The room is big, clean and comfortable. However, the gym room still can improve thier equipment for us and the swimming pool is temporarily close for maintenance. However, the service is very good and staff so friendly and helpful. Keep the good job. Great !

Great Location in the Heart of Taiping The hotel is centrally located in Taiping city, making it very convenient. There are plenty of eateries just in front of the hotel, and both Lotus and Taiping Mall are nearby. It’s also a great base for visiting cultural and historical attractions around the area. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you!

Bon séjour. Tout le confort est au rendez-vous. Chambre spacieuse et spacieuse. On se croirait dans un hôtel de luxe, tout neuf. Bon service. Points à améliorer : la porte n'est pas insonorisée et on entend les gens marcher et parler dehors. La Smart TV de la chambre n'est pas connectée au Wi-Fi, impossible d'ajouter le Wi-Fi dans les paramètres, donc des options comme AXN, HBO, etc. sont uniquement disponibles, et impossible d'utiliser les applications YouTube et Netflix. Le parking est gratuit pour les clients, il suffit de valider, mais la première fois que je me rends au hall, le personnel m'a dit que les clients devaient aussi payer. Je me gare donc dehors, j'ai surmonté le stress et j'ai appris depuis le hall que c'était gratuit. Je dois ensuite revenir à pied pour récupérer ma voiture et me garer dans le hall, ce qui est un peu gênant. La vue de ma chambre est déplorable : ouvrez la fenêtre et vous ne voyez qu'un mur, dans le noir complet. Un supplément de 3 RM par nuit vous sera facturé pour tous les hôtels de Perak, au titre de la taxe de séjour.

Located in front of the most famous Taiping Lake. Owns basement parking but with no lift to the lobby. Nice spread of breakfast. Nasi lemak was good. My third visit :)

hi tui haven, my first time visiting here n see about tui haven. . book 2 hour before arriving ipoh because my husband just remembered about the haven so i checked and got room here. . really nice lakeside residence. . the receptionist is really friendly and done fastest services upon check in and checkout time. .(indian lady)so nice of her i forgot to ask for a name. . the landscape and the view was amazing. . room also so nice and clean. .the toilet is very clean and i love the conceptsof the toilet. .i love the view from room. .i got lake view n sunset view. .which is so nice. .the room really spacious for us and got free snacks and drinks. . the amenities are perfect and complete. . and we got free refreshments at the restaurant. . breakfast buffet also has various choices. .pool are really big. .adult n kids pool and has jacuzzi. i love everything here include easy parking and got so many activitiesto do. .wo many ootd spot to take good picture. .

Pros - The room is spacious. Love the sofa, very comfortable. The common area is nice, cosy, with free flow of coffee, tea, water and snacks. Plenty of eatery nearby, a big shopping mall just across the road. Cons - management needs to seriously look into housekeeping quality. Do not use old and torn linen. I have never seen a hotel with torn pillow cover and floor matt.

Just check in room and the room no electricity and need to change room and is good been upgrade for delay changing romm

Not much to expect. But for this price range, have better one around.

Bon emplacement à proximité des magasins de thé au lait Le thé au lait sera en faillite s'il est contrôlé ici Le service est bon Les chambres sont propres ! La seule chose c'est que tu n'as pas de chance Quand tu rencontres un ascenseur qui est en panne Il faut monter les escaliers La chambre est au quatrième étage... C'est quand même très bien !
