Booked non-smoking room. Was given rooms on level 9th floor, which is a flexible floor where guests can smoke. I have asked what if there’s still smoke smell, the receptionist convince me that they ozone the rooms so shouldn’t have any smell. Room only ready at around 4pm (check-in starts at 2pm). Once i went in, the cigaratte smells was so strong, the staffs immediately sprayed deodorizer. Left the room, come back at 10pm, same smell. Called the service, no reply, called again to receptionist immediay ask to change room. They wanted to ozone the room again. It’s freaking 10pm, mind you. The guy ozone came and asked me whether i wasn’t aware with the floor flexibility. Mind you, i am paying for NON SMOKING ROOM, NOT FLEXIBLE ROOM. This hotel is a joke.

Location was great, among minimarts, local food and some nice coffeeshops. The room itself can be more clean, especially in the bathroom, found some hair at the corner of the toilet. Other than that, we were satisfied with our stay, the bed was clean and the room was quite spacious for a standard/superior room. I would stay there again, it’s a good value hotel.

La chambre était propre. Le service était super. Le personnel était agréable. Tout spécialement la garde de la piscine appelée «Hadis», il nous a aidé à trouver notre transport pour aller à Jakarta. La cuisine est très bien, la cuisine est très bien, la cuisine est très bien. La location était très photographique.

The stay was comfortable, and the rooms and bathroom were relatively clean. Pick the grand deluxe room facing golf course for best view. However, exploring the nearby areas on foot can be challenging due to the narrow roads, so taking a Bluebird taxi is the best option for getting around. I especially loved the heated infinity pool, which stays open until 9 PM—a great way to unwind. The only downside was the limited vegetarian and vegan-friendly options on the restaurant menu.

A great location, well presented with professional friendly staff. Breakfast and restaurant facilities are good. The pool and gym is great.

I will not stay in this hotel if I have a chance to visit Karawan in upcoming trips. Got some mosquitos in Japanese restaurant and in my room. The bar service is nice. They offer us free three pots of hot teas while we were making an internal meeting. The food served in the morning was too local. No real coffee. Eating places and food serving place are too far away.

Twice time to this hotel really enjoy, clean really recomended if u guys stay 1-2 day in cikarang

The room is spacious enough for two people, but if you have young children, it might be necessary to book a larger one. Everything was perfect during my stay here, except for breakfast. My family was dissatisfied with it because it's unpalatable. I am hoping that the chef/cook can improve their cooking skills as some of the food tends to be salty and blendy. A week prior to checking in, we requested connecting rooms, but unfortunately they did not comply. That's not a big deal.

The hotel was going through renovation works. I asked for non smoking room, but the room smelled of cigarette smoke. Even the corridor smelled of smoke. When I increased the fan speed of the aircon, the smoke smell intensified. I had a hard time trying to sleep. The toilet flush was faulty and continued flushing. The hotel prides itself as an environmentally friendly establishment but when asked to borrow cutleries, the staff informed that they do not loan such items. These practices will encourage guests to use disposables. Breakfast spread was average. Tried to call staff for assistance with luggage for check out but line was busy for 10 min. Brought down luggage on my own for check out.

Ils nous ont donné une chambre très lourde et bruyante. Apparemment, cette aile était en rénovation. Nous avons appelé l'hôtel et demandé une aile tranquille. Ils ont accepté et nous ont déménagé dans une chambre plus nouvelle (sur l'autre côté de l'aile). Si vous aimez la nature et la tranquillité, vous aimez cet hôtel. La chambre est très spacieuse et dispose d'un balcon (avec jardin/montagne) vue.
