If you don’t speak the local language, I do not recommend staying at this hotel. It was incredibly difficult getting both on, and off the mountain “scenic area”. Some hotels in Trip reached out to us in advance to help coordinate transportation, this one does not. Your only way to contact the hotel is by calling, which isn’t feasible if you don’t speak the language. The hotel website showed that parking was available, so I thought we would be able to get there by DiDi, as long as I paid the fee to get the car into the park. This was not the case. We did see private vehicles, but I’m not sure what goes into that, but I believe 4 wheel drive is one requirement. So with our luggage, he dropped us off at the base of the mountain. It took a little while to get to the ticket office, you have to walk up several stairs and through a cobblestone market to get there, so we got nice and sweaty and uncomfortable. From there, you take a bus (ours had no underside luggage stowage) about halfway up to another stop. We had to awkwardly hold our luggage in the aisle of a full bus, while going up-hill and doing switch-backs. Everyone gets off about halfway-way up, at a station with several different buses. We asked for help and someone pointed us to the correct one. From the final bus stop up top, it was a short walk to the hotel. We figured going down would be much smoother, but after getting off the first bus, we accidentally got on the wrong one and started going back up. Overall, took us about 2.5 hours from the airport to the hotel, then just over three hours from hotel to the HSR station. Minor descriptions for the room were inaccurate. Ours was listed as on floor 3 or 4, it was actually basement level. The hotel is in the edge of the mountain, so it still had a scenic view. The window in our room was dirty (I expected more for what we were paying). The hand soap in the bathroom was in a re-used bottle and was watered down. Listed amenities said sauna and massage room, there are neither here (nor was there an offer of other local places to go when I asked). The breakfast food was amazing, including a hot, fresh bar with a chef making eggs and noodles. I wasn’t able to partake in the noodles one day because of the language barrier. Hotel staff was more hesitant than other places we’ve stayed in using translation tools and I felt like too much of an inconvenience in using them to ask for noodles. There is bottled water in the rooms, you can ask for more for free (they friended me via WeChat on Check-In and is largely how we communicated). There is free tea and snacks in the afternoon, the hotel was quiet so we were able to take up one of two seats that had an amazing view outside. The staff working the tea time was great and super courteous. You can hike to South Crag Palace and Nanyan Palace by foot, both are absolutely stunning. In summary, if we were to visit the area again, I would stay at a hotel at the bottom of the mountain (not in the scenic area) and use the day exploring/getting lost on the bus. While the view was great, it simply wasn’t worth the high price and the difficulty in getting there for non-locals. If I knew a hotel in the scenic area would reach out to me in advance to assist, then I would go for it. But unfortunately, with the way Trip.com works right now, hotels have to initiate that, guests cannot. I don’t recommend this hotel for non-native speakers.

We had a really pleasant experience with the hotel especially some of the bellboys and front desk staff! :) Hotel staff were also very quick with our request of getting extra bottles of water and room slippers. The room had a good view and their place is really very spacious and clean. Special shoutout to front desk staff Ryan, who went above and beyond to help us resolve and coordinate our many parcel deliveries. He even helped us to contact the drivers personally. Also to Yuki, who was really helpful with assisting our checkout smoothly. We are overall pleased with the service, location and cleanliness of Wuhan Marco Polo and will be sure to recommend to others!

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bon. Il se trouve au-dessus de la station Qishuilou de la ligne 7 du métro. Il est très pratique d'aller à la rue piétonne Jianghan Road et au Garden Expo Park. Le métro est à seulement quatre ou cinq arrêts. Il est également très facile de se rendre à pied à Wansongyuan Food Street, à environ 10 minutes. Un ancien hôtel cinq étoiles avec des installations relativement anciennes et de bons services. Les chambres sont spacieuses et disposées aux étages supérieurs. Le paysage est bon. Il y a un petit parc en bas avec un grand lac, ce qui est bien. La marque Jinjiang est assez fiable et l'emplacement est très bon. Les amis qui veulent sortir pour s'amuser peuvent l'essayer.

Nice central location, super close to Wuhan Metro and within walking distance of Chuhehanjie Shopping Street. We enjoyed being able to get to all of Wuhan’s best attractions within a few subway stops like East Lake and the Hubei Provincial Museum. Also, we like the breakfast, would recommend buying it for at least one day, and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nous y avons passé six nuits. La première nuit, la climatisation nous a semblé insuffisante et nous avons demandé une autre chambre, ce qui nous a été accordé. Un ventilateur et un routeur Wi-Fi nous ont même été fournis. Dans l'ensemble, c'était agréable. La réception était très aimable et serviable. Si nous revenons à Wuhan, nous séjournerons sans hésiter dans cet hôtel.

