L'hôtel est bien situé, l'environnement est beau, le calme et le confort, les arbres verts sont en pleine forme dans le jardin, le petit pont fluide, l'assainissement propre et propre, le service de la réception est très attentif, le service de gardien est fort, les besoins sont plus rapides à chaque fois que le téléphone est envoyé, le petit déjeuner est riche, les aliments du restaurant sont frais, le goût est bon, le repas est plus rapide, J'ai également reçu un petit cadeau, l'expérience est très bonne, la prochaine fois, ça vaut la peine de le recommander!

臨時決定出遊，沒訂上親子家庭房，也沒訂上花園私湯，很搶手，如果有需要一定提前安排～衹能公共温泉♨️啦，晚飯後去的，人少很舒服～
設施：温泉棒！很驚喜地下車庫有充電樁～有個25米泳池（水温31℃）1.2-1.5米，還有小朋友小池，玩兒水夠了～還有個小朋友樂園，歡樂球滑梯，幼娃友好～
衞生：特別乾淨，大堂，房間，温泉都很乾凈～
環境：花園開始書草發芽了～
服務：完美，前台，餐廳，客房，温泉遇到服務人員都很貼心～態度非常好～
太滿意的一次出行啦～

每年都要來南戴河玩兒幾次，每次都住龍華園。因為酒店服務很好，員工熱情，房間乾淨。今年還增加了一次性的面巾和浴巾，很方便。這次住的親子房，前台的小姐姐還給孩子贈送了早餐。走的時候也多了份手辦禮。暑期會再過來玩兒，希望早餐能在豐富一些就更好啦。期待中……

My stay at Congtai grand hotel was superb, the location is easily accessible to shopping malls , restaurants and transport. The front desk staff was very friendly and cooperative despite having so many formalities due to the covid pandemic, the staff guide me to the nucleic acid test collection centre and collected the PCR result. Even arranged a taxi to the train station before checkout. I would definitely recommend it, guys whenever you’re in Handan , don’t miss out.

5. Il n'y a pas eu de courage de visiter des zones de paysage, choisir la faim et la satisfaction.
L'hôtel est bien situé, l'autre côté est le musée de la chaussure, le parc du Long Lake, les joueurs ne sont pas nombreux et ne doivent pas se déplacer, pas loin du parc de la chaussure, et la voiture est très pratique. A côté est la ville de Melee, le bon endroit pour manger et jouer avec les enfants à la nuit. Le service du personnel de l'hôtel est très bon. Chaque personnel se voit avec les clients pour s'adresser à l'amiable pour savoir si il a besoin d'aide, très satisfait.

從百里峽高速口出來，開不遠就到了，營地是從一個坡道開上去大家不要開過。環境很不錯，接待的姐姐服務熱情周到。房間很乾凈，獨立衞生間淋浴，晚餐提供的燒烤量太大了倆人根本吃不完，還給我們自己做的韭菜雞蛋的盒子。原本以為山區的淋浴熱水水壓會不行，沒想到完全多慮了，熱水非常充沛温度也很穩定。週六來衹有我們一家，有半個山都是我們的感覺。唯一不舒服的地方就是智能馬桶落座就沖水，連沖三次。這個可能是設定問題和家裡的不太一樣也沒敢給人家隨意調。

La réception de Xiao Zhao est très sympathique et serviable. J'y retournerai à chaque fois que je viendrai à Beidaihe :). Bon hôtel propre, près de la plage. Petit déjeuner délicieux... 2 fois que je suis venu ici. Je veux voir l'été à Beidaihe la prochaine fois ^^

入住體驗非常好！首先是酒店的接站服務很便捷，工作人員專業性強，哪怕是第一次到正定機場站的我也能迅速明白上車地點，在工作人員的電話引導下準確到達候車點！接站師傅態度好好的，要沒入住就感受到酒店的熱情！前台美女專業、温暖的服務，使我得以快速入住休息。早上六點叫醒電話準時響起，六點半的送機場提前到達，一切都那麼絲滑……以後去石家莊晚到早走的話，還會選這個酒店。借平台感謝！

Everything was mostly good. The staff gave my toddler some beach toys which was very appreciated. Room was comfortable and clean.
Only thing was there wasn’t blackout curtains and the curtains they had showed obvious wear and had thin spots

