Le service de la chambre a fait valoir qu'ils avaient nettoyé la chambre quand ils n'avaient pas été en mesure de le faire et qu'il a pris des preuves photographiques pour que le personnel nous croie. Il a également découvert que leur check-in a facturé la salle de prix complète en dépôt (304 $), mais il n'a mentionné que le paiement de 70 $ à la check-in; c'est un problème, car la salle a été prépayée. La chambre était confortable et la piscine et la salle de gym sont bons, mais un traitement déficient et incompétent par le personnel m'empêcherait de choisir de rester ici.

I like this hotel so much. In middle of cambridge city, great room, clean and neat. Also have free public parking area. Staff friendly. I like the breakfast too, have so many option. Recommended. Will come back later.

Stayed here as an interim stop to visit the Hamilton Gardens, the park around lake rotoroa and then drive on to the Bridal Veil falls before returning to Auckland for our flights home. The Hotel was clean, free parking (and secure parking available if the free areas had run out) and has a good sister restaurant attached. Really nice hotel, very friendly staff and a good nights' sleep. Couldn't have wished for better.

I booked a Cabin with Kitchen, It did not mention, the Shower and toilet are shared. When I take the option in Trip.com, The rest of Cabin did mention shared Bathroom and Toilet, Mine did not mention it was shared. The staff told me to upgrade it to other Carbin with Own bathroom. I said, it should not be a upgrade, it should included. I said : May I talk to the manager? She said, results will be the same. If it is a shared Bathroom, it should state in decription. Other than this, everything is fine and good.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “An Unexpected Maze of Delight” If you’re looking for delicious food, sparkling clean rooms, and the kind of hotel layout that makes you question whether you’ve accidentally entered a witness protection program — this is the place for you. Let’s start with the food: Chef’s kiss. I’d drive across three postcodes and two mildly illegal U-turns just to have their breakfast again. The scrambled eggs? Fluffy little clouds of joy. The bacon? So crispy it filed for emancipation. And the dinner? Let’s just say I proposed to my dessert. The room? Immaculate. Clean enough to perform surgery in. I dropped a piece of popcorn behind the bedside table and found absolutely no dust, no suspicious stains, and no mystery hair. 10/10, would snoop again. Now… the layout. Imagine booking a room at a lovely hotel. You check in at the front desk, all smiles and suitcases, and then they hand you a map that looks like it was drawn by a drunk pirate. “Just follow the driveway, take a left at the third bush, go behind the laundry shed, ignore the goats (they’re decorative), and your room is the one just past the third time you question your life choices.” I drove around the back like I was trying to escape from the FBI. Every turn felt like a side quest. I found myself in areas where I wasn’t sure if I was still on hotel property or had entered Narnia. Google Maps gave up. Even Siri was like, “Dude, you’re on your own.” BUT — once I did find my room, it was like discovering a hidden treasure. Peaceful, quiet, with views of a tree that may or may not have judged me. And honestly? It was all part of the charm. You don’t forget a place like this. Would I stay again? Absolutely. I just might drop breadcrumbs next time so I can find my way back.

Welcome was good. The reception staff were friendly and accommodated our request for a river facing room. Overall the service was just okay for it's price. For its price, I feel that parking should be included. A limited parking that can be reserved at $36 was offered when I called in a day before as well as a free parking further down the hotel that is not guaranteed. We availed of the additional $36, this includes a valet service. The hotel room design was as expected of Novotel hotels, but it was not up to it's best standard. The remote control and kettle in our room was dusty. Amenities needed to be requested, I did this in advance during booking. But there were no slippers in the room upon arrival except for the 4 towels requested. Breakfast buffet was just the usual fare.

Huge rooms, the biggest I've had in New Zealand, however the room was sparsely furnished so they could have made better use of the space which was effectively wasted. For instance there were no chairs to sit in. A pair of chairs with a side table would really make a difference. Its a historic hotel but very much 'faded grandeur', however I knew when I booked that the hotel wasn't the most modern and that was ok as I wanted that historic feel. It's not everyday that you stay inthe same hotel that Queen Elizabeth did (in 1953). The bed was comfortable, the shower hot (a huge bathroom too) and the staff were helpful. Great location right in the city centre too.

Tout est bon, aucun repas inclus. L'emplacement est très bon, vous pouvez vous rendre presque partout où vous le souhaitez. Hamilton n'est pas une ville touristique par rapport aux autres villes de Nouvelle-Zélande. Vous pouvez donc choisir de vivre ici pendant quelques jours. merci

Notez que le type de chambre n'est pas une villa. Chaque maison est une entrée et une sortie indépendantes des deux maisons à l'étage. Si la chambre pour vous est à l'étage, il y a une terrasse. S'il est assigné en bas, il y a une pelouse sans balcon. . La vue sur le yacht depuis notre balcon à trois chambres et à une chambre est le plus grand point culminant. Il y a deux chambres dans les trois chambres et le salon face au port. Une chambre fait face à la communauté. Tout dans la chambre est bon. La douche est très chaude et l'eau est chaude. C'est bien, la cuisine est assez grande pour que vous puissiez cuisiner et manger. On sent que chaque maison a un propriétaire différent, et elle est confiée à la société de gestion pour une location unifiée. Les rideaux de la chambre sont de type rideau et il y a des espaces entre les deux. Le soir, la lumière brille par l'extérieur. A 6 heures du matin, il commence à voir à travers le soleil. Si ce n'est pas un bon sommeil, il devrait être difficile de dormir plus de huit heures. Il n'y a rien à jouer dans la communauté, il n'y a pas de place pour se promener. Le service s'appelle essentiellement non, sauf pour obtenir une clé. Sachez également que ces deux points ne vous permettront jamais de rester en avance ! Il y a deux grands supermarchés non loin de la voiture, mais il n'y a pas grand-chose à regarder et à jouer dans toute la ville.

L'intimité de l'hôtel est très élevée, le petit déjeuner et le dîner sont très bons, niveau Michelin, j'aime vraiment ça, j'y retournerai.
