Nous séjournons souvent au Four Points by Sheraton de Gu'an Langfang. Cette visite était particulièrement spéciale, car nous avions de nombreux événements à célébrer. Notamment, la Fête de la Mi-Automne, la Fête Nationale et mon anniversaire coïncidaient durant cette période. Cet hôtel est sans aucun doute le meilleur, non seulement de Gu'an, mais aussi de Langfang. Le restaurant joue un rôle essentiel dans le succès de cet hôtel. Je le dis souvent lorsque je visite un grand hôtel ou restaurant : c'est l'équipe qui fait la réussite d'un établissement. Le nouveau chef pâtissier est un véritable atout pour le restaurant et l'hôtel. Ses pâtisseries sont d'une qualité exceptionnelle et le choix est immense, contrairement au restaurant de l'hôtel jumeau, le Sheraton, qui propose très peu de pâtisseries ou de desserts. Sans une équipe compétente, une entreprise ne peut pas et ne pourra jamais vraiment prospérer. Surtout dans le marché actuel, extrêmement concurrentiel. En tant qu'ancien directeur régional de la vente au détail, fort de plus de 15 ans d'expérience en gestion, je porte un regard attentif sur le monde des affaires. Diplômé en gestion de la relation client et en gestion de la vente au détail, j'accorde une grande importance à un service client irréprochable. Le succès de cet hôtel-restaurant repose sur son équipe, son travail acharné et son dévouement. Un véritable manager montre l'exemple et inspire ses collaborateurs. À l'image de Samuel, le directeur général, toujours présent et impliqué auprès de son équipe en salle. On peut en dire autant de Marcus, le directeur de la salle, toujours très impliqué et actif en cuisine. Ce leadership exemplaire donne le ton à une équipe performante et se répercute sur l'ensemble du personnel. Un grand merci à Lydia, la responsable administrative, toujours prête à aider pour que les clients bénéficient d'une expérience optimale durant leur séjour. Lydia est toujours courtoise et professionnelle. Comme toujours, Marcus, le directeur du restaurant, nous a accueillis avec une extrême courtoisie et un grand accueil. Nous vous remercions chaleureusement, Marcus. Merci également à Molly, du restaurant, qui s'est occupée de notre commande en chambre et de notre service au restaurant. Il convient de souligner que les éloges ne sont pas uniquement adressés à l'équipe de direction. Tous les membres du personnel ont assuré un excellent service durant notre séjour. Merci au service d'entretien ménager pour son efficacité et sa gentillesse. L'équipe de la piscine a également fourni un service rapide et aimable durant notre séjour ; nous l'apprécions beaucoup. Nous avons également été touchés par le service amical et professionnel de Sam, Peter et Joe, du restaurant. Peut-être que Marriott devrait envisager de faire apprendre au Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, hôtel jumeau du Four Points by Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel, les principes d'hospitalité et de service qui ont fait la réputation de cet établissement. À mon avis, la direction du Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel n'est pas à la hauteur. Les installations du Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, sont conformes aux normes internationales. Nous avons toujours apprécié la piscine, le salon du hall et la terrasse extérieure lors de nos séjours. Les alpagas sont des animaux absolument fascinants et sont très bien traités. Ils contribuent grandement à rendre le séjour des clients plus agréable. Nous recommandons vivement le Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, à tous les visiteurs, qu'ils soient étrangers ou vietnamiens. Cet hôtel reste notre destination préférée à Gu'an/Langfang et dans ses environs. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner. À bientôt !

Room & Cleanliness: I booked a double room but was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a 6-person family suite! The room was spread over two floors and was incredibly spacious and modern. It was very clean and well-equipped, though it lacked a refrigerator. One minor issue was the lack of a heater on the lower floor, which stayed quite cold, so I spent most of my time on the upper floor where it was warmer. Service & Perks: The staff provided decent service, and although their English was limited, they were very helpful. Check-in was a bit slow despite there being few customers. A huge plus of staying here is the 30% discount on ski passes and complimentary access to the Ski Lounge. Having access to the lounge meant I didn't need to rent a locker for my belongings, which was very convenient. Transportation & Getting There: After arriving at Taizicheng High-Speed Railway Station, walk to the far left towards the bus parking area. You’ll pass ski rental shops and staff holding signs for various hotels. Take the shuttle bus (runs every 15-20 minutes) and stay on until the very last stop right in front of the hotel. Don't make the mistake I did by getting off one stop early at Thaiwoo Ski Resort, or you’ll have a long walk! Ski Access & Facilities: For snowboarding, just take the elevator to the 1st floor, which leads directly to the ski slopes. You can buy passes and rent all your gear and outfits right there. Breakfast is served on the 2nd floor. I stayed in Building C, which is a separate building from the lobby but only a very short walk away. Noise & Atmosphere: The room was extremely quiet and offered great privacy. At night, the atmosphere is beautiful and peaceful, though it gets incredibly cold (I visited in late December). Surroundings & Dining: At the ski area, you’ll find a McDonald’s, and inside the main building, there are noodle shops, milk tea stands, and restaurants serving Xiao Long Bao, wontons, and hotpot. I highly recommend walking over to the Thaiwoo Ski Resort area in the evening. There are plenty of restaurants, clothing shops, live music, and beautiful light decorations—it’s a great spot for photos. Note that Thaiwoo has its own separate ski entrance from the hotel's.

La chambre familiale dispose d'un futon de taille pleine qui est parfait pour nos deux enfants. Le balcon a une vue magnifique et la chambre était grande. Nous avons apprécié nos promenades à la plage et dans la piscine. Il y a également des vélos familiaux pour louer. Le terrain de jeux intérieur du 6e étage est aussi amusant, mais je n'ai pas trouvé le haut du château suffisamment sûr pour les enfants. Les chambres disposent également d'une machine à laver qui était très confortable.