第一次到邢台遊玩，選擇了據説當地唯一五星酒店，果然酒店真的是蓋的大氣磅礴，停車場就好大。最讓我驚喜是前台服務更好，本來計劃讓前台再給升個級，沒想到，前台美女小趙熱情告訴我，都安排好了，不但升級還按照我的選擇還給安排的陽面，如果感到熱可以再調！點個贊，後來前台張經理給辦理了入住，親自送到電梯，還説有啥事隨時聯繫！點贊張經理，讓客人有賓至如歸的感覺！房間舒適整潔，能看到邢台全景，智能馬桶，乾淨床品，美味水果，歡迎造型，每處點滴體現酒店給予的温暖！早上起晚了，餐廳服務人員微笑服務多次提醒，多拿點，快閉餐了，一位銀色制服應該是經理吧看我倒牛奶不多了，趕緊過來幫助拿取！點贊餐廳美女們！美麗邢台、温暖的酒店都給我留下美好回憶！

服務不行：停車難，門口不讓停，就讓停到地下車庫，圍着酒店轉了兩圈，進入地下是個死衚衕。誰曾想，是離酒店挺遠的一個地下，還要步行帶着行李再返回酒店，**不**？
房間裏沒有指南沒有手冊，沒有介紹沒有相關訊息，最最奇葩，打客服電話，打了七八次沒人接，住過的所有酒店，獨一份。
明明本來訂的豪華雙人間，前台告訴我，給你免費升級到豪華雙人間，拿出憑證一看不説話了，想要個高點的樓層，説全滿了，衹有這種房型的最底層。你真行，夠狠！！！！

IInvitéI don't normally bother to write reviews, but this place is truly deserving of one. Our stay at Anaya was amazing to say the least. The place was so beautiful and serene, rivaling many of the luxury ryokans in Japan but with their own modern twist. We stayed in the queen room, and it’s fairly simple but more than adequate and comfortable. The in-room drinks and snacks were delicious, and they provided an additional special treat each day, which was an experience on its own. There wasn't a television, but we never felt that there was a need for one. It was a place where you can truly focus on unwinding and take things slow, but when needed, the Wi-Fi speed is sufficient for streaming on your own devices. The hotel is unique where you can just do everything within their compounds without needing to travel anywhere else. We really loved the Japanese bookstore, which is a must-visit, and spend some time admiring the garden next to it. They provide activities as well, so you will never feel like there is nothing to do. The spas are also highly recommended, which in fact warrants a trip all on its own even if you do not stay at the hotel. One of the spas is a re-purposed factory, and it's a truly unique experience which will appeal to architecture enthusiasts. Food was a little pricey, but you have a lot of options, and the ones we had were great. They even had their own provision shop for you to stock up on snacks and drinks. One of the main factors that truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service from Zhi Hui. She went above and beyond to share her personal contact in order to make sure we were well taken care of, answering our questions promptly and making arrangements for us. She even followed up with us after our departure to make sure we arrived at our next destination safely. The other staff around the hotel, including the restaurants, were also very friendly and helpful. There was even a sweet young lady selling what they harvested from the mountains as well as small snack stores, one of which was operated by a very friendly lady selling Japanese-style desserts. Our interactions with the people all felt really genuine and sincere. The experience wouldn't have been so wonderful if it weren't for our very pleasant experience with the people working in and around the hotel. They normally use a multi-seater buggy to ferry guests around, but when we were caught in the rain, they actually arranged a car to pick us up instead. Anaya Lanya Hotel is simply extraordinary, and we cannot recommend it enough.

The airport shuttle bus just outside the hotel, restaurants also available opposite the road. Take note some of the restaurants close at 930pm.

TTryasLa location est très bonne, à l'intérieur du Thaiwoo ski resort.
Le chef est très utile, mais il a été très gentil de demander de l'omélette pour notre enfant, mais le chef a refusé de le répondre de manière inappropriée.
Globalement Hyatt Chongli est un grand endroit pour rester pour un voyage de ski à Thaiwoo!

IInvitéI recently stayed in room 3129 at this hotel and overall, I had a good experience. The location is excellent as it sits right in front of the beach. The hotel also has a hot spring which is a nice addition, although some areas were not functioning properly due to being broken.
The reception staff was very attentive and friendly, particularly one male employee. However, it seemed that the female staff members were not as willing to work.
I highly recommend trying the massage services offered at the hotel. I had a neck and back massage which left me satisfied.
The breakfast buffet was decent and the dining room supervisor and the reception staff at the buffet were friendly and hardworking. Most of the cooks and servers provided good service.
I would also recommend paying for the dinner buffet as it offers a wide variety of seafood. The only downside was a young grill cook who lacked proper manners when I asked a question about the food. He responded lazily and rudely. Additionally, there was a young waitress with a tattoo on her leg who seemed uninterested in working. While the rest of her colleagues were cleaning and setting up tables, she would simply join them and sit down or play with her mobile phone.
In terms of the room, the cleanliness was below the minimum standard. It was quite neglected, as they only mopped the floor and it still wasn't clean. There were hairs from previous guests throughout the room. The private hot spring in the room could also use some improvement.

