No matter how Ctrip negotiates,with them ; they will not cancel the terms of use of this dominant platform; Although the hotel has a free cancellation policy； if anything happens, you will not cancel or receive a refund; It is not allowed to modify the name of the occupant or the reservation date. A particularly malicious agent. Stay away from this travel agency.

Dans l'ensemble, l'expérience a été excellente avec le personnel et la chambre elle-même, la chambre est propre et confortable, aucun problème du tout. S'il faut améliorer l'ascenseur, c'est que nous comprenons que c'est un jour férié et qu'il y a plus de clients, mais assurez-vous que les trois ascenseurs fonctionnent pour que nous ne soyons pas dérangés ni les autres clients.

Ma femme et moi, ainsi que notre fils, y avons passé une nuit. La chambre était propre et sentait bon, tout comme la salle de bain. La climatisation était également froide. Mes deux seuls reproches étaient que l'eau chaude dans la douche était juste suffisante et n'était pas constante. Ma deuxième plainte était que sur le chemin de l'ascenseur à la chambre au bout du couloir, ça sentait la moisissure, puis la nourriture cuite, puis la peinture et une autre fois surtout la peinture. Nous étions au neuvième étage et un gars est sorti de la chambre à côté de nous qui avait de la peinture parce qu'il avait un chariot avec de la peinture. Ma femme est enceinte et nous avons un fils de trois ans, donc je m'en suis inquiété. Ce sont mes seuls problèmes, sinon le linge et le lit sont confortables, les serrures des fenêtres sont bonnes, le signal TV est bon et la télévision est claire. Le buffet du petit déjeuner n'était pas terrible. Je pensais que c'était du gaspillage. Les tables étaient ouvertes mais pas nettoyées tout de suite et un verre cassé attendait sur le sol. Un autre serveur était brusque lorsque j'ai posé une question et ne m'a pas laissé finir.

I have a good stay perfect for my business conveniences, the thing that got in me the most is the Conrad charges that they didn’t inform me in this hotel. I have been staying in this hotel for 4 nights and i really enjoy ordering from from grab because i have the free choice to choose my food, on my 4th day i took my food for breakfast down stair and the guard told me to go to concierge for the nonsense fee, i immediately go to the desk to ask for more inquiry, it is totally nonsense for charging this fee and in appropriate, the charge is 50% of your order like wt fuq ? I was so disappointed although they waive it by handling my making sense compliant, i felt this is totally inappropriate and i don’t like the way the morning shift handle the matter especially the guy with glasses. Total low service experience with them Again, if i know this before booking and sign upon check in, my experience will not be like this that is why 2 stars

Notre dernier séjour à l'hôtel Kingsford avant notre vol pour les États-Unis. C'était toujours un plaisir d'y séjourner, avec un excellent service. Merci, je réserverai à nouveau lors de notre prochain voyage aux Philippines !

L'hôtel est quasiment neuf, rien à redire mais il est un peu au bout du monde pour celui qui veut visiter Manille intra-muros (le centre-ville historique). Il n'y a pas d'autre moyen de transport que le taxi ou le Grab (équivalent philippin de Uber). D'autre part, si vous voulez rajouter une nuit en passant directement par l'hôtel, il vous en coûtera plus cher qu'en passant par Trip.com. Impossible pour les filles à l'accueil de vous proposer non pas moins cher mais même au même prix. C'est un peu fort de café.

Merci beaucoup pour l’accueil et la qualité de cet hôtel. La chambre est grande, spacieuse avec un coin cuisine et une grande salle de bain avec baignoire. Bien entendu serviette et ustensiles pour toilettes nous attendent avec bouteilles d’eau. Tv avec nombreuses chaînes dont international francophone. Une magnifique vue des étages supérieurs et cette piscine sur le toit a comblée ma fille et m’a invité à faire de l’exercice dans la salle de sport. Merci encore

The hotel has clean washing machines and dryers for laundry. Starbucks is just next door and Robinsons Place Mall is a few minutes walk away. It is convenient to travel to anywhere by Grab taxi. The chill and roof deck are nice places to hang out. Security is good. We feel safe in the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Lanson Place and really enjoyed everything the hotel had to offer. The hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. One of the things that stood out the most was the amazing staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and always greeted us with a smile whenever we passed by. The service and hospitality made us feel very well looked after throughout our stay. We also loved the breakfast buffet, afternoon snacks, and pre-dinner drinks—such lovely extras that made our stay even more enjoyable. The infinity pool was another highlight, with a beautiful view and a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, we had such a lovely and memorable experience at Lanson Place. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we will definitely be coming back the next time we’re in Manila. Highly recommended! ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at B Hotel Alabang and it quickly became one of our favorite spots in the south of Metro Manila. Location is fantastic. It’s right in Madrigal Business Park, just a short walk to Molito Lifestyle Center and Alabang Town Center. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and a convenience store nearby, which made everything super convenient. The free area shuttle was also a nice bonus. The staff truly stood out. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful from check-in to check-out. They made us feel welcome and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The service here consistently feels personal and caring. Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The beds and pillows were excellent — we slept very well every night. Everything felt well-maintained, and the overall ambiance of the hotel is modern and relaxing. Breakfast was a highlight. The buffet offered a good mix of Filipino favorites and other options, and everything tasted fresh and satisfying. We looked forward to it each morning. It’s also great value for money and pet-friendly (which is a big plus for many guests). Whether you’re here for business, a family trip, a long stay, or just a weekend getaway, B Hotel Alabang delivers a comfortable, well-located, and welcoming experience. We’ll definitely be back.
