At the time of our visit, there were no frontdesk. We had to go to another motel to get the keys to the cabin. When ask questions, obviously they say they dont know anything. The guy sitting at the front desk seems to be uninterested to help. Once we got at our assigned cabin, i find the place to be very cute. Except, the front door was left open. Then we went inside, every single curtain missed pieces, privacy was so so. Then we realised that the back door (patio) cant be locked. So dont leave your belonging unsupervised. There were a lot...lot lots of bugs (spiders, mosquitos, other insects). Then, the tv does not work. We followed the instruction, but it showed on the tv that we have no access to this service. I guess they did not renew the subscription. Then the cherry on top, there is NO hot water. We took our shower in freezing water. Inside the cabine, there were some dishware, cooker, microwave, mini fridge, mini toaster, keurig coffee maker. I cant tell if it works because i didnt use any of it. The shower is very very small. If you are taller than 6ft your head will be over the shower, I am 5ft 100pounds and i barely had space to move in it. Oh well, the view on the Fleuve St-Laurent was nice.

Was a good stay and easy to access

Installations: les installations sont complètes, les ventilateurs de protection et les paniers de café pour les ustensiles de tasse d'eau sont disponibles dans des zones publiques, et le seul désir est de ne pas fournir de retard. Santé: dans les chambres, les corridors et les zones publiques sont excellents. Environnement: L'environnement du logement est super, la disposition de la chambre est chaude et confortable, la maison est située dans le quartier résidentiel, le paysage après la neige est très beau!! (voir graphique 😄) La chambre est très proche de la métro, à quelques minutes à pied, il est très pratique de rentrer dans la métro. Un défaut est que, comme les chambres sont toutes en bois, le son est très mauvais, le côté et le sous-sol sont un peu clairs. Service : Le propriétaire de la maison n'a pas été vu pendant toute la durée de l'hébergement et de la sortie du magasin, c'est le portable qui a été pris dans la serrure de passe. Il n'est pas très adapté au début, et parce que le code de la chambre n'a pas été reçu, il faut appeler le propriétaire de la maison pour confirmer que si vous avez besoin de consulter, il s'agit essentiellement d'un contact téléphonique (pas très ami pour les mauvais amis anglais). Mais après avoir été habitué, je me sens bien, pas besoin d'attendre, pas de socialité (i Habshu 😄), ce qui est sage.

The best B&B guesthouse I have ever been. The host is extremely hospitable, kind and friendly. He prepared the exquisite and healthy breakfast for us. As I do not have a car and intended to do some hiking, the host was so kind that he took us to the starting point and picked us up after I finished hiking. Most unexpectedly I have the privilege of having the farm to table experience during my three days’ stay in the guesthouse. As the host has an echo-farm around his guesthouse, he picked the tomatoes from farm and prepared delicious dinner for us. It was a wonderful and joyful moment when we learned to make pizzas and summer rolls for the dinner. I hope I would have chance to stay in the guesthouse again in future

Réservez cet hôtel si vous voulez une expérience de type boutique avec un excellent service de tout le personnel, le lit le plus confortable, le petit déjeuner délicieux et le café. Les meubles sont tous habituels faits par des artisans locaux et de nombreux bois et foyers originals sont intacts. Juste magnifiques! Et pas de la frontière du Château, dîner, marcher le long des plaines d'Abraham et tout ce que la ville du Québec offre. Merci à Paul et à Raphaelle!

This place has beautiful views, ask for the third floor. The balcony view is majestic in the morning. The shared bathrooms are not a problem during the week, I have not been there on the weekend but during the week I had no issues at all in fact, I was the only one in the bathroom every time I highly recommend this place for a soul reset. A beautiful walk close to the city and when you return to the hotel, beautiful views to soak in and enjoy creation.

We had a wonderful stay at Gite Crystal Inn. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. The breakfast was delicious, and the peaceful forest setting made our stay even more relaxing. We especially loved the spacious room, the separate private living area, and the large, comfortable bed. Highly recommended!

The hotel is nice and clean. Their swimming pool was under repair but the hotel refunded CAD20 as compensation. We travelled with a child aged 7 months and they also provided a baby crib and kettle for us. The food at the restaurant was good and the staff were very nice. We had a pleasant stay there. Thank you.

We had a great experience with check-in as we were able to do so well before the standard 4pm check-in time. Tammy was very accomodating and she was easy to contact when necessary. The only faults were that the tub was backed up a bit from hair and the bedrooms were noticeably humid.

Hostess was extremely personable & a pleasure to deal with. Maison Rose is one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed at. Everything within the Maison was wonderful including our petit dejeuner. Highly recommend & would return in a heart beat. I’m
