Room was spacious & clean. I like the Green Initiative especially if we don’t need our room to be made, as a bonus they offers complimentary drinks that can be redeem at the bar lobby. Nice touch. Location is unbeatable. It’d really very central.

Bel hôtel tellement chanceux que nous ayons eu un surclassement gratuit dans une chambre de luxe. Chambre si grande, nous aimons tellement, belle réception, tout le personnel sourit toujours et a beaucoup d'espace de stationnement. mais pour le petit-déjeuner, ce n'est pas halal pour les musulmans, car nous prenons juste du pain, des céréales et des fruits. Un peu loin de la ville mais c'est ok tu peux prendre un tuk tuk à tout moment🥳 je le répéterai ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Super spacious property with plenty of parking space. The location is a little off- between Songkhla Old Town and Hatyai city, only convenient for those who drive. Full amenities and the facilities are great. Gym is equipped with good and modern machines and the pool is huge. Pretty much like a standard 4-star business hotel.

La villa ne accueille que 6 adultes mais ils permettent d'autres clients (avec des frais supplémentaires) et incluent un toilet, un coucher et le petit déjeuner! Le meilleur est que le petit déjeuner a été servi dans la villa, les aliments sont superbes (ils sont non halal mais il y a d'autres aliments que vous pouvez manger), ils offrent deux cours principaux pour chaque personne et une boisson. Leur service était SPLENDID, j'ai contacté le récepteur par des messages de whatsapp et ils ont répondu le plus gentil et ont toutes les solutions à nos questions. Tout le monde doit rester ici !

Spacious! Clean! Wheelchair friendly. Aplenty carpark space and lots of natural lighting. Pool is in the superior wing but very easily accessible to all guests. There is an Amazon Cafe linked to the hotel. Service is topnotch. Highly highly recommended!

I stayed at Buri Sriphu Hotel for 6 days and 5 nights and it was such a pleasant experience. The room was very spacious and comfortable and I loved how it was kept clean every single day. The hotel also provides 2 complimentary bottles of water daily, which was a thoughtful touch. Service and hospitality were excellent throughout my stay—the staff were always smiley, helpful and welcoming, which made me feel right at home. I also appreciated that I could request to borrow an iron and ironing board when needed. There’s a nice café at the lobby as well, which was convenient whenever I wanted to relax with a drink or snack. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Buri Sriphu Hotel and would not mind coming back again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service and warm hospitality.

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Crystal Hotel Hatyai. Here's a quick breakdown of our experience: Cleanliness: The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. Rooms and common areas were tidy and comfortable. Location: The location is super convenient—just a short walk across a bridge to Central Festival Hatyai Mall. There’s also a Makro nearby, though you’ll need to walk a bit deeper inside to reach it. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the Asian Bazaar Hatyai, which leans more towards halal Malay food and local offerings. If you're up for a longer stroll, Greenway Market is another 10 minutes away. Unfortunately, it rained during our trip so we skipped it, but the area is known for a mix of halal and non-halal food options. Amenities: Not too many amenities. There’s a swimming pool and a gym, but the gym was locked during our visit. It would be better if these facilities were more accessible. Service: Service was good—friendly and helpful staff. Some of the front desk team spoke English well, which made communication smoother. They also provided luggage storage, which was really helpful for us after check-out. Buffet Breakfast: Buffet starts at 6:30am local time, with a mix of Western and local Thai dishes. A special mention goes to the fish porridge—it was absolutely delicious!

The location very nice and near to the border. Everything is very near to the hotel. For me cleanliness quite okay until we call that housekeeping person then only she coming to makeup my room but never change the bedsheets. First day went down for breakfast feel very bad for me. Compared to the old hotel Satit Grand View, here the breakfast menu very little. Some of the food added too much of oil and the buffet area never clean at all. There is the egg station but no selection of Egg. Only one type of egg (fried egg) staff no friendly at all and they’re very free sitting at corner playing mobile phones. Hotel lobby very big and nice and no swimming pool at the hotel. Overall okay only.

Easy checkin. Tak perlukan deposit.. Kena tinggalkan passport dekat receptionist. Parking utk guests hotel disediakan tapi tak bnyk. So kalau takda parking, park jauh sikit and jalan ke hotel. Hotel baru, selesa. Aircond sejuk, toilet bersih. Tv, refrigerator functioning well.. Boleh pakai plug malaysia.. Staff okk…
