Stayed for 1 night in Autum. It was a little pricey for my budget. The location was good, it was across the road from the beach but would need a car or bike to the main shopping area & restaurants on the esplanade.
The 2-bedroom apartment was nice & spacious with a full kitchen, fridge, microwave & laundry facilities. Ensuite & main bathroom. Our room had a large balcony however our view was not great but didnt spoil the stay. The only issues where the couches are old & not very comfy. The resort facilities were nice with a large outdoor pool that was warm for a non-heated pool, outdoor large spa that was always busy. Spent most of the time in the heated indoor lap pool. There was a games room, tennis court, gym & bbq area. The staff were also obliging in letting us use the facilities before check in was ready. The only issue was Winkipops breakfast cafe, service was not professional, the food was average with lack of presentation, they ran out of some of the ingredients of the meal order & instead of consulting me they just added other ingredients that was not wanted & the price did not reflect the meal or service thus I would not recommend eating there. Overall, highly recommend the resort.

La chambre était spacieuse et avait un balcon.
Le petit déjeuner était juste une répartition très fondamentale. Rien de fantastique. Il est préférable de dépenser l'argent ailleurs, comme dans un café à Warrnambol.
Les printes chaudes étaient excellentes! Recommandez-le vraiment à tout le monde qui reste ici 👍🏻

Like the hotel vibe and friendly staff. Big free parking. Very good and big room. For some more $$$ you can get golf view, otherwise the room will face parking. Did not like the breakfast - a bit overpriced, was charged for small child as well and not that much to eat

We stayed at the self contained villa, and it’s perfect for our family get together. Good access to golf course, nice children playground and good indoor swimming pool. However, the cleanliness of some of the areas in the bedroom can be better. Also, they don’t provide cleaning service daily like in the hotel. Overall, a pleasant stay anyway.

This was a lovely little cabin that had a full equipped kitchen. The WiFi didn't really work well but everything else was great. There was hot water, extra sheets, shampoo, conditioner and soap.

Il est très bien placé pour vous faire un petit déjeuner.
L'ancienne construction pourrait bien sûr être faite, mais bien sûr, tous les prix augmenteraient de nouveau de manière équivalente et revenir au point d'origine il est simple logement de base qui est utile quand vous avez besoin d'un logement de nuit rapide.
Les instructions étaient vraiment bonnes d'entrer dans le lieu tard dans la nuit. La chambre était immaculablement propre même si elle était vieille. Globalement, il resterait là si j'avais besoin d'un logement pour une nuit. Je suggérerais un touch cher pour ce qu'il est.

We arrived late but we managed to pick up the keys. Thank you so much.
The toilet in the room is very cold during the June period. The heater in the room doesn't cover that space. The water could also be a little warmer during winter. We had turned the tap to the max and found the water lukewarm.

We stayed at Mantra as a family in the beachfront apartments. Everything was clean and presentable upon arrival. The view from the balcony was refreshing. We felt cozy and at home. The location is superb only a short walk to the beach (literally within steps) and to the Lorne shops. Although we didn't utilize the restaurant and swimming pool facilities it was nice to know we could do so, and it was close to the apartments. The scenery in the courtyard was also beautiful. We felt safe and welcomed. The hotel staff were understanding and accommodating towards additional requests and did their best to help.

IInvitéThe cabin is clean & comfortable. When booking, received email said check-in is from 2pm to 9pm, but arrived around 6pm, the reception already closed, just with instruction left outside reception to check-in. However, no issue for that, the room key is left in the room, easy check-in.

IInvitéSuper nouvelle ville propre et moderne un peu la Nouvelle-Zélande se sent calme et peu de gens nettoient l'herbe particulièrement verte Cette maison de ville est faite de nouveaux matériaux les maisons dont les hôtels sont de nouveaux hôtels Sauf qu'il n'y a pas d'installations de remise en forme et de divertissement d'autres sont un bon petit déjeuner les ingrédients de qualité spéciale sont particulièrement les bons hôtels ont Il y a deux ou trois bars qui sont très chaleureux et très spéciaux. C'est un peu comme des magasins de meubles. Il y a une petite cour. C'est très confortable pour sortir. Vous pouvez voir le parc national de Gulf Pier au bout de la droite. Le terrain de golf flinders est ma ville préférée sur toute la péninsule. Le nouveau plan pour la maison tranquille est également bon. J'ai entendu dire que le prix est élevé. Si cela vaut la peine de rester dans le parc national, le mal est de vérifier le10:30

IInvitéAndrew and Michelle were lovely and very friendly, gave us great advice on takeaway fish and chips for dinner and even better directions, would not have found it without them. Room was exceptionally clean with everything you need for short stay. Comfortable, spacious and even had a bonus electric blanket. Keep up the good work 😊

EExploring our one precious worldWe stayed one night at the Sandpiper Motel in Apollo Bay during peak season. On the positive side, the room was exceptionally clean, and the embroidered details on the bedding, pillow slips, and face towel were a lovely touch that added a sense of care and thoughtfulness to the decor.
However, our stay was not without its issues. Room 5; Throughout the night, there was a persistent high-pitched noise whenever water was used in our block of rooms, which disrupted our sleep, not helpful if you are a light sleeper. This was particularly disappointing given the cost of over 500 NZD for one night.
Additionally, while the self-check-in process was efficient, the lack of any staff presence left the motel feeling impersonal and made it impossible to seek assistance when needed. For example, there was no way to address the plumbing issue or request additional items like more face towels during our stay.
While we appreciated the cleanliness and the attention to detail in the room design, these other factors made the experience less enjoyable than we had hoped. We hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.
