About this spaceThe Inn at 84 offers 3 private rooms each with their own private entrance & bathroom plus a fully furnished 1BR apartment. Great space for couples/families traveling together but want their own separate sleeping areas!This room is McIntosh, a cozy & comfortable room with a queen size bed with TV/WiFi. It shares a common deck with Cortland & a common quaint sitting area that has a gas fireplace for those chilly nights!Buffet area offers coffee/tea/snacks 24/7 and mini-fridge in each room.The spaceThe Inn at 84 is attached to a residence yet has totally separate entrances. The Inn overlooks gorgeous Vermont countryside. Guests are invited to stroll the property and pick any fruit or berries that are in season (organic apples, blueberries, raspberries, gooseberries, elderberries, black raspberries, and currants). This is a working orchard with an apiary and the host would be more than happy to give tours.Guest accessEnter either through the inside entrance via the mudroom or from the outside deck. Keys will be provided upon arrival.Other things to noteWe are available to assist in making our stay as comfortable as possible and answer any questions you may have, just text us and let us know. Our cozy, private, rustic mountain yurt is a 30’ foot space located in an upper field tucked into a wooded hillside. Views facing east are great for watching the sunrise and a kitchen and outhouse mean you’ve got everything you need to get out of town for a few days.* The location provides a serene, intimate getaway for couples, artists or anyone looking for a bit of mindful downtime and introspection. The yurt is insulated and can be heated by a wood stove.There is only an outdoor shower here unless you are staying for 3 or more nights then we can offer our indoor shower at our barn.The spaceSurrounding fields are available for tent camping should you want to host a larger event and use the yurt for its kitchen and gathering space (the furniture can be removed). The yurt and its verdant surroundings are great for day-long wellness retreats, sound baths, yoga workshops, art classes and more. A recently renovated barn is also available to rent for events, and package deals with the yurt, catering and/or floral services are available.A fully equipped, indoor kitchen is located just a few feet outside the yurt. A drop-toilet outhouse is also nearby.The yurt has a queen-sized bed, twin bunk beds, a dresser, two night tables, and two couches and the kitchen has a breakfast table with four chairs. Linens included for queen bed, for more than 2 guests please byo linens..Guest accessDuring snowy winter months the yurt can only be accessed by all wheel drive vehicles, though parking at barn is approx 100 yards away.
