussi
