Review for Holiday Inn Express Cambridge Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express Cambridge was absolutely wonderful. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout our visit. The customer service at the front desk was top-notch – a solid 10/10. The staff were incredibly helpful, accommodating, and always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had. The location of the hotel was perfect for our plans. Many of the places we wanted to visit, such as Cambridge University, the Cambridge Mosque, town centre were just a short 10-15 minute drive away. It made exploring the city so convenient and enjoyable. The breakfast provided by the hotel was excellent, with a good variety of options to suit all tastes. The sitting area was clean and pleasant, adding to the overall great experience. Overall, our stay at the Holiday Inn Express Cambridge was very enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cambridge!

No bed for third person made up, called receptionist I was told someone will come and do it, this was at 19:00 no one ever came, even after following up over the phone. I spent night sleeping without bedding, on plain sofa bed without a single pillow. Terrible experience and poor service. Not enough towels, just for one person & again after calling reception- I was told that they ran out of towels!!! This was enough for my family to bare after whole day of travel, especially the room booked was Executive one. So expected to be up to highest standard and service to be over the top, this isn’t the case. Cleanliness is very poor - see pictures. Dust everywhere and this wasn’t one day worth. After asking for partial refund due to poor service, I was given a silly look and smile, advised to sent email online. Do not bother going there.

Great hotel with a cozy atmosphere. The room was large with a nice view out over the surrounding area. Location is great with a 10-15 minute walk into the center. Breakfast was surprisingly good.

Cet appartement se trouve dans un nouveau quartier de Cambridge, à quelques minutes en voiture de la zone touristique centrale. Il semble y avoir un arrêt de bus à côté, mais je ne le connaissais pas bien car je conduisais seul. L'hôtel propose un parking gratuit pour les clients, ce qui est très bien. L'entrée du parking souterrain est un peu magique, il faut en faire le tour par le chemin latéral. Il y a un ascenseur dans le parking pour s'enregistrer à l'étage G. La dame et le frère de la réception étaient très enthousiastes et ont présenté les installations et les utilisations de l'hôtel. La chambre de l'appartement est plus grande que prévu et la literie est propre et confortable. Il y a une grande table à manger dans le salon pour manger et travailler. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tous les ustensiles, mais le poêle chauffe très lentement et demande de la patience. Le four semble compliqué à utiliser et je ne sais pas comment l'utiliser. Comme je suis arrivé très tard, je me suis contenté de faire quelques nouilles. La cuisine ouverte dispose d'une machine à laver qui combine lavage et séchage. Cela m'a été d'une grande aide. J'ai lavé tous les vêtements que j'avais économisés pendant quelques jours. L'hôtel était très attentionné et fournissait des blocs de blanchisserie et de vaisselle. Il y a deux très grandes salles de bains dans la suite, ce qui est très agréable. La salle de bain de la chambre principale utilise un rideau de douche pour séparer l'espace douche. Bien qu'il y ait une barrière d'eau au sol, l'écoulement s'accumule toujours autour des toilettes dans le coin de la salle de bain, ce qui le rend un peu gênant. Ce que vous pouvez voir depuis la fenêtre, c'est l'appartement d'en face, et la vue, c'est le bâtiment. La salle est disposée au bout d'un long couloir, lui conférant une sensation de remise en forme à l'entrée et à la sortie. Dans l’ensemble, ce fut une expérience d’hébergement satisfaisante.

The location is pretty good and in the Cambridge Services. You can buy foods and food shops and little stores beside the Hotel. It is just 20 miles from the City Centre of Cambridge. Free parking space is also provided by the Hotel.

The hotel's location is excellent. I arrived around 1:00 PM, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They arranged for an early check-in, allowing me to store my luggage in my room and promptly begin my exploration of Cambridge.

We went for spa usage and facilities and was disappointed to find out swimming pool and spa were closed on Saturday @ 7pm. We then went around 8am on sunday only for one third of the swimming pool being closed for a few children’s swim class. The pool was already pretty small and it wasn’t as calm or relaxing any more as children were splashing etc. it’s a shame but I think the hotel needs to really allow longer hours for people to enjoy a more relaxed time in swimming pool for longer hours.

I stayed for one night at a rate of £42. The hotel is located in a busy service station area, so there was plenty of activity around. Despite this, the hotel itself was quiet. Although it was clearly fully booked, we didn’t hear any noise from outside or other guests, suggesting that the rooms are either well soundproofed or fellow guests were very considerate. There’s no restaurant or café within the hotel itself, but McDonald’s and several other fast-food options are conveniently located in the neighbouring building.

Very good location. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Room clean and spacious. Spa area really good. The food at restaurant is far too expensive, however there is a Harvester restaurant just across the road.

Le restaurant familial est situé à proximité. 10 minutes de route au centre-ville, mais juste 5-7 minutes de route au parc de Nene, qui est super. La rénovation des chambres et le petit déjeuner buffet sont les mêmes que les autres Holiday Inn Express. La pression de l'eau de la douche n'était pas très forte mais toujours acceptable.

It’s about 10 min walk from the train station. The front desk gentleman was very welcoming and helpful. I arrived around noon time before the official check in and he offered an early check in with no hassle

L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. L'hôtel est situé à une très bonne position, à distance de la rhume et de la boule du centre-ville, mais très proche de la pop-in et de la pop-out quand il faut. En général, nous avons eu un excellent temps à Holiday Inn Peterborough.

這個是一家很老的酒店，酒店有點老舊，但勝在房間很大，酒店還是不錯的，唯獨缺點是二樓沒有電梯，不過整體入住體驗還是不錯，家庭出遊的不二選擇，設施衞生也很不錯！

Les chambres standard sont petites et démodées, sans ascenseur. Le petit-déjeuner est un petit-déjeuner anglais complet, pas de nouilles, pas de riz frit, pas de bouillie, seulement du pain beurre beurre bacon saucisse tomate frite omelette œufs brouillés haricots, jus de café yaourt fruits. Les choses étranges doivent être remises par le serveur, pas prises par vous-même.
