Hotel 4* in ex monastero francescano ristrutturato. Posizione panoramica, tranquilla, a 15' da Numana e Sirolo. Spazi ampi, sia un reception che nelle camere. Bene l'accoglienza e la colazione. Qualcosa andrebbe rivisto nelle pavimentazioni ma per il resto ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliato.

Luogo fantastico ed elegante, io e la mia ragazza abbiamo passato il nostro anniversario qui e siamo stati benissimo tra spa, piscina, ristorante, colazione ed il bar da 11 su 10, vicinissimo al parcheggio principale di portonovo ed alle sue spiagge, da qui si possono raggiungere veramente quasi tutti i punti di interesse di questo lato del monte. Il parcheggio è stato anch’esso molto comodo.

Честно говоря отель на 4 звезды не тянет. Звукоизрляция очень плохая. Слышно, как разговаривают люди в соседнем номере и очень большой шум из коридора. Также горничные ломятся в номер, хотя на двери я вешал бирку с просьбой не беспокоить.

A clean and tidy environment always makes a big difference, and it definitely helped me feel comfortable and relaxed during my stay. The staff were also one of the highlights. Everyone I spoke to was polite, friendly, and very helpful. They were happy to answer questions, offer assistance, and make sure guests felt welcome. Their positive attitude created a warm atmosphere and added a personal touch to the whole experience. It is always nice to stay somewhere that values good service, and the staff here really helped make the visit smooth and enjoyable. I also appreciated the local recommendations provided by the staff. They suggested nearby restaurants, cafés, and places to visit, which helped me experience more of the area beyond the usual tourist spots. Their advice was useful and showed that they genuinely wanted guests to have a good time, not just at the hotel but in the surrounding neighborhood as well. With its excellent location, high standards of cleanliness, and kind, helpful staff, it offers a very positive experience. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Hôtel très correct ! Accueil chaleureux ! Ma chambre correspondait parfaitement à ce que je voulais! Le plus c’est le petit déjeuner très copieux avec une grande variété de choses! Je conseille !

La seule chose qui mérite vraiment de remarquer est la situation, et la structure bien placée, mais en déclin, devrait être renouvelée. Expérience au restaurant négatif, le coût élevé 110,00 euros pour deux personnes pour le premier paste et des désserts, seulement l'eau sans vin. Plats froids et anonymes. Le personnel au service petit déjeuner très disponible et sympa. La nettoyage dans les chambres est insuffisante. Les chambres sont petites par rapport au coût, dans une supérieure, il n'y a même pas de boîte à laver le linge. Nous avons été toute la durée du séjour avec les valises ouvertes. Tout cela a été noté à la réception unique ce qu'ils ont su répondre que la direction sera avertie et ... si j'avais pris quelque chose du frigo bar!! Service dans la piscine/plage approprié, mais très attentive à l'heure de fermeture. Ils ont commencé à fermer 15/20 minutes avant puis à 19h00 détache.

A due passi dal mare, con vista sulla spiaggia e sull'opera di Pomodoro! In generale all’interno la struttura è un po’ vecchiotta, la zona colazione ed il buffet stesso andrebbero migliorati. Possibilità di parcheggiare nella strada dell'hotel.
