If you don’t speak the local language, I do not recommend staying at this hotel. It was incredibly difficult getting both on, and off the mountain “scenic area”. Some hotels in Trip reached out to us in advance to help coordinate transportation, this one does not. Your only way to contact the hotel is by calling, which isn’t feasible if you don’t speak the language. The hotel website showed that parking was available, so I thought we would be able to get there by DiDi, as long as I paid the fee to get the car into the park. This was not the case. We did see private vehicles, but I’m not sure what goes into that, but I believe 4 wheel drive is one requirement. So with our luggage, he dropped us off at the base of the mountain. It took a little while to get to the ticket office, you have to walk up several stairs and through a cobblestone market to get there, so we got nice and sweaty and uncomfortable. From there, you take a bus (ours had no underside luggage stowage) about halfway up to another stop. We had to awkwardly hold our luggage in the aisle of a full bus, while going up-hill and doing switch-backs. Everyone gets off about halfway-way up, at a station with several different buses. We asked for help and someone pointed us to the correct one. From the final bus stop up top, it was a short walk to the hotel. We figured going down would be much smoother, but after getting off the first bus, we accidentally got on the wrong one and started going back up. Overall, took us about 2.5 hours from the airport to the hotel, then just over three hours from hotel to the HSR station. Minor descriptions for the room were inaccurate. Ours was listed as on floor 3 or 4, it was actually basement level. The hotel is in the edge of the mountain, so it still had a scenic view. The window in our room was dirty (I expected more for what we were paying). The hand soap in the bathroom was in a re-used bottle and was watered down. Listed amenities said sauna and massage room, there are neither here (nor was there an offer of other local places to go when I asked). The breakfast food was amazing, including a hot, fresh bar with a chef making eggs and noodles. I wasn’t able to partake in the noodles one day because of the language barrier. Hotel staff was more hesitant than other places we’ve stayed in using translation tools and I felt like too much of an inconvenience in using them to ask for noodles. There is bottled water in the rooms, you can ask for more for free (they friended me via WeChat on Check-In and is largely how we communicated). There is free tea and snacks in the afternoon, the hotel was quiet so we were able to take up one of two seats that had an amazing view outside. The staff working the tea time was great and super courteous. You can hike to South Crag Palace and Nanyan Palace by foot, both are absolutely stunning. In summary, if we were to visit the area again, I would stay at a hotel at the bottom of the mountain (not in the scenic area) and use the day exploring/getting lost on the bus. While the view was great, it simply wasn’t worth the high price and the difficulty in getting there for non-locals. If I knew a hotel in the scenic area would reach out to me in advance to assist, then I would go for it. But unfortunately, with the way Trip.com works right now, hotels have to initiate that, guests cannot. I don’t recommend this hotel for non-native speakers.

Great location within walking distance to tourist attractions in Hankou though give yourself extra time if you are taking a car to go somewhere. Traffic very congested by the hotel. The view from hotel is very nice and Club Floor access is a treat for those who wish to splurge a little. Those who arrive at the Club at the start of afternoon snack time typically have good food choices. Staff generally very helpful in lobby and club area. Room was clean and housekeeping staff very attentive. Street sounds can be heard in room though outside activities stop by bed time. Saw many families in the hotel with guests of all ages. Great choice for any type of traveller!

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bon. Il se trouve au-dessus de la station Qishuilou de la ligne 7 du métro. Il est très pratique d'aller à la rue piétonne Jianghan Road et au Garden Expo Park. Le métro est à seulement quatre ou cinq arrêts. Il est également très facile de se rendre à pied à Wansongyuan Food Street, à environ 10 minutes. Un ancien hôtel cinq étoiles avec des installations relativement anciennes et de bons services. Les chambres sont spacieuses et disposées aux étages supérieurs. Le paysage est bon. Il y a un petit parc en bas avec un grand lac, ce qui est bien. La marque Jinjiang est assez fiable et l'emplacement est très bon. Les amis qui veulent sortir pour s'amuser peuvent l'essayer.

