The staff member was lovely and helpful. Thank you. The unit/cabin was newly built and perfect for my needs with kitchenette items, TV, nice sitting chair with cushions, a nice painting and lovely sized bathroom and shower. However no WiFi and there was No reception which was hard as I needed to work and plan my trip today. 12 hrs no phone access felt like a sentence?

it knows what it is, basic clean reasonable accommodation in a fantastic location. Not trying to be anything but it’s not. Old building of course could be done up but of course then all prices would go up equivalently so again and come back to the original point it’s simple basic accommodation that is useful when you need a quick night accommodation. Instructions were really good getting into the place late at night. The room was immaculately clean even if it was old. Overall would stay there if I needed accommodation for one night. I would suggest a touch expensive for what it is. 

Like the hotel vibe and friendly staff. Big free parking. Very good and big room. For some more $$$ you can get golf view, otherwise the room will face parking. Did not like the breakfast - a bit overpriced, was charged for small child as well and not that much to eat

Ensuite et salle de bain principale. Notre chambre avait un grand balcon, mais notre vue n'était pas grande mais n'a pas détruit le séjour. Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables. Il y avait une salle de jeux, une cour de tennis, une salle de gym et une zone bbq. La seule question était la café-déjeuner Winkipops, le service n'était pas professionnel, la nourriture était moyenne avec manque de présentation, ils couraient de certains des ingrédients de l'ordre de repas et au lieu de me consulter ils juste ajout d'autres ingrédients qui n'étaient pas Le prix n'a pas reflété le repas ou le service, je ne recommanderais pas de manger là.

We stayed at Mantra as a family in the beachfront apartments. Everything was clean and presentable upon arrival. The view from the balcony was refreshing. We felt cozy and at home. The location is superb only a short walk to the beach (literally within steps) and to the Lorne shops. Although we didn't utilize the restaurant and swimming pool facilities it was nice to know we could do so, and it was close to the apartments. The scenery in the courtyard was also beautiful. We felt safe and welcomed. The hotel staff were understanding and accommodating towards additional requests and did their best to help.

Other than the bed being to short, I thought it was a queen but it was a double, it was a great place to stay

The apartment found air condition failure in such cold weather instead provide 2 small stove, one for the big size hall, another one for room. The stove power is not enough for making warm.

We had a great stay at the Waterfront motor inn! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. It’s conveniently located right in the center of town, yet it’s also very quiet, so we were able to rest well. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. We had a wonderful time here and will definitely come back again!

Cute little home with a loft for family of 5. Counter staff was very patient and courteous despite us arriving late doing the Great Ocean Road drive. He patiently waited for us to handover the keys before retiring. All done with a smile 😃 food places were just a walking distance away. The stay was pleasant altho short 1 night . Thank you.
