This was a wonderful stay. The location was great, very close to a supermarket as well as a petrol station. The very first night they recommended a fantastic local bistro. We had a wonderful meal. The room was clean, it was lovely and cool. The AC was very, very welcome because we were here during quite the heatwave. Yes okay it's summer but, oh my god, 35 degrees Celsius is a lot to deal with. Didier and Lara were incredibly welcoming. The breakfasts were utterly incredible. We felt incredibly spoiled. We had delicious, fresh pastries. We had beautiful yoghourts. We had lovely fruit purées. We had poached eggs. Nothing was too much trouble. The orange juice was freshly squeezed. The pink grapefruit juice was freshly squeezed. It was really really delicious! What was really nice is that we stayed for three nights. What was really lovely was that we'd come back each day and our room had been tidied and the beds had been made. We had always turned off the air conditioning so it was really nice to come home to our accommodation. The AC was on so the room was already lovely and cool by the time we got in. I would happily stay there again. Wonderful host, friendly, not in your face, just really really welcoming, and we would absolutely stay there again.

If you want to experience La vraie vie de chateau (a real life a a castle owner) this is your choice. Only 5 rooms available, very private, feels like you are in your own chateau… fabulous park and setting around the main building, was told there are other separate “mini” houses in the park , and you can go watch the horses…. And admire the view on the valley. Our room: we booked the round bedroom … the center bedroom on the 1st floor…. Fabulous place, need a bit of upgrade in the bathroom… if anything… but seriously felt like a châtelain… as we reached early, we were welcomed by one of the sons of the owners who took us around the private wing, “his house”, and told us everything about the mansion history as well as hotel business. A great interaction with a friendly castle owner and businessman. They also have a snooker, a gym and sauna…. I mean… what else do you want!!! We had to go out for dinner (at L’Hermitage) which the owner booked for us. Breakfastwas served in the salons…. Stylish French dépit déjeuner, served by a dynamic, friendly and frank lady. Just go. Dont hesitate.

It was just a small nice cottage-like hotel. We loved it so much. The hotel is located not so far from the beach, maybe around 20 mins by car but it wasnt so hard to get an uber/bolt so it was okay for us since we didnt have a car. For breakfast, we had to sit together with other tourists who stayed there with us, and it was a very nice way to start the day. The owner gave us this homemade yogurt which was the best yogurt ive ever tried in my life (im still thinking about it now). Overall, if you plan to visit Etretat, I do recommend staying here if you dont mind staying a bit far from the hotspot. Thank you to the owner for hosting us! We love Etretat🥰

This might be a nice place to stay for people who like old fashion style. It is very clean, well maintained, Valerie was welcoming. However this is an old building- I could hear every single sound from the neighbors, noise from the street, I could hardly sleep for two nights. They have no AC, so you need to keep your windows opened which makes it even worse. No lift is a minimum inconvenience.

Ce qui m'a plaisir le plus, c'est la comodité où il est promenable de partout où vous voulez explorer autour de Pontorson, à quelques minutes de marche de la gare. Le petit déjeuner en français, le déjeuner délicieux préparé avec le plus grand soin, et le sourire chaleureux bienvenu du personnel. Bonus, il y a aussi une piscine! Vous resterez ici merveilleusement et je réserverais certainement une nouvelle chance. Merci!

The hotel is well located, 1 min (by foot) to the main square (famous church related to the second war). Staff is so kind. The room was amazing, decoration so cute, extremely clean and the smell in the room was really good. Breakfast is available for extra fee and it was delicious. There is a restaurant in the backyard of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

Le jardin et la maison sont belles (il y a beaucoup de lavender buissons, alors en été le jardin devrait aussi senter grand!). Le petit déjeuner est extrêmement délicieux.

Le restaurant est très confortable et confortable à Honfleur, à 10 minutes à pied de la ville avec beaucoup de restaurants.

Location is outside of Bayeux, which is a short drive away. So you will need to drive to stay here. A great value chateau lodging otherwise with great breakfast. Room is comfortable and spacious.

Les chambres sont modernes, agréables et élégantes, encore plus belles qu'en photos. Christophe est très attentif à la propreté et au respect de l'environnement, ce qui a été très appréciable. Un délicieux petit-déjeuner aux saveurs locales, servi dans une atmosphère agréable. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement pour découvrir la région et se détendre avant l'ascension du Mont-Saint-Michel.
