Hôtels avec petit déjeuner à Comté de Galway, Irlande

Je logeais à Dublin, mais face à l'envolée des prix des auberges de jeunesse pour le week-end, je me suis enfuie à Galway. Et ce fut une excellente idée ! À mes yeux, Galway était une destination bien plus belle que Dublin. Il y avait tellement plus à voir. Le petit-déjeuner de l'auberge m'a apporté un peu de sérénité, après toutes ces années à cause de la hausse des prix. Je repars après seulement une journée, mais avec de merveilleux souvenirs. 🫶

Absolutely 💯 brilliant 👏 staff are so so helpful and they are so friendly, Caroline on reception is one of the best 👌 I highly recommend this hotel, my husband and I go there at least once a month for 3 nights 🌙 we never want to leave 😀 we could do with all hotels upping their game to the same standard as the connaught hotel Galway. Thanks to all the amazing smiling 😃 staff for making our stay so good. Looking forward to going back soon please God 🙏

Bel hôtel, mais j'ai été déçu par la propreté de la baignoire. Lorsque j'ai ajouté de l'eau chaude dans la baignoire, beaucoup de poussière et même un cheveu sont sortis. J'ai dû laver et rincer la baignoire plusieurs fois pour la nettoyer. Je comprends que le service hôtelier est faible en Irlande, mais c'est un hôtel 4 étoiles. Le prix des chambres est élevé pour l'Europe. Ce serait génial, au moins agréable à nettoyer. Le petit déjeuner était super, délicieux.

I recently stayed at the G Hotel. While there were some wonderful aspects, it didn’t quite live up to the glamorous impression it gives online. The location is a bit away from town and not truly on the lake as described. About half the rooms overlook the parking lot, which is disappointing. The foyer feels more like a three-star hotel — not the luxury welcome I expected. The hallways to the rooms were poorly lit, and the carpet made it difficult to roll luggage, even with a great suitcase. On the positive side, the staff was absolutely amazing. Every person we encountered went above and beyond, delivering genuine five-star service. The hotel rooms themselves were spacious, stylish, and very comfortable — really lovely once you got past the initial impression. What stood out to me is that just down the road, the Galmont Hotel lobby was exquisite — exactly the kind of first impression I would have expected from the G Hotel. If the G could match its service and rooms with a lobby and setting to match its image, it would truly be a standout

Great location, not too far from the city centre. The reception helped with any questions about travel and places to see. Very friendly staff.

Je suis arrivé tard dans la nuit, mais c'est un quartier calme. Cependant, comme c'est loin de la gare, il vaut mieux prendre le bus. Il y a un supermarché sur le chemin. Si vous vous dirigez vers la plage, vous y trouverez des boulangeries et des petits commerces. La chambre était propre et la douche fonctionnait bien. Nous avons tout ce dont vous avez besoin, comme des serviettes et des prises. Vous pouvez boire du thé et d'autres boissons vous-même au café, alors assurez-vous d'y jeter un œil.

Cette auberge a dépassé les attentes pour moi. Les chambres ont des lits confortables, des lockers et une connexion airconditionnelle. Les salles de bains étaient de base mais fonctionnelles et propres et je n'ai pas dû attendre une douche. Le pub a été vivant et de bonne valeur. Je suggère de vous apporter des plutons d'oreilles bien que la musique en direct va très tard quelques nuits, si vous voulez dormir, vous en aurez besoin.

C'était un hôtel que j'ai séjourné pour aller à Galway. Les maisons de toit traditionnelles irlandaises étaient également proches, l'atmosphère était différente. Le petit déjeuner inclus dans l'hôtel n'est pas jeune. Je ne suis pas sûre de venir en Irlande.

We were given a beautiful room  over looking the Circle of Life garden and the sea further on. See photo. Noise from jacuzzi below was bothersome in the morning and I had requested a quiet room, which it was apart from the engines bubbling below. Service in restaurant was incredibly slow for breakfast. Breakfast offering was good; not much pastry wise, but lots of fruits, gorgeous cheese, avocados even, good quality Oj. But the Coffee was sludge and undrinkable. Though the View over Galway bay is beyond compare. Room was comfortable though dated but very clean except at one point in the shower I looked down to see a chunk of long black hair stuck to my foot… 2000% not mine. That was pretty gross. It must have been sitting in the drain as I’d have noticed before getting in. Cockroaches in the shower are a more welcome site than that.  Bathroom is modern and shower had good power. Bed was soft but comfortable. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. Pool is small, sauna is great. Pool not too clean/ Two discarded plasters on the side.  Location is unbeatable.

We stayed on the 5th of September. It's a beautiful hotel. We enjoyed everything about this place except the unbearable heat in the room. It was impossible to sleep. There was a portable fan but it was very noisy.And even when it's on, it wasn't helpful. No air conditioner. We had a very poor sleep. And no matter how much we enjoyed the gym, swimming pool, food, friendly staff and the atmosphere of the hotel, we would not stay here next time.
