We really enjoyed our stay at Santa Monica Pier Apartments. The location is fantastic — just a short walk to the pier and beach, and there were plenty of food options within easy walking distance, which was really convenient. We were expecting a beach view, but our apartment was at the front of the building and looked out towards the road instead. This wasn’t a problem for us, and the apartment itself was very bright and airy. It had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen, table and chairs, bathroom, little laundry and comfortable bed. There isn’t a lounge area, but as we were only staying for a couple of nights, that was fine. We also really enjoyed having the balcony. The white curtains looked lovely and let in plenty of natural light during the day. The only downside was that they didn’t block out the streetlight at night, so the apartment was quite bright while sleeping. Some blockout curtains or blinds would make a big difference. The hosts were great and responded very quickly whenever we had a question. Overall, we found the apartment to be clean, comfortable, well located and good value for money, and we would happily stay again.

Pros) This place was aesthetically really nice & the bed & pillow was incredibly comfortable! Nice windows & views- shame about the black out window & dirty windows Cons) the kitchen could have been cleaner, not in the best of area- nothing really going on- filled with lots of young people smoking **** so the apartment kept Stinking at night- the company did nothing to resolve this & were slow at replying

Ils ne disposent pas de brosses ou de pastes dentaires données, mais ils ont un chat en direct virtuel 24/7 qui peut être aidé dans la plupart des affaires. 1. The bed is not comfy. 2. Very basic furniture and utensils. 3. Passed whole week without TV as no one gave us TV remote. The stove was given connection after repeated email next day.  4. Check in and checkout was smooth. Owner was very prompt in replying email from remote location. 5. The location was very convenient and beside big grocery shop.

I had to cancel and the hotel did not accept any attempt to negotiate a cancellation fee. I was fully charged even though I did notify this with anticipation. On the other hand, they can and will cancel your reservation without even notifying you in advance. I know this because they did that to me before. Sadly, my experience was not positive.

Bon, sûre location. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient bien, bien qu'un vêtement entier manquait de la chambre et tout était situé au-dessus du réfrigérateur. La dame du bureau de front était très amicale et m'a permis de quitter mon sac avant de se rendre.

Le centre de la ville est très confortable et très confortable. Avoir un bain était un vrai bonus, car nous n'avions que des douches dans tous les autres hébergements sur notre voyage jusqu'à présent.

We enjoyed this second stay with Holliwood Homes even more, we were given a very spacious flat for a similar price than the first smaller flat. It was exceptionally clean and well presented, with all the accessories we needed. Thank you for providing such good value for money!

The room was clean and cozy. Location is great and management is very friendly. I would recommend to stay in this place.
