Great location, easy check in / check out, amazing views from very high floor of a 50-story condominium. I was able to check in at 3PM and the place was very clean. 24 hour security at the lobby and 24 hour concierge on 5th floor. There is a large public parking lot right across the street that is safe and easy to use. Starbucks & Tim Horton’s is right downstairs, and Dundas Square is literally a 6 minute walk away. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others!

I stayed at this hotel for one night, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best short stays I’ve had in a long time. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The host was absolutely amazing — extremely helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire stay. They answered all of my questions quickly, even after I had already checked in, which made the whole experience feel very smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find that level of attentiveness and genuine care. The view was simply stunning. I loved the beautiful water view — waking up and seeing the water right outside was such a peaceful and memorable experience. It truly elevated the entire stay. The unit itself was spotless and exceptionally clean. You can tell that a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. Everything felt fresh, organized, and very well taken care of. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made it so convenient to prepare our own dinner. Having a proper kitchen setup really makes a difference, especially for a comfortable and relaxed night in. The location is another huge plus. The area is fantastic — so many restaurants and bars within walking distance, and even grocery stores nearby. Being able to walk everywhere made the stay even more enjoyable and convenient. Overall, this place is a solid 10/10. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-located place to stay downtown. Truly a five-star experience!

Really enjoyed my stay here! Extremely good value - good location, super friendly owners, very low noise, private room (with key to lock it too!), own heater/fan so can control your room heat, and even access to a shared kitchen if you want to cook during your stay! Only thing is the entire household speaks Chinese so they use translators or gestures to communicate to you if you only speak English. However, host Jason speaks perfect English so there is always a safety in case you need anything. Additionally, they give you free instant noodles, fruits, and water during your stay so you don't have to worry about going hungry here! Free coffee, tea, rice porridge too as long as you can make it. Surprisingly there's a meal menu as well and the prices are extremely reasonable, $2 for rice porridge in the morning, $8 for a homemade tomato egg soup, both were really good! The location is good - right next to Queen Street so you have direct tram access, but it's on a side street so no noise, easy parking, no wind, etc. The room itself is large, clean, and spacious. Very little noise which meant really good sleep quality. Shared bathroom but it's unused 90% of the time, so no issues there either. For utilities: the WiFi was fast, tap water and showers were hot, microwave, toaster, and water kettle all provided, and they even offered free butter for my toast! Overall great stay and I'll definitely be back here next time I'm in Toronto!

Mon avis peut être différent de celui des autres, mais j'ai eu une chambre qui correspond à l'option pour laquelle j'ai payé. Comme je ne suis pas un voyageur difficile, j'étais d'accord avec une chambre simple avec salle de bain privée. Si vous êtes un voyageur qui marche beaucoup et prend les transports et une femme, vous voudrez peut-être être un peu prudent car les environs sont des maisons et sombres la nuit. Les tramways et le métro le plus proche ne sont pas très loin (tramway : environ 5 min / métro : 10 min). À l'aube, si vous voulez acheter quelque chose, vous devez vous rendre au dépanneur qui se trouve à environ 15-20 minutes. Si vous voyagez la nuit et êtes actif la nuit, vous souhaiterez peut-être choisir un autre endroit. Sinon, je pense que c'est un endroit économique pour dormir. Ma chambre n'avait pas de sèche-cheveux, alors soyez conscient de cela mdr. À part certaines parties, j'étais d'accord pour rester ici. Le réfrigérateur et le micro-ondes étaient là, donc j'ai pris un repas de fin de soirée, donc c'était bien. En été, cela va être un peu dur car il n'y avait pas de climatiseur (ou le ventilateur peut vous donner de l'air frais en été ; j'avais de l'air chaud lorsque je voyageais en hiver).

Cet endroit nous appelons très aimablement Nana. Nous nous sentions juste à la maison et nous avons dû nous assurer. Le petit déjeuner est très confortable. 10 minutes à pied de la place de la scène OLG et 20 minutes à pied des chutes (ne croyez pas aux horaires sur les applications de cartes). Il est très bienvenu au bar local. Ne hésitez pas à rester à Anna dans l'avenir.

WOW, surtout toutes les attentes. Trip de moto, il pleut toute la journée, donc nous étions mouillés. Notre hôte nous a pris extra en charge et a aidé avec des vêtements de vapeur. Tout détail est carré et propre, confortable et chaleur. Quel grand moment ce soir dans la salle de séjour, tout le monde partage notre jour comme une famille. Puis ce petit déjeuner royal le matin suivant. Comme chez moi. Je vais certainement garder cet endroit à l'esprit et revenir en but. Le propriétaire est si gentil et magnifique!

The motel is a budget option, and for the price it does what it is supposed to do. If you are simply looking for a cheap place to sleep for the night, it serves its purpose. The room was basic but functional, and overall it matched what you would expect at this price point. However, one of the furniture in the room was broken and should simply be removed. Leaving broken furniture in the room is a matter of improper maintenance.

The building and the rooms are historical but the hardware is up-to-date. Our room is on second floor and there’s an elevator for moving up our suitcases. The common area is classy and the furniture is well maintained. Location is great, only a 10-15 minutes drive to the Clifton Hill and the Falls area. Last but not least, the breakfasts are FAB! Homemade but hotel quality! We both hope that we can return during summer time.
