The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel. Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel. Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts. Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!! Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen. Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea. In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb! I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too! The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team! They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

Hotel is within a small resort that is newly opened. Amenities are complete and restaurants and other F&B are available within the resort. Only inconvenience is that cars are not allowed into the resort so we have to trek to the gate to call for a ride.

방은 너무나 깨끗하고 깔끔하고, 우리를 접대하는 프론트 데스크 직원은 우리에게 친절하게 여러 가지 사항을 말해주었습니다. 위치도 연길역 바로 앞이라 버스로 원하는 곳을 쉽게 다닐 수 있었습니다.

Un très confortable et précieux chambres d'argent à Erdaobaihe, je recommande vivement à mes amis et à ma famille de rester ici. La chambre est relativement nouvelle. La chambre était propre, le lit et les pièges sont très confortables et j'ai dormi très bien. La toilette était très propre, bien équipée et stockée, l'eau est chaude. Les services de pick-up/drop-off sont généreusement fournis. Le chef est utile et le service est courtois, si vous avez besoin d'une aide, ils seront plus que heureux d'aider. La location de l'hôtel est également fantastique, près de nombreux plats les principales zones (Mon favori est xinyan shaokao!). 30 minutes walk/5mins voiture à Changbaishan nord centre visiteur

民宿地點位置比較好，旁邊是網紅牆，對面是延邊大學，周圍設施齊全，品牌特產店很多，可以直接買，或代發快遞。離西市場和水上市場都不遠，步行或打車都行。晚上非常熱鬧，有夜市，小吃很多，還有很多人來打卡網紅牆，人山人海，逛完夜市就可以回，很方便。房子有點老，但裝修還可以，衹是衞生間有點小，有點遺憾。勝在性價比比較高，價格親民。老闆人很好，剛開始有點小問題，老闆完美解決了。

Here’This resort hotel was the most satisfying stay of our entire 8-day China trip across Harbin, Changbaishan, Xuexiang, and Yabuli. We stayed in a family residence unit, which allowed all of us to live together comfortably under one household. The resort is extremely clean and well-maintained. Our unit even included a mahjong table and a private hot spring, which made the stay very enjoyable. Although the price is not cheap, it is definitely worth the money. The butler service was excellent — the staff were attentive and always did their best to accommodate our requests. Highly recommended. I’m confident you will have a pleasant and memorable stay here.

Overall, we had a great stay despite a small hiccup with the pickup due to hotel staff turnover and miscommunication. The hotel room was amazing and super well designed with great amenities, it was undoubtedly the best accommodation we had during our 2 weeks in Dongbei. Even though we didn’t book breakfast, the boss gave us free breakfast to comepensate for the poor experience we had with the pickup from the high speed rail (I would strongly recommend giving them a call to confirm the pickup rather than communicating through WeChat). The breakfast was super tasty and has lots of different side dishes (not saying this because it’s free lol), would definitely recommend. We were there during NYE and NY, and seems like people in the neighbourhood really liked fireworks. We probably saw fireworks 8 -9 times during our 3 days stay (including one from our host), super lucky! The local restaurant the host recommended was very tasty as well (not touristy so be prepared for a raw experience), food was great and fried eggs is a must try. The only issue with staying in this area was transport if you don’t have a driver for your stay in Changbaishan (which is a well known issue for all hotels in this area). Getting a cab took about an hour… after constant failing, the boss was so nice that she tried to call all her friends to see if they were available to drive us to the restaurant and we got there at the end!!!! 谢谢老板和老板娘的烟花还有小礼物，我们玩得特别开心！

Je suis venu ici avec mes amis. La chambre était très élégante, propre et bien rangée, avec un nécessaire de toilette complet et un matelas confortable. La patronne était également très serviable et nous a donné de nombreux conseils de voyage. Elle nous a même offert un service de navette aller-retour gratuit. Ce fut une expérience de voyage très enrichissante !

L'hôtel dispose d'appartements de service spacieux, de chambres grandes, propres, le personnel de l'hôtel est toujours utile. 10 minutes de voiture à la gare de Chang Bai Shan. Questions que j'ai rencontrées : il y a une énorme pénurie de taxi dans la ville pendant la saison touristique de pointe, un jour même j'ai dû marcher 3.3 kilomètres en - 15 degrés de température pour atteindre le centre-ville , DIDI et T3 service fonctionne ici mais l'attente de taxi est normalement 40 min à 1 heure. Comme un étranger, l'hôtel était peu bizarre pour moi et beaucoup de temps précieux perdu dans l'attente de taxi, le petit déjeuner est à 300 mètres de la chambre, ce qui n'était pas confortable, comme moi et la famille ne voulaient pas marcher - 20 degrés de température pour manger demain, j'ai séjourné 5 jours, mais seulement 2 jours j'ose aller au petit déjeuner. Pour rester ici, c'est si bon, si propre, si chaud. L'hôtel dispose d'un appartement de service spacieux, la chambre est grande, très propre, le personnel de l'hôtel est très heureux d'aider. 10 minutes de la gare de Changbai Mountain. J'ai rencontré des problèmes : pendant l'automne du voyage, le taxi urbain était gravement pénible. Un jour, j'ai même dû marcher à moins de 15 degrés à température zéro 3.3 kilomètres pour atteindre le centre-ville, le chaud et T3 service peuvent être utilisés ici, Mais le temps d'attente pour un taxi est généralement de 40 minutes à une heure. En tant qu'étranger, la position de l'hôtel est un peu étrange pour moi. Nombre de temps précieux sont gaspillés en taxi en attendant. Le lieu du petit déjeuner est à 300 mètres de la chambre, ce qui est très inconvenant, parce que je ne veux pas entrer avec ma famille pour le petit déjeuner à moins de 20 degrés de température. J'ai séjourné 5 jours, Mais je n'ai pas le temps de dîner. En termes de logement, ce lieu est très bon, très propre et chaud. Si vous avez une voiture, il n'y a aucun problème.