Nice central location, super close to Wuhan Metro and within walking distance of Chuhehanjie Shopping Street. We enjoyed being able to get to all of Wuhan’s best attractions within a few subway stops like East Lake and the Hubei Provincial Museum. Also, we like the breakfast, would recommend buying it for at least one day, and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Si vous prévoyez de visiter le Musée provincial, je vous recommande cet hôtel. Il est situé juste en face ; il suffit de traverser le passage souterrain et vous y êtes en quelques minutes à pied. L'hôtel est très attentif aux besoins des enfants, jusque dans les moindres détails. Tous les angles vifs sont protégés, la pression de l'eau de la douche est bonne et les équipements sont de qualité. Je ne comprends vraiment pas pourquoi j'ai donné une mauvaise note au service de ménage. Le personnel de la réception est également poli et attentionné ; on nous a immédiatement apporté des brosses à dents pour enfants, des chaussons, etc. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel aux parents voyageant avec des enfants. Le seul point négatif concerne le petit-déjeuner. Mon enfant, qui mesure environ 1,50 m, est allé prendre son petit-déjeuner vers 7 h. La serveuse a indiqué que le petit-déjeuner était réservé à deux personnes et son attitude était désagréable ; elle a insisté pour que nous achetions un ticket. Je lui ai fait remarquer que ma chambre était très chère et je me suis demandé combien coûterait le petit-déjeuner d'un enfant. Elle a dit qu'elle allait téléphoner et nous laisser entrer. Le seul point négatif était cette serveuse. Elle a vraiment gâché le petit-déjeuner. Combien coûte un petit-déjeuner enfant ? Elle a insisté pour qu'on achète un ticket petit-déjeuner adulte ; elle était d'un manque de tact incroyable. C'était dégoûtant 🤮 J'ai séjourné dans des centaines d'hôtels avec mon enfant, vous savez ? Shanghai, Pékin, Changsha, Singapour… où ne suis-je pas allée ? Personne ne m'a jamais suggéré d'acheter des tickets petit-déjeuner pour mon enfant dans un restaurant. C'est vraiment la première fois que je rencontre une personne aussi insensible. Je ne donne que 3 étoiles au service à cause de cette personne à l'entrée ; ça aurait pu être 5. Il y a du jus d'orange frais dans le hall ; n'hésitez pas à vous servir. Pensez aussi à prendre l'extrait de luffa ; c'est super pour la douche.

Professional service and great value: This hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the staff are very professional. Excellent amenities including a gym and sauna. Its proximity to Wanda Mall makes it very convenient for shopping and dining. The buffet breakfast was also awesome. The complimentary photography session and the robot delivery service were impressive ”extras” that made the stay memorable.

五一期間，常住的酒店價格漲的比較多。這家酒店價格適中，媳婦説開了蠻久，位置也不錯，於是試着住住，體驗很好，超出預期。 位置便利，離漢口站比較近，公交地鐵都可以，到公交或者地鐵站都衹有幾分鐘路程。樓下就是二環。 大廳寬敞明亮乾淨，小林小傑等前台態度好，有耐心，熟練，辦理很快，也會主動告知附近設施。 一樓有超市，關門較早，對面也有超市和影院，夜宵燒烤。 多部電梯，等待時長短，刷卡到樓層，安全。外賣等會有機器人送達房間。走廊乾淨整潔無異味。 房間很寬敞，全落地窗，視野很好。有單獨的辦公桌，辦公沙發，休息沙發，有小冰箱，有單獨的衣帽間，保險箱，睡衣，雨傘，一應俱全。衞生間乾濕分離，有浴缸，且很乾凈。電視頻道里有鳳凰衞視。還可提供鼠標墊、插排，以及各種功能枕等，人工送達，態度很好。13層保潔也很熱情禮貌且專業。工程部維修師傅也很禮貌。 七層有兩套卡薩帝洗衣機和乾衣機，乾淨。不過用智能模式不顯示剩餘時長。我家裡用的卡薩帝，裝有app，可以將其添加到app裏，會方便一些。 據説四樓有很大的健身房，未親身體驗，不清楚。定的不含早的房間，也未體驗早餐，附近常青三路騎單車10分鐘有一條街吃早餐，也不錯。 Wifi速度尚可。 整體非常滿意。後續回武漢，應該還會住這。 可以提升的有以下兩點： 1.臨街的推窗密封不好，可以粘門窗密封條，會有顯著改善。 2.房間小冰箱可能年頭久了，幾乎不製冷。