This is my second time at Aranya, and I have to say, it is a beautiful, tranquil resort. The room had wonderful energy and was very very clean. We booked the private hot springs room and we're blown away at how clean and spacious and premium the experience was. The staff were always courteous and were always available to help us with our requests. My Chinese is poor, however they made sure to help communicate and take me to the convenience store for my items and picked me back up. Their Ramen is the BEST I HAVE EVER HAD. It is a wonderful establishment and I will definitely be back soon.

**Hotel Review: Aesthetic Excellence Overshadowed by Comfort Failures** Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us. The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests. Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night. On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area. However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight. In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest.

C'est vraiment une maison trop satisfaisante. Nous avons fixé trois chambres pour cinq personnes, et il a été mis à jour. La chambre est grande, décorée en 2023, propre et hygiénique! Très calme, la clé est particulièrement proche de la ville antique, sous le mur de la ville antique, marcher sous le paysage de la ville antique, c'est un voyage parfait! Leurs familles sont également un hôtel de 5 étoiles de pays, vraiment bon et peu coûteux. Nous avons coûté 306 yuan à 5 personnes, chacun a commandé son propre amour! La main m'aime bien! La viande bovine est plus délicieuse que le biftek! Malheureusement, il y a beaucoup de goûts sans goût, la prochaine fois, vivre ici!

C'était la première fois que je venais à Taiwu, mais je ne m'attendais pas à ce que les conditions d'hébergement soient au-delà de mes attentes. Le paysage devant la fenêtre était vraiment sympa et l'hôtel était très propre. Merci encore à Luyao et Yahui à l'avant. bureau pour les avoir patiemment guidés vers les restaurants et les manèges de la station de ski. Je remercie également Meng Xiao. Mon frère m'a emmené recharger la voiture tard dans la nuit. PS : Les dumplings de crevettes et le siomai du petit déjeuner en bas sont très bons ! ! ! !

During the past few days in Zhangjiakou, the most unforgettable thing is not the passion of the track, but the emotion brought by the front desk. My family sent a box of sports drinks before I left. I made sure to make sure it was delivered on the day of the game. The result was that I, a road ******, filled in the wrong district address. The courier was sorting from the south of the city to a novice post office in the north of the city. Just after the race ended at 4 p.m., the logistics information showed that ”the post office is already at the post office,” but we had to leave for the next city at 5 p.m, and looked at the postoffice address 10 kilometers away on the map, stamping our feet in a hurry. When she heard this, Ms. Park comforted me by saying, ”Don't worry, I'll find a way,” grabbing the keys to her electric car and running out. She returned 20 minutes later, sweating and panting, saying, ”The sorting officers had the wrong zoning area. I went halfway through the warehouse with them to find it!” She thought she could get it now, but she frowned again and said, ”The box is too big to fit in the electric car basket. I'm afraid it will be broken on the road. I'll run around and pack it in the trunk again!” Before I could react, she turned and rushed down the stairs again - the second time she saw her, she had a sweat scarf on her arm, With her hands tightly wrapped around the trunk, even her work shirt was soaked with sweat, but she smiled and said, ”I just borrowed a shock absorber from the post office, and none of the drinks damaged.” When she tore open the packaging, she also purposely put a note on the trunk: ”Remember to replenish electrolytes after the game!” At that moment, I suddenly felt that although the wind of Zhangjiakou was cool with the grassland, but the box of drinks and the smile of my little sister, the trophy of the race course was more heart-warming. When I met such a service in a strange city, I really wanted to share the warmth with everyone! She not only helped us to get the express, but also let me feel the ”heart for heart” service temperature. Next time I come to Zhangjiakou, I will definitely choose this hotel full of human touch.

Taiwu est une magnifique destination automnale, et j'ai décidé d'y emmener mes enfants sur un coup de tête. L'hôtel est idéalement situé à l'entrée de la ville. La piscine chauffée est propre et rarement bondée, et il y a un jacuzzi, où l'on peut ensuite se détendre agréablement. Les chambres sont un peu vieillottes, et la chambre familiale à deux chambres est communicante, bien que l'interface de réservation ne l'indique pas. Nous avons cependant été surclassés dans une chambre avec vue sur la montagne. Le choix du petit-déjeuner était acceptable, les crêpes délicieuses et le personnel sympathique. Seul bémol : il n'y a pas de navette TGV dédiée pour l'hôtel, il faut donc prendre un taxi ou le bus de ville. Attention, le bus de ville ne circule pas en permanence et peut être bondé ; si vous le manquez, vous devrez peut-être attendre l'arrivée du prochain TGV. Le réceptionniste, portant des lunettes, était très aimable et a fait de son mieux pour répondre à mes besoins. La réceptionniste, en revanche, était totalement dépourvue de sourire et ne leva pas la tête.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was okay, and the pictures there look pretty good 😁. The sea is very close, and the view is nice. Overall, the room is clean. Tissues and toilet paper are of good quality. Breakfast was simple but delicious. The staff gave me complimentary food for my birthday, which was a nice surprise. The downside was that this whole area is a little deserted. You will like it if you enjoy just relaxing. Also, the balcony looks older. It was also difficult to get a Didi. We waited for several drivers for about 10 minutes, and they canceled after the long wait. So, schedule a ride beforehand. The staff tried hard to help with that. Overall, we had a very nice experience. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I’m in Qinhuangdao.
