All over good but, restaurant food is not very nice and have not get the room which i booked online . I have payed for balcony room which have a sea view as well but ended up staying in a normal delux room. Washroom doesn’t have good supply of water.

Disappointed with the pool , dirty, no cups available for water, locks broken on doors . Floor slimmy. Room ok but dusty at the bottom of the tea station, fan not working in bathroom, Breakfast was terrible, orange juice was really watery and tasteless , plates too hot and no serviettes provided to hold , cereals were ok , no pastries very poor selection for the price , bread was cheap and soggy and when toasted burnt...yuk ! Too much pepper on the tomatoes , baked beans cheap and nasty , sausages were nice, bacon horrible and cooked in clumps so some were under cooked and some extremely crispy and salty. For the price of £17 a head , I think the breakfast was 1/5. lady staff member was very nice, polite and helpful 5/5. Sorry to say but we won't be back 😞

Overall, the experience was excellent, and the hotel maintained high standards across most areas. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff were courteous and professional throughout the stay. The location was convenient, and the general atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant and welcoming. However, the room service could be improved, as it did not meet the same level of quality as the other services provided.

L'hôtel est très bon, il a séjourné pendant un long week-end et a utilisé les installations de spa - ils nous ont donné une mise à niveau gratuite qui était un joli touche! La seule critique était que la piscine était assez petite sans beaucoup de places disponibles et que la sauna était seulement homme ou femme - mais le reste du séjour et les équipements plus que prévu ! Recommander également le thé de l'après-midi :)

Perfect sized room, lovely set up, the hotel itself is huge and so well presented. Gorgeous swimming pool. Lots of places to sit down and eat if you would like too. There is a gym and a spa also (we didn't use these but we know they are there) there are phones in the rooms so you can order room service if you wish. The staff knocked on our door on the second evening and asked if we would like any refills on teabags coffee or sugar or any fresh towels. So well mannered and polite. Just an over all lovely place to go and its literally beside Brands Hatch where we needed to be. Cannot fault this place..

The service and attention were excellent. Everything was perfect, I would definitely recommend it.

Great hotel .large well equipped rooms . A bath in shower. Had 2 fans.ironn hairdryer and a fridge. 2 double beds in room. Plenty of tea and coffees. Large open reception area and reasonably priced restaurant. Great pool . jacuzzi.steam room and sauna with free towels.hotel was clean and tidy . Staff were friendly

從白崖回倫敦中途停靠的一個地方，酒店很安靜，環境很好，停車也方便還免費，酒店餐廳也不錯，早餐也可以，還是性價比比較高的

C'était notre deuxième fois. Le séjour à cet hôtel.la chambre était OK.le système de chauffage n'était pas grand dans la chambre.a pour la douche.Il était congélateur. Petit toile plus chaude donnant très peu de chaleur.a pour la douche, il y avait très chaud eau sortant. Nous avons dû coucher la petite cave pour laver avec.im très déçu dans ma deuxième visite.i ne reviendra pas.
