C'est absolument incroyable de pouvoir admirer le lever du soleil sur les montagnes depuis son lit tous les matins. Cet hôtel est vraiment le nec plus ultra pour des vacances ; tout y est parfait, le service est impeccable et la restauration vaut le détour. Je tiens à mentionner en particulier un jeune homme charmant qui conduisait la navette : il était incroyablement chaleureux et sincère, passionné par son travail, et son sourire radieux égayait nos journées à chaque fois que nous le croisions. Même si les installations de l'hôtel ne sont pas les plus récentes, elles sont très bien entretenues, ce qui rend le séjour extrêmement confortable.

Équipements : Acceptables, pas vétustes ! Nous avons séjourné trois nuits ! Propreté : Correcte. Environnement : Agréable. Service : Excellent ! Le personnel de la réception et de l'entretien est très aimable, et le restaurant du rez-de-chaussée est également très bien ! Sources chaudes doubles illimitées : Le temps était un peu frais ces jours-ci, donc les sources chaudes étaient parfaites ! Comme il a plu, nous ne sommes pas beaucoup sortis, mais les enfants se sont bien amusés ! Le service de l'hôtel est très agréable, nous reviendrons ! Le service de la réception est bon, ils nous ont aidés à organiser la voiture pour le retour, et la voiture était excellente ! Fortement recommandé pour les voyages en famille, surtout avec des enfants !

Les avantages et les inconvénients sont évidents. Avantages : Cet hôtel incarne l’essence même d’un boutique-hôtel, offrant un service attentionné et prévenant (prise en charge et retour des vêtements, majordome très aimable et réactif), un café et un thé de qualité (le café Baoshan est vraiment excellent), et un emplacement relativement calme, à l’écart de la rue principale du centre historique, idéal pour faire du shopping et dîner. L’atmosphère y est très agréable les jours de pluie, et le thermos offert en cadeau était une délicate attention. Inconvénients : La circulation est extrêmement dense et les installations sont vétustes. Dans l’ensemble, le rapport qualité-prix est bon ; espérons qu’une rénovation soit possible.

La chambre est une petite cour indépendante avec une baignoire extérieure pour un bain moussant, et l'eau chaude peut être prête en quarante minutes 👍. Dans un coin de la cour, il y a un arbre avec des fruits, même si je ne sais pas ce que c'est. Au milieu de la cour, il y a une table, des chaises et un parasol, c'est très agréable pour prendre le thé ou jouer aux cartes 👍👍👍. Le soir, quand les lumières sont allumées, la faible luminosité rend la cour encore plus calme et élégante 👍👍👍. L'environnement écologique de l'hôtel est excellent, car j'ai vu des écureuils courir sur le mur, c'était incroyable 😂😂😂. Le service de l'hôtel est très bon, avec des voiturettes électriques pour les transferts, et les livraisons à emporter peuvent être livrées directement dans la chambre. La salle de sport est presque vide, j'en ai profité deux fois pour moi tout seul 😂😂😂. On peut voir la montagne enneigée derrière l'hôtel.

Hotel Indigo Lijiang exceeded my expectations. The location is unbeatable, just steps from Ancient Town with everything within easy walking distance. The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. What really stood out was the service. David, Lydia and the team went above and beyond by holding onto my Tibet permit while I traveled to Shangri-La, which made my onward trip to Lhasa seamless. That level of care and willingness to help beyond standard service is rare and made all the difference. Five stars for hygiene, environment, and service facilities. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lijiang and will absolutely stay here again.

The location is unbeatable — nestled right in the heart of Lijiang’s Old Town, with all the charm, culture, and history just steps from your door. Yet, once inside, the resort feels like a serene oasis, perfectly balancing traditional elegance with modern luxury. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the impeccable service. We had access to 24-hour butler service, and the staff communicated with us seamlessly via WeChat, making every interaction easy, personal, and incredibly attentive. A special and heartfelt thank you to 小唐 and 龙龙, who both went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of extraordinary. Their professionalism, warmth, and intuitive hospitality made us feel like royalty, anticipating our needs before we even voiced them. The rest of the team was equally gracious and proactive, constantly ensuring our comfort, entertainment, and well-being. Though we were tempted to extend our stay, we chose to continue our travels to a new province — but we left with heavy hearts. This stay was one of the highlights of our entire journey, and we will absolutely be returning in the future. It’s rare to find a place that blends luxury, tradition, warmth, and service so flawlessly. We stayed at Lishe seaview resort hotel for 2 nights. The hotel upgraded us to a two-room apartment which I did not expect! The apartment had spectacular view of Erhai in the living room and master bedroom. I had the foresight of having one free and easy day and we pretty much stayed in most of the time to soak in the view. The staff service was amazing. The team reached out to me via trip.com the day before we check in (fantastic initiative) as overseas visitors like me are not familiar with the WeChat usage. When we arrive, the staff were on standby to receive us and bring us to the apartment as we got there via our own driver. The hotel sent nightly desert (white fungus) to our apartment. One important aspect of the hotel is the delicious and wide spread of breakfast. The breaky was on the highest floor offering great views of Erhai, and the lady attendant there was polite, cheerful and has great service. When we checked, the hotel staff came to the apartment and send us to the car. They also presented a farewell bag of goodies - including rose Chinese cakes (which were super delicious!), tea and sweets. It was an awfully thoughtful gesture. I had the rose Chinese cake during breaky and loved them. So I was super happy to find them in the farewell gift. I would strongly recommend a stay here if you are in Dali. Fellow Singaporeans- you would love this place! I think even if I did not get the upgrade, I would have loved the view too. Just keep one day of doing nothing and enjoy the beautiful view and the hotel hospitality. The hotel staff were service oriented, always smiling, polite and helpful. I mean every staff we encountered, even the cleaning staff! This hotel was a great highlight of our Dali stay. I would definitely come back to stay at Lishe when next back to Dali.

Un hôtel très agréable et élégant, situé dans un quartier branché non loin du centre historique. Les chambres sont spacieuses et impeccables. Le personnel est poli et serviable. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux, même pour les clients européens, et le café est délicieux. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et le recommandons vivement.

Personnel extrêmement serviable qui nous a aidés à nous enregistrer et à récupérer nos bagages malgré l'heure tardive (après minuit). Quartier commerçant très pratique. Un excellent service de thé nous a été proposé malgré notre départ, mais en raison de notre vol tardif, ils ont quand même voulu nous le servir. Un grand merci ! Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j'y retournerai avec plaisir !
