We stayed at Sudamala Resort after our 3D2N open trip around Komodo Island to relax and recharge. We booked a room with an indoor swimming pool, and it was absolutely remarkable spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The resort itself is incredibly peaceful, and all the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. We also tried the massage at the hotel, which was excellent and helped us unwind even more. What impressed me the most, however, was the exceptional service from one of the staff members, Huberth. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, he greeted us warmly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you so much, Huberth! Your hospitality made our experience truly memorable, and because of you, we’ll definitely be back.

La vue depuis le hall est agréable et la chambre offrait une vue sur la mer. J'ai trouvé un petit coin parfait pour prendre des photos. Des collations de bienvenue nous ont été offertes, elles étaient bonnes. Le petit-déjeuner était très varié, ce qui est appréciable. Pour le dîner, les nouilles au homard étaient passables. En revanche, les côtes de bœuf étaient trop dures, je n'en ai quasiment pas mangé. Les boissons étaient standard. Nous sommes arrivés à 14h. L'enregistrement a été d'une lenteur exaspérante. On nous a fait attendre en nous disant qu'il n'était pas encore 15h et qu'ils essaieraient de nous donner la chambre plus tôt une fois prête. Cependant, même après 15h, personne ne nous a appelés. J'ai dû retourner à la réception pour demander avant qu'ils ne commencent à traiter notre demande.

La chambre privée était pleine, nous ne pouvions donc réserver qu'un dortoir pour le lendemain, avec huit personnes par chambre, des lits superposés et une salle de bain et des toilettes publiques. C'était propre et peu fréquenté.

I absolutely recommend this hotel as a base for anyone who wants to explore the beauty of Labuan Bajo. 1. The location is just excellent. It's just a short drive from the airport. The hotel offers complimentary airport transfer, which is very convenient for the guests as Labuan Bajo has no online cab hailing. It's also a short walk from the port where all the boats depart and arrive. 2. The view is unbeatable. 3. The buffet breakfast is really good. They have cook-to-order nasi goreng. The bread and pastries are delicious. They even offer fresh mixed juice prepared on the spot. 4. The service is topnotch. They give complimentary cake and cookies every evening. There are free beverages in the mini fridge. They even give free 15-minute foot massage for one person for each room. For improvement, I suggest the hotel provide a towel rack in the balcony or at least clothes line in the bathroom, as after the water activities, there's nowhere to hang our wet clothes.

Beautiful hotel and rooms. The lobby and room views are amazing. They organize a free snorkeling trip at a nearby beach. Staff are super friendly and lovely. Just be prepared that service can be a bit slow at breakfast. Coffee and eggs sometimes need several reminders. Some staff English is not so good but they try hard. So pls be patient and understanding I needed medical attention ( luckily not serious) but a call in doctor and medication took several hours. The hotel was very apologetic and tried their best to help. Overall Labuan Bajo is a slow service town so expect to be just chill and take things easy. Overall enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much and would highly recommend it. Beautiful sunset !

We have loved our stay at Lelewatu and feel very grateful to have been able to experience staying there. We stayed in a cliff pool view villa, the view is spectacular, the villa itself is so beautifully designed and very clean. The pool is a nice size, very clean and has such a beautiful outlook. The bathtub is lovely overlooking the ocean and fills up very fast with clean water. The bed is comfortable with soft and clean linen. The staff are all very helpful and kind and we really have enjoyed all meals that have been lovingly prepared and delivered to our room. As we were celebrating our anniversary the staff organised a beautiful table setting for dinner which was such a kind gesture. Although neither of these two things would deter us from staying again they are worth noting. 1 the villa floor itself is noticeably unlevel and tilts down a little towards the back wall of the villa. 2 If you are a surfer this location does prove a little difficult and the hotel itself does not have a boat for transfers nor were they able to supply us with a rental bike that has a surfboard rack. As my husband is an experienced rider and has previous experience of navigating in rural areas using google maps he managed, although the trips to find the waves were not too comfortable without having a surfboard rack. If you have your own car or rent a car with a driver that is familiar with the area this may be fine for you to get to the local surf spots which are all around 30 minutes from the hotel. There is surf at nearby Nihi however that beach is private for hotel guests only. This is an ideal resort for honeymooners, couples of families looking for peace and tranquility.

Super hôtel. Style un peu hôtel en Grèce. Très propre et belle vue sur le port et la mer. La piscine aussi est super et très agréable. Et bon petit déjeuné, assez varié.

Air conditioning and hot water not working. Changed rooms and the hot water not working. This is unacceptable for an Aston Hotel. 

L'hôtel est très bon. Le lieu et toutes les installations sont propres et neufs. Les chambres sont également très bonnes (lit, madrague, douche, etc...) Mais le service est terrible ! Le service est terrible ! Special au restaurant ! Le service a fait de moi et de ma femme une expérience désagréable dans cet hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner est le repas du jour précédent, même le café ! La chambre est à la télévision et offre un service de spa mais dans le restaurant, nous avons dû attendre longtemps pour la nourriture. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Excellent 5star hotel. Plus both facilities n services amazing. Especially bfast was superb. Especially towards the services fm Ical, Feby, Doni Wagut, Jaka, Chef Andi, Pak Wisnu n Steven. Also for both Bu Ririn n Bu Nina gave very good introduction on hotel facilities n also hospitality for us during our stay. Great hotel n recommended👍
