The hotel was centrally located in the city. However, the hotel really need major renovations as it looked so worn out and like abandoned place. The walkway to my room looked like it hasn’t been cleaned and maintained properly especially the carpets (refer attached photo below). Inside the room, the toilet was not really clean. There were many black stains on the toilet bowl and the room’s floor had many dusts. The breakfast provided was not a buffet but just a very simple a la carte mea. The receptionist wasn’t there all the time and you need to wait for some time (more than 5 minutes) after press the bell before they entertain you. Overall, this is gonna be the first and last I am staying at this hotel. Not recommended.

I had a great stay at this hotel .The staff were very helpful and friendly. They even assisted me with booking a motorbike. The hotel was clean. After I check out,the staff kindly allowed me to store my luggage at the reception.This gave me the oppurtunity to explore Banda Aceh before my scheduled ferry to Sabang at 4pm. Overall, the hotel was great .

Très recommandé, le complexe le meilleur mais le moins cher dans lequel j'aie jamais séjourné. Le petit déjeuner est moyen, très adapté aux parents et aux enfants, il y a de nombreuses marches qui ne conviennent pas aux personnes âgées. La vue mer est invincible et peu de monde. Chaque cabine est séparée.

Avant cela, Freddie avait été dans la classe supérieure par rapport à lui. Réservé le cottage, surtout la récompense. Le lieu est beau, chaud, propre. L'endroit est magnifique, confortable, géant sauna avec tout ce qui devrait être. Personnel au niveau, nourriture excellente et diversifiée. La pizza, les pommes de terre frites, etc., plus les plats locaux pour tout goût. Les podvods un, la mer n'est pas très flottante, petite et en bas pour elle-même, mais la beauté du lieu éclipse tout et le scooter résout tous les problèmes.

Air panas untuk minum tak berfungsi. Sarapan ga sesuai jam dtgnya. Kamar mandi banyak sangkut rambut dilobang pembuangan air.

Excellent trip! food,room,staff,guests and so on…Everything is so nice. We had a big problem but the owner Wiwi solved smart and gently. She is such a good owner. We definitely will come again here. Thank you.
