Le service est très satisfaisant, le service client est très enthousiaste, et la chambre est très propre

Un hôtel avec une vue magnifique depuis le bungalow. C'est son seul atout. En général, les maisons ne sont pas mal, mais j'ai vraiment aimé la mienne. Il y a plein de fourmis de toutes tailles dans le lit ; elles ne mordent pas, mais rampent constamment sur vous ; pendant trois jours, elles m'ont attrapée. De plus, des fruits de l'arbre tombent sur le toit plusieurs fois par nuit. Le coup est si fort, comme si on cassait une fenêtre. Les deux premières fois, j'ai eu très peur, car ce coup a perturbé mon sommeil, puis je m'y suis habituée, mais il m'a quand même réveillée deux fois par nuit. Pour le reste, tout est plus ou moins normal. Il n'y avait ni savon, ni shampoing, ni gel douche. Il y a de l'eau chaude.

The place are quite new big room & still need to improved more. No TV, no AC either fan in the room. Nice bed, nice View from the room & got more plug at the room. Just need to walk down and up the stair too much. No short cut. So far the owner was kind & helpful. TQ Penginapan Mafir. 

Probably the best resort in Pantai Cermin. The staff is friendly and attentive. We had good matrasses and a spacious room. The website includes a note that ‘some rooms have windows’, suggesting the chance of getting a room in some sort of cave. We think most rooms have (several) windows, so the description of the rooms deserve better.  Be aware that the place is hard to get or to leave if you don’t have your own means of transportation. Taxis don’t come here, maybe Grab does. Foreign tourist hardly come here and only a few staff speak English, but Google translate can help out. The resort is busy in the weekends with local tourists from nearby, like Medan. The immediate surrounding  is regularly sweeped to remove rubbish, but many places, including the beach has a pollution issue.

Il est très important de garder à l'esprit que l'électricité sur l'île est régulièrement éteinte pendant plusieurs heures (5-6 heures). La cuisine est délicieuse et variée, les vues exquises, le personnel utile, certaines chambres ont beaucoup de rencontres, mais il est possible de trouver la meilleure option. Excellent entrée dans le lac.

Владелец отеля был очень дружелюбным, он бесплатно забрал нас с причала и отвез обратно. Так же владелец отеля предоставил замечательного водителя за хорошую плату, который рассказывал про различные достопримечательности, когда возил по ним, а так же привез в самые уникальныене туристические места батаков. Вид из номера был потрясающий, также у отеля есть выход к озеру. Номер был чистый, и было очень приятно от того, что владелец бесплатно положил в номер бананы со своего огорода.

Le restaurant est très confortable, le restaurant est très confortable et le restaurant est très confortable. Mais seulement je savais que le café n'était ouvert qu'après 8 heures. Nous avons commandé à 8 heures, mais seulement nous avons reçu notre nourriture à 9.15pm. Même mes enfants criaient déjà à cause de la faim. La nourriture était moyenne. Pas beaucoup d'option. Même les choix dans le menu n'étaient pas vraiment disponibles. Veuillez apporter votre propre savon, shampooing et tissus car ils n'ont pas été fournis.

We came to this hotel on night and everything have been prepared for us. We enter to the room straightaway and prepare to sleep. Book two standard hotel since we have 5 people. Even though its cheap, but we have a great stay to rest. There are hot water in the toilet room. There are no fan and a/c because the room already so cold.

Great place to stay. Very quiet and chill. Only downside was the flushing toilet did not work properly, the hand washing sink's pipe was not properly installed, the speed of the shower was not fast enough and hot water sometimes was limited (maybe because we did not know how to operate it well). Overall, with quite an affordable price, I can't complain much 👍 Also, they allowed me to borrow their water host to clean my car before checking out on their reception yard.

Overall room and bed consider clean, but not their toilet 😥 The cloths hanger is rusty and you will feel disgusting to hang your cloths. And the wall and floor tiles, toilet bowl are super yellowish which I think they have not maintanence well. The most important is THERE IS NO WATER HEATER while the weather is freaking cold there 😥 But, this is budgetary hotel, depend on your choose. We just stay for like few hours and leave to continue our journey.
