Hôtels avec petit déjeuner à Cardiff, Royaume-Uni

Location was 10/10, couldn’t have asked for a better base while in Cardiff. Room was clean, bed was comfy and a good size. Decor was a tad dated and could do with a bit of TLC, but nothing was broken and everything was more than fit for purpose. 10/10 stay for the budget.

Le bureau frontal est extrêmement confortable. Appelle et demande le check-out tard à lequel ils m'ont donné gratuitement. Chambre propre, légèrement petite, mais décente pour le court séjour. Excellente localisation et trains n'ont pas été entendus de la quatrième chambre.

L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, le petit déjeuner est très bon, le petit déjeuner est très bon, le personnel est très bien, et il est souvent très bien. Service était 10/10. Les chambres elles-mêmes se sentaient un peu vieilles et pouvaient faire avec un touch-up mais assez confortable pour un court séjour!

I stayed here for a business trip for one week. The room seemed to be clean but it is so dark that you can’t really tell if it is clean or not. That’s actually an issue - the lightening is bad. I couldn’t really work in the room since it had only a yellow ambient lightening and not a normal main source of light. The bathroom can be slightly cold if you don’t leave the door open so that warm air from the A/C can enter. It is shameful that they don’t have a breakfast included, especially for long stays in the hotel which is not so cheap and out of the center… at least one small sandwich would make things better, but nop 👎🏼. Another thing is that the area is not very nice. Unless you have to do something in that area, i don’t recommend you to stay. I was even told by taxi drivers to not walk around alone after it gets dark. Before I knew that, I did take a walk and it really felt a bit unsafe. The staff was ok, I didn’t have much contact with them. Only had an incident when I arrived - they couldn’t find me in their system (it was booked under other name by mistake but I actually changed it a week before arrival so I don’t know why they didn’t have updated information). There is a small gym, but almost all machines, except one, are for cardio exercises. Almost no restaurants or shops in the area.

I booked two rooms. Even we were upgraded to a so called executive room, the carpet was dirty with mark. There was a crack in the basin which was the same case as my last stay in 2024. A used teaspoon with chocolate could never be changed and stayed at the same place during our stay for three nights.

L'hôtel était très propre, plein de parking. Le personnel était exceptionnel et comme je l'avais mis en place mes lunettes le jour 1, ils ont fait tout leur possible pour les localiser, ce qu'ils ont fait. Je les ai laissés sur le distributeur d'eau froide quand je sortais. Les repas dans le restaurant où il est également excellent.

Best hotel I've been to so far all the staff day/night was well mannered happy helpful joyful staff from reception to dinning down to the cleaners all have above and beyond with my stay from the moment I arrived made me feel equal as im disabled the lift access was easy to use helpful with my luggage straight away no waiting around reception was brilliant excellent communication got my room card really quickly no waiting around 3 lifts so plenty of access to floors my room was beautiful spacious easy access with quick card entrance with electric door just swap and the door opens for you with one press button to exit bathroom has all disabled access toilet bars shower seat with arm rests your able to move from side to side which helps getting to dry floor food was amazing from breakfast buffet massive selection you got to try the mixed fruit juices red and green flavour explosion have your great British fry up with a croissant and cappuccino for afters even had reserved table with easy access with out asking help with service if you want your breakfast brought too your room i highly recommend you stay in the Leonardo hotel for best stay on what ever your needs great tourist's while on your stay you have to visit the castle

The hotel is located in a very nice area where it’s easy to get a taxi or walk anywhere within the town. However, the mobile signal was quite weak, and the hotel Wi-Fi kept disconnecting - I had to log in again every time, which was quite inconvenient when trying to work. The room had a strong smell of rubber or leather, which made me feel sick and gave me a headache throughout my stay. The shower drainage didn’t work properly - no other drainage hole in the bathroom, and it eventually overflowed. I had to call the maintenance team to fix it. After lying on the bed for a short while, I noticed red, itchy patches on my face, almost like insect bites. I later found out that strong detergent used in washing the bedding can sometimes cause skin irritation. That night, I slept with a clean towel over the pillow and asked for fresh bedding the next day. Although my companion didn’t have any issues, I’d recommend anyone with sensitive skin to cover the pillow with a clean towel just in case. Overall, the services provided by the hotel were not bad, but the condition of the room and the reliability of the Wi-Fi definitely need improvement.

L'hôtel est situé dans le centre-ville, à proximité d'un supermarché et de chaînes de restauration rapide, dont McDonald's ouvert 24h/24. Le design de l'hôtel est de style industriel, les chambres sont spacieuses et le lit est extrêmement confortable. Les toilettes situées au sixième étage ont une atmosphère très calme et élégante. Le petit-déjeuner servi par le restaurant est délicieux. Le seul inconvénient est que l'ascenseur était en panne pendant mon séjour.

L'hôtel est très nettoyé. Arrêtez-le plus bienvenu à jouer la nouvelle la chambre est un lit confortable propre votre sommeil et un petit-déjeuner agréable. Enjoyez-le.
