Hôtels avec petit déjeuner à Sarawak, Malaisie

La chambre face à la rivière offre une belle vue surtout le matin. C'est juste à côté du front de mer. La circulation est dense dans le quartier. Il ne se passe pas grand-chose la nuit. La chambre est spacieuse et les lits sont confortables. J'y retournerais si je visite Miri à l'avenir.

I guess it's my 4th time staying here. I like the view, safety, facilities, the TV functions, i can karaoke on my own using TV YouTube hehe Bathroom is nice. set with toothbrush and etc King size bed with affordable price. What else should I need for my beautiful place to rest after a long pack weekday work. For sure, I will stay here again. One more thing, the breakfast is marvellous.

Very recommended to others. That was my second time stay there and it is the best place to stay. But for my second time there are faulty lights at room 308, the rest is okay nice experience stay there and maybe LI HUA is my fav place to stay during my work travels. Thanks.

Nous n'étions pas au courant que le Pullman était en rénovation et nous avons dû prendre l'escalier jusqu'au deuxième étage puis l'ascenseur pour accéder à notre chambre. Le lendemain, après le passage du ménage, le service d'étage a remarqué que la femme de ménage avait appuyé trop fort sur le bouton de la chasse d'eau, qui n'était pas revenu en place, provoquant une fuite continue. Heureusement, j'étais retourné à ma chambre car j'avais oublié quelque chose et j'ai essayé de tirer la chasse d'eau. Je pense que la qualité du service et le nettoyage peuvent encore être améliorés. Dans l'ensemble, le personnel de la réception et les autres employés sont très aimables et serviables. L'hôtel est bien situé et j'espère y séjourner à nouveau une fois les rénovations terminées.

Just arrived at the hotel and was informed that there was ongoing water pipe repair work outside, which caused a temporary water disruption during the daytime. We couldn’t shower or wash our hands for a while, which was quite inconvenient. Thankfully, the water supply returned to normal again in the evening. Front desk staff were still very polite and helpful throughout the situation. We booked the Deluxe Single Room, and the king-sized bed was very comfortable and spacious, enough for us two adults and our 2yo child, with plenty of extra space. However, the bed felt slightly damp when we first arrived, but it became better later at night. The hotel also has a family pool and direct beach access, which makes it a great place for families with kids to relax and unwind. The buffet breakfast menu was also quite rich with plenty of choices.

The room facilities were okay, but the ac definitely needs improvement. When we checked into the room, the fan was already on. After switching the fan off, we noticed that the air conditioner was not cooling the room properly and it felt quite warm. We ended up sleeping with only the fan running throughout the night, which was disappointing as we did not expect such an experience. 😓 We checked the air conditioner ourselves and confirmed that it was switched on and set to the correct temperature. We also noticed that the lobby air conditioning was extremely cold, so there seemed to be a significant difference compared to our room. We reported the issue to the front desk, but were informed that the room air conditioner was functioning well. Unfortunately, this was not our experience, and it affected our overall comfort during the stay.

Room is clean and comfortable. If you need to know, the pillows are the fluffiest that’ll support your spine in your sleep. A few non functioning locks (toilet) and drawers (fridge) but nothing too major that affects stay experience. As a business traveller, it’s important to note that the room is filled with sockets which means no power supply concerns.

The location is perfect, with views of both Mount Santubong and the vast South China Sea. Despite coming on monsoon season, we still enjoy the view and swimming at the hilltop swimming pool. We were the only guest at the whole hilltop complex! It's a bit far from the main building where there's cafe etc but we enjoyed the quietness and the amazing view. The way to commute from our room the main building is either by the 24hr shuttle service or use the stairs downhill (beware only during the day and good weather) Food at the restaurant was good, we went for dinner and breakfast. The price also was very affordable for a hotel standard, a dinner bill total was about RM100 for 4 person! This wat at Cafe Satang. Staffs were all very helpful and well trained. Overall good experience.

Dans l'ensemble, l'emplacement de l'hôtel est excellent. Sa proximité avec la rivière est idéale pour se promener dans les environs. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner propose un large choix de plats, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Le seul bémol est que nous y avons séjourné pendant le Ramadan. De ce fait, le service du petit-déjeuner commençait vers 4 h du matin pour les clients musulmans. Lorsque nous sommes descendus prendre notre petit-déjeuner vers 6 h ou 7 h, la plupart des plats étaient déjà épuisés, ce qui limitait un peu le choix. Le personnel de la réception était très aimable et serviable. Certains nous ont même aidés à changer de chambre pour être plus tranquilles, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Un grand merci à Khristopher et Bond. Concernant les équipements de l'hôtel, il serait appréciable que les chambres soient équipées de quelques articles de base supplémentaires, comme du savon ou un peigne.
