Quatre familles avec enfants ont des affaires dans le fleuve Campbell, donc les installations de réservation pour un jour sont un peu inconvenantes, mais généralement bonnes

Le lac est au centre-ville, le paysage est bon, pratique. Les installations sont générales et sont plus anciennes. Le dîner est dans le restaurant de l'hôtel, très bon marché. Le bar du lac doit se réserver à l'avance, il n'y a pas de place à un peu plus tard. Le petit déjeuner doit être brouillard, le prix du buffet est élevé, le café est un autre prix, cinq ou six choses (un peu de nourriture), le malnutrition est presque le même que le meurtre, et le couteau ne mangera pas la deuxième fois.

Our family stayed at the night on the last day of Labour Day long weekend, so we felt less busy. It’s a good stay for going to Botanical Beach at Port Renfrew. The Ella beach nearby is awesome for sunset. The room is spacious for four of us. We are happy to see lots tiny fishes and 6 seals playing in the hotel private harbour. We did not use the hotel pool coz it looks not so clean. However we enjoyed the complimentary 1 hr tandem kayak very much. See lots wild lives.

What a wonderful unique experience. The setting around the lake was beautiful. We appreciated that all rooms face the lake. We enjoyed the amenities, the restaurant and Games area. We would recommend that everyone take the time to tour Ghost Town....sharing the history of the area. It was incredible....loved the train museum! Had a great stay!

Nous avons eu une expérience magnifique, nous étions à l'hôtel Oak Bay Beach! C'était notre première visite et nous prévoyons déjà notre prochaine visite. Les installations, le service, les piscines et la chambre étaient tous exemplaires. Notre seule regret était que nous n'étions qu'une nuit. PS - si vous visitez, essayez le restaurant de pizza (FARO) - c'est délicieux! Tout dans tout, 5/5

La chambre est très bonne, l'environnement est magnifique, il y a un supermarché, il y a un métro, très pratique, il y a beaucoup de places pour manger, les conditions de santé sont bonnes, le sentiment général est très bon, il y a l'occasion de revenir la prochaine fois.

Great hotel by the lake with amazing outdoor and indoor hot springs.

Need to line up for checking in- But good thing the female receptionist is fast. I wasn’t able to find the gym. Reception is not answering calls. They don’t offer breakfast. No face tissue inside the room. No dringking water. Don’t expect too much. Otherwise, not bad as we are just there for a night.

The room was a bit cramped, lacking a second bedside table, and the bathroom was very tight. The bed and bedding were excellent. It is nice to find a choice of thick and thinner pillows. The Courtyard cafe needs more seating. The parking fee was high. A few negatives but they are mostly outweighed by the excellent downtown location within walking distance of everything we had planned to see and do. We would probably book this hotel again and would recommend it to friends.

Amazing location. We were staying on the 23rd floor and the view was very nice. We had access to club lounge and we really enjoyed it. Staff were attentive, hotel is clean, we can’t wait to stay there again. Swimming pool was clean and well maintained.
