Friendly staff, very nice pool area, nice coffee shop, nice breakfast restaurant (pricey, got wrong order like others that day), nice bar areas, nice patio and live music, nice tiki area and lawn sitting area, right on the beach, multi-story garage, several elevators, nice gift shop (could use more merchandise ), great valet service, great pass-thru entrance off street, near many shops, bars, eateries, friendly and quick front desk staff, rooms were great (like home) with full refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, stove top, garbage disposal, dishwasher, coffee maker, dinnerware, silverware, pots and pans, two flat screen TVs, door to separate sleeping area from living area, foldout couch, two chair dining table, power outlets for devices, a/c great, balconies were nice and great views, spa and massage downstairs, nice workout room, wifi and internet good, bath has hair dryer and shampoo conditioner body wash and large mirror with lighting settings, in room safe, laundry area available, . Could use local papers of events, eateries, amusements and available coupons, more vending machines needed, pool needed to be cleaner (many guests in there), can be a bit noisy at times both from inner hallway and from balcony near pool.

Nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel à 4 h. Pas de place de parking, donc je suis allé voir le valet. J'ai demandé au gentleman au bureau de la valet et il a dit qu'il n'avait rien à voir avec le valet. Ils sont occupés et je dois attendre devant. J'ai dit OK. Je lui ai demandé si il savait où était le restaurant que j'ai réservé et qu'il n'était pas une indication, puis il tire une liste de restaurants et dit qu'il est sur la liste. Je me demande où est-il? Sa réponse est sur la liste. Il ne comprenait pas l'anglais, alors je pensais que je demanderais à la valet. Je suis allé à la valet et il m'a dit que nous ne sommes pas dans le bâtiment principal et qu'il n'a pas le temps de nous aider. Il ne savait pas si il pouvait valoir la voiture. Je suis confus et il a dit de quitter la voiture et vous pouvez prendre vos bagages à l'immeuble que vous restez. Je me suis rendu compte qu'ils ne nous prendraient pas soin de nous. Pas de service à la clientèle! Je ne peux pas croire que j'ai payé tellement d'argent et c'était une pièce de taille d'une boîte à chaussures sans service.

Booked this as a bargain back in April for a few nights at our favorite beach and boardwalk area and discovered something different at 55th street! The location is good due to it's spot within walking distance to several excellent places to eat like Mackey's, Fractured Prune, Dunkin and the ”place to play” Alley Oops. The front desk staff welcomed guests and were attentive to our concerns even though it was a really busy week with bus trips and bikers we felt like we were treated like friends. Ask Jeffrey about his life experience as a football player, he does not disappoint! Martha kept the breakfasts stocked and hot!

This was a great location without being on the boardwalk, but close enough to everything. The staff was friendly, and the room was very nice and clean. Rooms have been renovated and new furniture and was very nice. The pool area needs a lot of updating. It’s faded, broken tiles on the pool, and they have a broken splash pad that has not worked for who knows how long. The free breakfast was adequate, however the area for guests to eat was very small and for some reason had an insane amount of flies all over which mad eating not great. Overall, I’d give this hotel a 6.5.

Service was pretty good in the updated facilities. The check in lady was friendly and did her best to get me in my room as soon as possible. The room was upgraded, new flooring, furniture, and bathroom facilities. The floors were a little dusty. The floors are no longer carpeted, they have some type of laminate flooring. Maybe cleaning staff is not used to maintaining this type of flooring yet. the door to the room was off center. There were large gaps around the door which allowed lots of light from the hallway to penetrate the room when it is dark.

Unfortunately, the room was not very clean. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and there were stains on the pillowcases. The towels provided were also not enough for the number of guests. The shower area was not cleaned properly, and there were used towels left behind. The body wash was also empty, with only an empty bottle left. However, the staff were friendly and provided good service. Overall, the cleanliness and housekeeping service could be improved.

Avoir fait un bon voyage ....Seul le côté inférieur était la piscine ... l'odeur forte de chlore est insupportable..

Le bar tiki est à l'heure. Le petit déjeuner était bon mais a couru de la chose à 9 h an vous a été dit de venir ici tôt parce que certaines personnes prennent 5/6 plaques de retour à la chambre. Je recommande 100% bai côté le soleil était tout à la valeur. Ne essayez pas de vérifier tôt ils vous pousseront jusqu'à près de 3:00.

Steps to the beach and at the northern end of the boardwalk. Plenty of parking in the lot. Pool for when the waves are to much, or theres a Jellyfish warning on the beach. Walking distance to 30th street Jolly Roger's. Microwave and mini fridge in room. Out door shower to wash the sand off. Only negative was water pressure was weak in the rooms shower, took forever to wash my hair.