L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter le lac de l'Est et le musée. Les chambres étaient propres, mais l'insonorisation laissait à désirer ; on entendait la télévision et l'eau courante de l'hôtel voisin, mais c'était à peine supportable. Le hall proposait plusieurs boissons de bienvenue, et des notes manuscrites du personnel d'entretien indiquaient que le départ était possible à 14 h. La direction s'efforçait d'améliorer le service par des méthodes traditionnelles, et le personnel de la réception était enthousiaste et serviable. Le petit-déjeuner était une grande déception. Proposé à 58 RMB par personne, il était même offert à 38 RMB pour les groupes, ce qui le rendait globalement très médiocre. Compte tenu de l'emplacement, où de nombreuses familles voyagent pendant les vacances, un petit-déjeuner aussi bas de gamme ne répond tout simplement pas aux attentes des clients. Il n'y avait pratiquement pas de viande ; c'est aberrant qu'il n'y en ait pas du tout ! Les autres plats étaient également très mal présentés et peu appétissants. Avec un emplacement aussi idéal près du lac de l'Est et de l'affluence touristique du musée, la direction devrait cesser de proposer des petits-déjeuners aussi bon marché, augmenter les prix et améliorer la qualité. Les parents ont déjà payé l'hôtel ; un bon petit-déjeuner les incitera à dépenser davantage. De plus, avec toutes les familles qui voyagent pendant les vacances, ne vous focalisez pas sur les petits-déjeuners enfants, même les plus bas. Soyez généreux, comme le font les hôtels familiaux, et offrez le petit-déjeuner aux enfants. En voyage, ils mangent et boivent partout, donc ils ne prennent généralement pas beaucoup de nourriture au petit-déjeuner. La faible fréquentation du petit-déjeuner pendant les vacances révèle un problème important ; une stratégie basée sur des prix bas et une faible qualité est inefficace. Enfin, un rappel à l'établissement : l'idée des vélos gratuits est bonne, mais leur mise en œuvre laisse à désirer. Premièrement, la caution de 500 yuans demandée aux clients est inutile ; deuxièmement, les vélos doivent être correctement inspectés, réparés et leurs fixations resserrées. Cette selle inconfortable est à remplacer ; elle est inutilisable. Le succès ou l'échec se joue sur les détails.

五一期間，常住的酒店價格漲的比較多。這家酒店價格適中，媳婦説開了蠻久，位置也不錯，於是試着住住，體驗很好，超出預期。 位置便利，離漢口站比較近，公交地鐵都可以，到公交或者地鐵站都衹有幾分鐘路程。樓下就是二環。 大廳寬敞明亮乾淨，小林小傑等前台態度好，有耐心，熟練，辦理很快，也會主動告知附近設施。 一樓有超市，關門較早，對面也有超市和影院，夜宵燒烤。 多部電梯，等待時長短，刷卡到樓層，安全。外賣等會有機器人送達房間。走廊乾淨整潔無異味。 房間很寬敞，全落地窗，視野很好。有單獨的辦公桌，辦公沙發，休息沙發，有小冰箱，有單獨的衣帽間，保險箱，睡衣，雨傘，一應俱全。衞生間乾濕分離，有浴缸，且很乾凈。電視頻道里有鳳凰衞視。還可提供鼠標墊、插排，以及各種功能枕等，人工送達，態度很好。13層保潔也很熱情禮貌且專業。工程部維修師傅也很禮貌。 七層有兩套卡薩帝洗衣機和乾衣機，乾淨。不過用智能模式不顯示剩餘時長。我家裡用的卡薩帝，裝有app，可以將其添加到app裏，會方便一些。 據説四樓有很大的健身房，未親身體驗，不清楚。定的不含早的房間，也未體驗早餐，附近常青三路騎單車10分鐘有一條街吃早餐，也不錯。 Wifi速度尚可。 整體非常滿意。後續回武漢，應該還會住這。 可以提升的有以下兩點： 1.臨街的推窗密封不好，可以粘門窗密封條，會有顯著改善。 2.房間小冰箱可能年頭久了，幾乎不製冷。