The breakfast seems to be good, but I am not eating, just having morning coffee and the coffee was just ok. And long waiting at the coffee machine, because there is just one. Unfortunately I had a noisy neighbour and didn’t sleep well due to that, but the bed was comfortable

L'ambiance est totalement géniale et c'est un endroit agréable pour se détendre avec de nombreuses activités à faire, même si malheureu*****t nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit ici car nous n'avions prévu que de faire une randonnée à Jin Shan Ling, mais nous reviendrons certainement pour en savoir plus au prochain tour !
Le service et l'hospitalité sont excellents et absolument reconnaissants d'avoir un personnel aussi sympathique, super sympathique et chaleureux. L'hôtel était près de Jin Shan Ling (à environ 5 minutes en voiture) et ils ont même proposé de nous conduire et de venir nous chercher à l'hôtel et à Jin Shan Ling. Au sein de l'hôtel, ils craignaient que nous ayons froid, alors ils nous ont emmenés dans notre chambre car notre chambre était à quelques minutes à pied et nous sont allés chercher de notre chambre au hall lorsque nous voulions passer du temps dans leurs zones de détente qui se sont transformées en vraiment relaxant.
Ils ont servi des repas très somptueux, notamment un ensemble de fondues, idéal pour l'hiver, et nous ont même offert des plats gratuits dans le cadre du solstice d'hiver.
L'un des membres du personnel, Henry Zhang, nous a fait visiter leur centre d'exposition, montrant les différentes zones pittoresques de 四季山, 金山岭 et 北京城 ! Nous avons apprécié le partage d’expérience de sa part et l’explication des différents sites d’attraction, apprécions le geste doux car il n’avait pas vraiment besoin de le faire mais il l’a fait !
La chambre était absolument géniale et spacieuse, extrêmement propre et confortable avec des radiateurs à l'intérieur des toilettes, ce qui était super sympa. C'était une bonne nuit de sommeil pour nous.
Le petit déjeuner était leurs plats locaux qui étaient super aussi et très copieux (petits pains, œufs, porridge, bâtonnets de pâte, plats froids spéciaux).
Dans l’ensemble, nous n’avons eu aucune plainte à redire dès notre arrivée, nous avons vraiment adoré l’expérience et cela nous donne vraiment envie de réserver un autre voyage ici bientôt !

刘刘 DianeGrand pour un voyage familial ou de groupe - suites spacieuses avec salle à rassembler. Service rapide. La cuisine est vide, pas de plaques, de couteaux, de pots/pannes. Le petit déjeuner est bon. La location est excellente, à quelques minutes de la voie de chemin de fer à grande vitesse (Taizicheng) et à pied jusqu'aux restaurants et au locateur de l'équipement.

First, I wold like to thank the staff for their excellent service, in particular, I would like the management to recognize 我的名字是Meijiaxue for her help. Staff speak minimal English but worked very hard to understand us and give us extra care. I would recommend that the hotel have a wechat account available for foriegners to contact the front desk for easy translation. 我的名字是Meijiaxue connected with us this way, via our request. She went out of her way to help book us a car, order food and buy products.
The hotel and grounds are beautiful. The rooms are stunning and feel very high end, luxury. The building is new and well maintained. Shampoo, soap and conditioner is a lovely lavendar and mint, natural product.
Upon arrival you are given tickets for on site alpaca feeding and DIY drawing activity. We only did the alpaca feeding which only took 5 minutes but was immensely fun.
Breakfast buffet was well done and more than enough food for only 24 rooms, primarily chinese food but some western dishes.
Location was the only downfall. I thought being only 15 minutes from downtown and the beach would be no problem for a taxi. However, it was almost immposible to get a taxi or Didi. There is nothing else in the area so there are no cars in the area. One night we wanted to go to dinner and waited an hour trying to get a car, before eventually giving up. The staff then helped us to order in food instead. If you are able to get a car, its only around 20rmb to DT, when we were able to get a car.
Overall, I would absolutely visit again and recommend, Ideally with a car.
