Globalement, le complexe est très agréable, apprécié des enfants. Il y a beaucoup d'activités, la piscine et la plage étant à proximité, ce qui facilite les déplacements. La nourriture est également bonne. Cependant, il n'y a pas de parking pour les chambres des collines. Il est donc difficile de monter les bagages et de monter les escaliers à trois niveaux, ce qui est difficile pour les personnes âgées, car une fois rentrées, l'hôtel ne veut plus en sortir.

We feel happy during our staycation. The room is clean, got bathtub. Only 1thing disturbing me, there no pipe-waterhose type in the bathroom. The bidet not really function as the water is quiet small and not really satisfy during washing. Easy access to boulevard shopping mall. Free parking-tell the receptionist when go out. Swimmingpool is large & comfortable. Overall, satisfy👍🏻

Short stay at the family suite and king suite, arrived Sunday afternoon and left Monday afternoon, so limited activities. Rooms were clean and tidy, the king suite overlooked the bigger pool and the Coconut Bar. Family suit had convenient access to ”kiddie” pool and beach. Kids had fun at the kids' pool, also had a dip in the bigger pool as well as playing at the beach. Pool is good for a visit in the afternoon as dead bugs in the pool take some time for staff to clean throughout the morning. Did not get a chance to try the wellness centre as it was closed Monday.

This is probably my 5th or 6th time staying at The Waterfront Hoteland for good reason! It remains my favourite hotel in the city. The view from the room is simply magnificent, whether day or night, and always takes my breath away. I absolutely love the pool area it’s such a relaxing spot to unwind, especially with the scenic backdrop. Another major plus is the hotel’s direct connection to the mall, which makes shopping and dining super convenient without having to leave the building. The room is well-equipped with complete toiletries, which I really appreciate. Everything is kept clean and comfortable, making each stay feel like a mini escape. One small downside: the toilet floor tends to be quite slippery. Although a small toilet mat is provided, it doesn’t quite cover enough area to prevent slipping, so that’s something to be cautious about.

sangat selesa and saya dpt tidur dgn nyenyak. I love the hotel vibe very exclusive . include swimming pool tapi sayang skli waktu nak mandi sllu hujan. Makanan dia mungkin boleh improve sikit sbb masin sangat. staff dia sgt melayani and tolong ambilkan gambar dan bukakan pintu. 🫶🏾

Nous choissons toujours de rester ici pour une raison non différente mais pour la localisation. J'espère que la propreté des chambres sera mieux. Le petit déjeuner était assez bon en tenant compte du prix.

Stayed at this Hotel from 11th to 13th June at the Puteri Wing. This i must say was a Fabulous Wing. Everything is fine at this Hotel. Only a few shortcomings due to Towels, we had to keep on asking Housekeeping to send the towels. Next Ammenities in the Room was placed for 1 person only ”why”. I think Housekeeping needs to buck up. Other than that its a Nice Hotel. Great Breakfast and Kudos to the F& B Team. Front Office Staff very well mannered and Helpful.. It was nice staying at this Hotel 🏨 ☺️ 👌

Very nice and comfy resort hotel! We are welcomed by the bell boy helping us with the luggage with big smiles and greetings. The front desk politely ask for us to rest at lobby or can go for nearby shopping while we were waiting for the room to be ready ( we were early). They gives us plenty of drinking waters to make sure we stay hydrated! Swimming pool is big and nice ( they have several baby pool, and a big pool with various depths). It was nice as they also provide us complementary dinner for 2 ( our booking comes with breakfast for 3 adults, kiddo is additional RM30). I would like to complement the restaurant staff - Rita who has given us the utmost great hospitality and flexibility as we request to pack food to go instead of dinning in ( dinner). Overall I am impressed by this 5- star hospitality of Marriott. They never let me down with their superb services.

The hotel has a great location — it’s conveniently surrounded by many eateries, making it easy to grab food at any time. The room itself is quite spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. However, the overall maintenance of the hotel needs serious improvement. The main carpet in the hallway had a strong unpleasant smell, and the windows looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Inside the room, both the floor and bathroom were noticeably dirty, which affected our comfort during the stay. With better cleanliness and upkeep, this place has the potential to be much better.

Il y a peu de pro et con pour cet hôtel Mars 2025 Commentaire :- Pro 1. La vue est étonnante 2. La piscine est chaude avec chauffage de piscine appliqué. L'eau de piscine est propre. 3. Le climatiseur est assez froid et la chambre est bien entretenue. 4. Mini marché à l'intérieur de l'hôtel et quelques machines de vente. 5. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux, mais avec un choix sélectif (Buffet). Con Restaurant chinois - fermé, Salon exécutif - fermé, Salon ciel - fermé. 2. Eau chaude - pas suffisante pour un bain long, je dois coucher de l'eau avec la chaudière 4 fois pour que je puisse avoir un bain chaud. 3. La zone lointaine, je dois conduire 25 minutes avant d'atteindre Tabuan Jaya pour acheter du gâteau et des aliments rapides. Si vous voulez profiter de la baignade et de l'environnement, voici le meilleur endroit.
