I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and overall it was a great experience. One of the best things about it was the location. It was very convenient and made it easy to get around, whether for sightseeing, shopping, or finding places to eat. Everything I needed was close by, and the area felt lively and accessible, which made the trip much more enjoyable. Another thing that stood out was the cleanliness of the hotel. The room was very clean when I arrived, and it was clear that the hotel takes good care of its facilities. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the common areas were also well maintained. A clean and tidy environment always makes a big difference, and it definitely helped me feel comfortable and relaxed during my stay. The staff were also one of the highlights. Everyone I spoke to was polite, friendly, and very helpful. They were happy to answer questions, offer assistance, and make sure guests felt welcome. Their positive attitude created a warm atmosphere and added a personal touch to the whole experience. It is always nice to stay somewhere that values good service, and the staff here really helped make the visit smooth and enjoyable. I also appreciated the local recommendations provided by the staff. They suggested nearby restaurants, cafés, and places to visit, which helped me experience more of the area beyond the usual tourist spots. Their advice was useful and showed that they genuinely wanted guests to have a good time, not just at the hotel but in the surrounding neighborhood as well. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. With its excellent location, high standards of cleanliness, and kind, helpful staff, it offers a very positive experience. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

I feel a bit conflicted about this hotel because, considering the price, the experience did not fully meet expectations. Our room, number 32, was located directly above the reception area and was extremely noisy. We could hear noise from the reception, the breakfast room, the swimming pool, and the garden. It gave us the impression that better rooms may be reserved for returning guests, while first-time guests are given less desirable ones. The room looked clean at first glance, but it was only partially serviced: the bed was made, but we did not receive fresh towels and had to ask for them ourselves. Also, dust was all over the place and sand from the beach too. Breakfast was good, but the seating system was confusing. Seats are not assigned, yet guests are not allowed to sit at tables with numbers and can only sit at tables without numbers. It was never clearly explained and felt unnecessarily complicated. The swimming pool is very nice, but gardening work was carried out while people were sunbathing, which was quite annoying and not very relaxing. The shuttle to the beach is a nice service, and the beach itself is lovely. However, the restaurant there is extremely expensive so we recommend you eat elsewhere like we did. Overall, it is not a bad hotel, but for the price paid, I expected a better experience. It is not somewhere I would choose to return to.

Fabulous hotel at the top of Conero near Sirolo. We had a lovely room with Sea views. The alternative view on the other side of the hotel is just as good. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We dined at the restaurant twice and tasted the local wines which were excellent! The waiters were brilliant and helpful. Close by there are some walking trails which are great but be sure to have hiking shoes. The pool is large and accommodating and the bar and restaurant have fabulous views across Le Mache. The only downside is we didn't have access to an iron. We will likely return some day.

Bon Hotel 4* à 50mt de la mer. Excellent accueil à la fois check-in et -out, la fille à la réception très gentille, en basse saison plus facile à trouver un parking extérieur gratuit, sinon demander un emplacement intérieur (à payer). Au moment de la salle de séjour, ils étaient en train de rénover les suites. Les chambres sont de taille discrete, la salle de bain un peu petite. Excellent petit déjeuner. Fin mai excellent rapport qualité prix.

L'hôtel est super ! L'emplacement est excellent, le port est le port balnéaire, l'arrière est la rue piétonne commerçante, mangez et buvez ! L'intérieur de l'hôtel est décoré dans un style méditerranéen, très beau et les chambres sont très propres ! Le fils était méchant et a accidentellement cassé le pot de fleurs à la réception. Même si l'accueil est resté sans voix, c'était quand même très sympathique ! Le petit déjeuner est relativement simple, mais les fruits, le pain, la charcuterie, le café, etc. suffisent à votre ventre ! Cet hôtel rend notre impression d'Ancône plus belle et mémorable !

Luogo fantastico ed elegante, io e la mia ragazza abbiamo passato il nostro anniversario qui e siamo stati benissimo tra spa, piscina, ristorante, colazione ed il bar da 11 su 10, vicinissimo al parcheggio principale di portonovo ed alle sue spiagge, da qui si possono raggiungere veramente quasi tutti i punti di interesse di questo lato del monte. Il parcheggio è stato anch’esso molto comodo.

Il s'agit de deux hôtels connectés, mais avec une réception unique. L'hôtel principal est 4 étoiles tandis que l'autre (où nous avons séjourné) ne 2. Des morceaux de tonneaux qui se détachent, tend à des penzolons mais surtout des lits moulés et de poudre sous et au-dessus du lit. Pour conclure un petit déjeuner très décevant, des vieux brioches, des verres en plastique et un très peu de choix de nourriture et de boissons qui ne reflète pas pour rien un hôtel 4 étoiles. Je répète qu'il est vraiment très beau dehors, c'est un péché que je laisse aller à l'intérieur.

L'hôtel est très confortable et confortable.

Location belle, chambre normale , un peu petite en vérité . Pour des problèmes de temps, je n'ai pas pu profiter de la spa, parce qu'elle ferme à 20 h. Le petit déjeuner décevant , surtout sur les boissons horribles , est une autre note négative du garage qui coûte 10 euros supplémentaires .
