Room: Rooms are very big, spacious, and well-equipped, featuring a separate hall, kitchen, and bedroom. However, no tea or coffee is provided—you’ll need to bring your own if needed. The hotel has 3 floors, with roughly 20 large rooms on each floor. Wi-Fi is available, but there is no breakfast or food service on-site. A key point to note: traveling from the hotel into central Riyadh costs an additional 40-60 SAR each way on ride-hailing apps. This significantly adds to your trip's cost and inconvenience. If you need a spacious suite-style room and don’t mind the remote location or lack of dining options, the hotel offers reasonable value. L'hôtel est confortable pour séjourner dans 3-4 jour. Une chambre spacieuse avec climatisation et TV. Dans la douche, l'eau chaude, une bonne pression, tous les équipements sont corrects.

Endroit plutôt agréable, la plupart des employés étaient vraiment sympathiques et se sont bien occupés de nous. Ils n'ont pas été ravis de nous fournir le nombre de serviettes dont nous avions besoin.

Same hotel but different room. Average cleanliness and average service but cheerful. So they help slow but with a smile. Also answer to all questions but it’s quite logical and expected thing.

We had a great time at this hotel. This is my second time staying here—my first visit was during my birthday with some friends. I really liked their service, which is why I came back. The customer service is excellent, and the receptionist was very accommodating. We stayed for 2 nights and even wanted to extend our stay, but we had to transfer to another hotel since our next itinerary was far from this location. The receptionist also allowed us to extend our stay until 4 PM without any additional charges, which I truly appreciated 😊 The service exceeded my expectations, and because of that, we will definitely come back again. Hopefully, on our next stay, the room will already be fully equipped with essentials like plates, spoons and forks, mugs, and glasses and tv remote, so there will be no need to call the receptionist to request them, especially during late hours. But all in all.. Excellent 😊

For the price of USD100 per night including Arabic daily breakfast sending to your room is definitely value for money. Apartment style living that can accommodate two adults in a big spacious room. Conveniently located near Granada Mall and with lots of eateries outlets to choose from. For daily housekeeping service, they do not automatically clean and change your bedding and toiletries, tell them in advance if you need the services or just top-up on anything whenever you need it, no question ask.
