Hôtels avec petit déjeuner à Sarawak, Malaisie

La chambre face à la rivière offre une belle vue surtout le matin. C'est juste à côté du front de mer. La circulation est dense dans le quartier. Il ne se passe pas grand-chose la nuit. La chambre est spacieuse et les lits sont confortables. J'y retournerais si je visite Miri à l'avenir.

Je crois que c'est ma quatrième fois de rester ici. J'aime la vue, la sécurité, les installations, les fonctions de la télévision, je peux karaoke sur moi-même en utilisant la TV YouTube hehe La salle de bain est belle. Le lit de King est très bon marché, mais il me faut un endroit magnifique pour se reposer après un long paquet de travail de semaine. Bien sûr, je resterai encore ici. Encore une chose, le petit déjeuner est merveilleux.

Excellent stay in Bintulu! Had a wonderful experience staying at Lihua Hotel Bintulu. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is highly convenient, making it easy to get around town. The staff were friendly and efficient during check-in and check-out. Will definitely come back again!

Il a été informé qu'il y avait des travaux de réparation de tuyauterie en cours de route, qui ont provoqué une interruption temporaire de l'eau pendant la journée. Heureusement, l'approvisionnement en eau est revenu à la normale de nouveau le soir. Le personnel du bureau de front était toujours très amical et utile tout au long de la situation. Nous avons réservé la chambre unique Deluxe, et le lit roi-dimensionnel était très confortable et spacieux, suffisant pour nous deux adultes et notre 2yo enfant, avec beaucoup d'espace supplémentaire. Le lit se sentait légèrement souple quand nous arrivions, mais il s'est amélioré plus tard la nuit. L'hôtel dispose également d'une piscine familiale et d'un accès direct à la plage, ce qui la rend un grand endroit pour les familles avec les enfants pour se détendre et se déplacer.

The room facilities were okay, but the ac definitely needs improvement. When we checked into the room, the fan was already on. After switching the fan off, we noticed that the air conditioner was not cooling the room properly and it felt quite warm. We ended up sleeping with only the fan running throughout the night, which was disappointing as we did not expect such an experience. 😓 We checked the air conditioner ourselves and confirmed that it was switched on and set to the correct temperature. We also noticed that the lobby air conditioning was extremely cold, so there seemed to be a significant difference compared to our room. We reported the issue to the front desk, but were informed that the room air conditioner was functioning well. Unfortunately, this was not our experience, and it affected our overall comfort during the stay.

The hotel is in a great location, and the room was clean and comfortable. Those are definitely the highlights of my stay. Unfortunately, the service and overall experience fell well below expectations. The biggest issue was the parking. My vehicle couldn’t fit into the mechanical parking system, so I was instructed to park by the roadside instead. Eventhough I wasn’t able to use the hotel’s parking system, I was still charged RM10. Later that evening, I decided to use the hotel’s premium parking, which costs RM70/day. I asked if the RM10 I had just paid could at least be deducted from the premium parking fee, but my request was declined. It didn’t seem fair considering I had no choice but to park outside because my car couldn’t fit into the mechanical parking. After contacting management by email, I was informed that the RM10 charge should never have been applied in the first place, as roadside parking was supposed to be complimentary for guests in my situation. This was apparently a mistake by the front desk. What was frustrating was that I had already explained to the front desk multiple times that my vehicle wasn’t even parked in the mechanical parking system, yet I was still asked to pay. The premium parking arrangement was also poorly managed. There were no staff available to assist with moving the cones, and on one occasion, my car registration wasn’t even on the parking list. Several times during my stay, I had to ask different staff where I was supposed to park because no one seemed to know. Housekeeping was another disappointment. I requested room cleaning at the front desk in the morning and specifically informed the staff that I had accidentally left the “Do Not Disturb” sign on my door. Despite this, housekeeping never came to service my room. To the hotel’s credit, management handled my complaint professionally. They refunded all of my parking charges and offered complimentary breakfast as a gesture of goodwill. However, while I appreciate management’s effort to make things right, the multiple service issues throughout my stay had already left a poor impression. Personally, I would not stay here again, especially if I’m driving. A good recovery is appreciated, but it doesn’t undo an experience that could have been avoided with better communication and service from the front desk.

L'hôtel est un peu excentré, mais reste proche de trois grands centres commerciaux. Les chambres étaient confortables et propres, et j'en ai été très satisfait. Si vous voyagez en voiture, cet hôtel pourrait vous convenir. Le personnel de la réception était également aimable et souriant. Le petit-déjeuner était correct, sans plus, avec un choix limité.

The location is perfect, with views of both Mount Santubong and the vast South China Sea. Despite coming on monsoon season, we still enjoy the view and swimming at the hilltop swimming pool. We were the only guest at the whole hilltop complex! It's a bit far from the main building where there's cafe etc but we enjoyed the quietness and the amazing view. The way to commute from our room the main building is either by the 24hr shuttle service or use the stairs downhill (beware only during the day and good weather) Food at the restaurant was good, we went for dinner and breakfast. The price also was very affordable for a hotel standard, a dinner bill total was about RM100 for 4 person! This wat at Cafe Satang. Staffs were all very helpful and well trained. Overall good experience.

This hotel is perfect for both corporate guests and holidaymakers. The staff provides excellent, friendly service throughout your stay. The rooms are top-notch and extremely satisfying, fully equipped with premium toiletries and essential amenities. It is a wonderfully comfortable place to stay.

Please upgrade LEVEL 5 corridor lights. Its so uncomfortable for travellers who arrives at night or midnighT especially women Level 5 corridor lights was so dimmed, No music and no AC it was warm, DARK like a ******* hotel and spooky. Elevator opened i can feel the creepy vibes. Requested for lower level and nearby elevator, but i was given on level 5 and the 2nd last room. I'm sorry I wont come back.
