This is a cozy 1 bedroom studio apartment with a full bathroom and small kitchen right in the heart of downtown Frederica, Delaware. Everything inside this apartment is new! Access is super easy via Wi-Fi lock and the apartment has its own private entrance so that you can come and go as you please. This apartment is 2.5 miles to Delaware Turf Sports Complexans 30 miles to the beaches. Route 1 freeway access is only half a mile from this space.New memory foam mattresses are included on all beds and hotel quality cotton sheets (The king bed is a comfortable 12 inch memory foam). There is a 65 inch HDTV with channels available via YouTubeTV. A desk (as pictured) with charging for laptop/devices or for eating a meal is provided. White noise machines are available at each nightstand if you prefer white noise while you sleep. This space is professionally cleaned after each use.The town of Frederica does have two good restaurant options. Frederica Pizza and Pasta house is a short walk from the front door of this apartment and a great place to grab something to eat or drink without having to get in your car. JPs on the Wharf is another great restaurant with live music on the weekends located 6.2 miles in the small fishing town of Bowers Beach. On street parking is free and available.
