I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and overall it was a great experience. One of the best things about it was the location. It was very convenient and made it easy to get around, whether for sightseeing, shopping, or finding places to eat. Everything I needed was close by, and the area felt lively and accessible, which made the trip much more enjoyable. Another thing that stood out was the cleanliness of the hotel. The room was very clean when I arrived, and it was clear that the hotel takes good care of its facilities. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the common areas were also well maintained. A clean and tidy environment always makes a big difference, and it definitely helped me feel comfortable and relaxed during my stay. The staff were also one of the highlights. Everyone I spoke to was polite, friendly, and very helpful. They were happy to answer questions, offer assistance, and make sure guests felt welcome. Their positive attitude created a warm atmosphere and added a personal touch to the whole experience. It is always nice to stay somewhere that values good service, and the staff here really helped make the visit smooth and enjoyable. I also appreciated the local recommendations provided by the staff. They suggested nearby restaurants, cafés, and places to visit, which helped me experience more of the area beyond the usual tourist spots. Their advice was useful and showed that they genuinely wanted guests to have a good time, not just at the hotel but in the surrounding neighborhood as well. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. With its excellent location, high standards of cleanliness, and kind, helpful staff, it offers a very positive experience. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

I feel a bit conflicted about this hotel because, considering the price, the experience did not fully meet expectations. Our room, number 32, was located directly above the reception area and was extremely noisy. We could hear noise from the reception, the breakfast room, the swimming pool, and the garden. It gave us the impression that better rooms may be reserved for returning guests, while first-time guests are given less desirable ones. The room looked clean at first glance, but it was only partially serviced: the bed was made, but we did not receive fresh towels and had to ask for them ourselves. Also, dust was all over the place and sand from the beach too. Breakfast was good, but the seating system was confusing. Seats are not assigned, yet guests are not allowed to sit at tables with numbers and can only sit at tables without numbers. It was never clearly explained and felt unnecessarily complicated. The swimming pool is very nice, but gardening work was carried out while people were sunbathing, which was quite annoying and not very relaxing. The shuttle to the beach is a nice service, and the beach itself is lovely. However, the restaurant there is extremely expensive so we recommend you eat elsewhere like we did. Overall, it is not a bad hotel, but for the price paid, I expected a better experience. It is not somewhere I would choose to return to.

Fabulous hotel at the top of Conero near Sirolo. We had a lovely room with Sea views. The alternative view on the other side of the hotel is just as good. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We dined at the restaurant twice and tasted the local wines which were excellent! The waiters were brilliant and helpful. Close by there are some walking trails which are great but be sure to have hiking shoes. The pool is large and accommodating and the bar and restaurant have fabulous views across Le Mache. The only downside is we didn't have access to an iron. We will likely return some day.

Amazing place, the hotel was very clean, and the people at the reception were incredibly kind. It’s very close to the Grotte di Frasassi, you can get there by driving down the road for 5 minutes. Incredible the spa area, well worth the €18 it costs. My only sad note is on the quality of the mattress that was a bit outdated, a refresh would be greatly appreciated I believe. Still I would come back and make sure to check out the breakfast and the restaurant, top quality!

Buon Hotel 4* a 50mt dal mare. Ottima accoglienza sia check-in che -out, la ragazza in reception molto gentile, in bassa stagione più facile trovare parcheggio esterno gratuito, altrimenti chiedere posto auto interno (a pagamento). Al momento del soggiorno stavano ristrutturando le suites. Le camere sono di discrete dimensioni, il bagno un po'piccolo. Ottima la colazione. A fine maggio ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Personale molto disponibile, posizione ottima sia per raggiungere il centro che le zone di mare. Stanza pulita e accogliente con tutto il necessario.

Un hôtel trois étoiles est probablement une opinion tirée par les cheveux. Comparés à d’autres hôtels, trois étoiles à Fortuna sont exagérées. Nous devons certainement remercier et féliciter le service amical et le savoureux petit-déjeuner (sucré et salé), mais sans plats chauds. Cependant, les inconvénients qui ont influencé ma note étaient les murs fissurés, les trous dans les murs, les portes et fenêtres sales et la moisissure visible derrière la porte de la douche. Pas de produits cosmétiques dans la salle de bain. La climatisation ne fonctionne que sur le chauffage (pas de climatisation), les murs sont fins et on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir/devant la fenêtre et dans la pièce voisine. Le prix est trop élevé par rapport à la qualité. Personnellement, je ne le recommande pas :(

Le séjour d'une nuit. Une très belle structure, une belle chambre, même si certaines parties du mur étaient un peu détruites, la tente était sale. J'ai été confortable, ce qui m'a fait un peu mal, et qui avait une porte qui divisait la chambre adjacente.

Le centre de la ville est très bien situé, mais vous pouvez vous rendre à l'hôtel.

L'hôtel est super ! L'emplacement est excellent, le port est le port balnéaire, l'arrière est la rue piétonne commerçante, mangez et buvez ! L'intérieur de l'hôtel est décoré dans un style méditerranéen, très beau et les chambres sont très propres ! Le fils était méchant et a accidentellement cassé le pot de fleurs à la réception. Même si l'accueil est resté sans voix, c'était quand même très sympathique ! Le petit déjeuner est relativement simple, mais les fruits, le pain, la charcuterie, le café, etc. suffisent à votre ventre ! Cet hôtel rend notre impression d'Ancône plus belle et mémorable !
