Chez l'habitant à Hué

Je voudrais partager mon expérience positive dans l'organisation de mon voyage avec Anna du Soleil Hotel à Hue. L'hôtel était super de tous points de vue emplacement/prix/petit déjeuner. J'ai des souhaits particuliers et un plan de voyage complexe, en 1,5 jours, je veux voir beaucoup et je ne peux pas obtenir un bon soutien à moins de trouver cette équipe. Anna a organisé le ramassage, géré tout mon voyage, y compris la lessive, l'hébergement précoce et pris soin de moi pendant le voyage. En plus elle a organisé Scooter. C'est tout simplement excellent. Recommande fortement! Merci beaucoup Anna et l'équipe de l'hôtel, excellent travail et service client !

Les chambres sont belles et propres, les personnels sont aimables et rapides conseiller et aider à tout ce que vous avez besoin. Le séjour à la maison est géré par une famille, vous pourriez avoir une impression personnelle de la vie quotidienne. Petit déjeuner 7:00-9:00. Je peux vous recommander chaleureusement Sala!

This hotel is beyond charming. So much attention to every little detail which all added up to the most wonderful hotel stay I've had in Vietnam. Before reaching Purple Hue, I'd been traveling from Saigon to Hanoi, further north and now back South. I've stayed at all different types of hotels, most of which I'm really happy about until I reach Purple Hue Charming Riverside Hotel, which to me is the best of what hospitality could mean. Upon booking, I thought, what a difficult name for a hotel? After a week's stay, I appreciate the truth in advertisement and there's no better way to describe it. It definitely charmed me and stole my heart in the process. First, the room is immaculately clean. Literally spotless. The furnishing is simple but so elegant. All features in the room work and are well positioned and designed. TV has lots of good English channels as well as VN, French, Korean and Russian channels. Laundry came back fast, cleaned and beautifully folded in the eco-friendly and beautiful bag provided. The room even came with 2 purple umbrellas, which was a life saver as I was there during the monsoon season. Bathroom comes with high quality toiletry, including this toothpaste that I considered stealing because it was so good. Bathroom also comes with a squidgy to clear water after shower as I do not like to step onto a wet floor. It even has a curtain to separate shower from the toilet, a feature most appreciated by me and I couldn't help but wonder why no other hotels do this?! Because they are NOT Purple Hue Charming Riverside Hotel. And the staff. This is where the hotel's magic is. I was always greeted by the most beautiful smiles and kindest of hearts. Always there to help, to share in my excitement from meandering around this gorgeous city, to give me tips to the best food (the first recommendation Uyen gave me ended up being my breakfast place everyday I was there), best places to go, etc. One night, there was a sound of an alarm of some type. I called Uyen, who was actually off duty. Before I could hang up the phone, the front desk staff is already at my door (I was on the 4th floor) to assure me that it was a false alarm. Within 45 more seconds, silence returned. This kind of service is simply amazing. And sitting on my balcony watching the sun rise over the city or set over the Perfume River, that's pure poetry that I do not have words to describe. Now that I am sitting on the beach in Hoi An, my heart and mind wander back to Purple Hue Charming Hotel. I HIGHLY recommend it. You'll have an experience that you will want to remember fondly for the rest of your life.

Personnel parlant anglais et extrêmement accueillant, ils m’ont offert le petit déjeuner et sont extrêmement disposés à conseiller les choses à voir aux alentours ainsi qu’à vous aider dans la réservation de votre bus de départ. Location de scooter à 100k dong. La chambre est très bien, les rideaux pour l’intimité et les lits relativement confortable. Très bon rapport qualité prix, bien placé, je recommande vivement !

Le Viet Nam a une pureté moyenne, mais la tête est un peu sale. Le personnel est très aimable et vous enseignera beaucoup. Le personnel parle l'anglais. Le jeune garçon ne parle pas l'anglais, mais il est très aimable et heureux d'aider les gens et de répondre à vos questions avec sourire. Ils vous accueillent avec un sourire. Ils vous déposeront aussi. Il n'y a pas de restaurants bon marché autour de vous, vous pouvez profiter de l'atmosphère locale, mais pas de problème pendant quelques jours. Il y a beaucoup de lave-linge à proximité. Lave-linge à l'arrière. 1kg17000-25000VND. Lorsque vous achetez de l'eau, les boutiques sont moins chers que les boutiques autour de vous. Vous pouvez utiliser une carte de crédit, donc vous recommandez de le faire. Il y a beaucoup de cafés à moins d'un kilomètre, donc je pense que l'arrêt du chemin vers le palais est une bonne idée. 20000-45000VND.

I stayed Rabbit Motel for two nights in March 2023. The room was very clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, it’s central of Hue city and also there is a big supermarket, GO nearby. Hotel’s staff members were so friendly, kind … and they always helped me. I will visit this wonderful hotel when I travel back to Vietnam.
