Bon emplacement et bon rapport qualité/prix. Il n'y a pas de piscine et le petit déjeuner n'est pas très bon. Cela semble être du gaspillage de payer 500 pesos pour le manger. C'est la nourriture du petit-déjeuner Je l’aime parce que c’est un nouveau bâtiment.

We truly wanted to love this accommodation! There are definitely some fantastic elements here, and I want to highlight the positives first. The customer service team was wonderful—friendly and genuinely committed to fixing our concerns, which we really appreciated. The room itself, once we finally settled in, was quite comfortable! We enjoyed the nice view, and the bed and linens were absolutely great, leading to a good night's sleep. These factors were ultimately why we were able to comfortably complete our 3-day booking. However, I have to be completely frank about the initial experience. It was quite unacceptable and disappointing that the room assigned upon check-in felt totally unprepared for our arrival. ⚠️ The journey to the room, while clearly marked, was still a lengthy challenge, requiring us to navigate ”corridors, two elevators, and a strong chemical smell,” only to arrive at a room that, unfortunately, smelled distinctly of sewage. This initial discovery, after that long route, was genuinely distressing, and I sincerely hope the team ensures this doesn't happen to future guests. We gave them a chance to fix it, and they graciously found us a new room on a higher floor. While the new room was lovely, the trek to it was just as long, if not longer, and still involved a complex route of corridors and elevators. My hope is that the management will take this feedback to heart and ensure the initial room preparation is flawless for all future guests. In summary: Fantastic, helpful staff and a great, comfortable room (once settled), but the journey to the room and the initial room preparation needs serious, immediate attention.

Je peux rester sans causer aucun mal, parce qu'il y a des équipements de cuisine. La pression de l'eau dans le puits est un peu faible, mais vous pouvez laver le bain sans problème. Très bien.

Nous sommes arrivés avec ma femme, qui n'a été laissée qu'un jour. Le service est bon, tout amical. La vue est belle. Recommandé ✅

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Dès l'entrée de l'appartement, on se sent comme à la maison. Mon fils de 3 ans s'est bien amusé en attendant notre hôte (Mme Trixia) et le personnel de la réception était vraiment aux petits soins. Nous avons pu arriver plus tôt que prévu et nous installer plus tôt. L'appartement était propre et bien entretenu. Le plus appréciable, c'est que nous pouvions cuisiner. Un chauffe-eau, un micro-ondes et tous les ustensiles de cuisine étaient fournis. Et juste devant la fenêtre, on avait une vue apaisante sur la piscine. L'emplacement est idéal et sûr (avec des agents de sécurité présents 24h/24 et 7j/7). Mme Trixia nous a informés que nous pouvions également utiliser la piscine, la salle de sport et le sauna… nous avons profité d'un bon bain dans la piscine. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement et nous aimerions beaucoup y revenir et essayer le sauna. :) Nous avons même essayé de prolonger notre séjour d'une journée car nous avions des courses à faire à Cebu, mais cela n'a pas été possible à cause d'une réservation en cours dans l'appartement voisin. Malgré ce préavis tardif, Mme Trixia n'a pas hésité à nous aider à trouver un autre appartement dans la même résidence et nous a proposé plusieurs options. Nous apprécions beaucoup votre aide, Mme Trixia. Vous avez répondu à notre appel même tard dans la nuit. Merci infiniment. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons adoré notre séjour. L'hôte est accueillant et serviable. Unsa pay gidalian, book namo guys…

If you’re looking for a clean and cozy Airbnb near the airport with pool and gym access, this is a solid choice. The location is very convenient, especially for early flights or short trips. The unit feels new and well-maintained, with a cozy and modern interior. It comes with fast WiFi and Netflix, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The fully equipped kitchen with complete appliances is perfect if you prefer cooking your own meals. Towels and basic guest kits were also provided, which made the stay even more comfortable. We also appreciated having access to the swimming pool and gym. The pool was spacious enough to enjoy without feeling crowded. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, making the overall stay smooth and hassle-free. Overall, this is a clean, well-equipped Airbnb with great amenities and a convenient airport location. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix. 💲 Vu le prix, je ne m'attendais pas à un hôtel aussi bien. La chambre est propre, bien entretenue et spacieuse. Elle est équipée de quelques ustensiles de base ; si vous préférez cuisiner et faire des économies, c'est tout à fait possible. Je n'ai pas pu utiliser les équipements, mais la vue depuis le dernier étage est superbe. L'hôtel est situé un peu en retrait de la route principale ; il faudra donc peut-être marcher un peu plus.

22시경 늦게 체크인했는데 직원들 응대가 빨랐고, 서비스가 좋았어요. 늦게 체크인하는 날이라 호텔내 서비스들을 이용하지는 못햇지만 0.5박 묵거나, 늦게 체크인하는 날 오기 좋을 것 같아요. 아쉬운점으로는 번화가까지는 10-15분 남짓 걸어야하고, 방 냄새가 쿰쿰해요.. 이런거 감내하시면 하루 묵을 만 합니다~

Go back to 50’s? Book @Crown Regency Residences as you will have a detour and refresh to what was in 1950’s .Hope the place will be restored back to its looks and maintains the antique Era. Also the staff are friendly and hospitable, though that old/stained tiles that need to be replaced, the painting, the tub hope will be improved. But still am happy with my stay for I saw antique that my ancestors once have as well.

This is my 3rd time staying in Quest residences & i really love the place. It's very accessible & there's a lot of amenities sorrounding it. The staffs are also very friendly & warming with their guest. I will definitely stay here whenever Im on vacation.
