Una piacevole sorpresa vicino alla Fontana di Trevi. Bella stanza con arredamento curato e molto pulita. Ottima esperienza soprattutto grazie alla disponibilità e gentilezza del proprietario che ha fatto di tutto per rendere perfetto il nostro soggiorno! Ci torneremo!!!

Per il prezzo di Roma non è male, però le modalità di self check in sono leggermente macchinose per il primo ingresso (poi una volta ottenute le chiavi che si trovano in stanza si apre portone esterno e di ingresso al condominio). Il bagno aveva una doccia con muffa ed usciva pochissima acqua dal soffione, tutto incrostato, comunque pur cercando di pulirlo non usciva molta acqua. Per il prezzo non è malaccio però

We stayed here for four nights in June of 2025. The location of the hotel is generally good for getting to some of the more noteworthy site (Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc.). There's a metro station around 8 minutes walk away, which opens up most of the rest of the city pretty well. We walked from here to the Vatican, which took around 35 minutes, but would be less than half that by cab. The surrounding area is great for clothing shops, but the food we found nearby was mostly so-so, and frequently over-priced tourist fare, though I'm sure if you walk a little farther from the hotel you can find some good options. The room itself was booked for a family of four, and was comfortable. The bathroom and shower had good water pressure, and the AC worked just fine. Some of the sheets were not quite clean, but we just didn't use the one we found slightly dirty. The beds were comfortable and a good size. The room and hotel have little to no facilities, so you're really just paying for room and the location. The exterior entrance is not well marked, and we actually walked past it on the street several times. If you're thinking of booking here, I'd recommend just looking for the GAP store which is directly across the street, much easier to find. Our interactions with the hotel staff were limited. We received a number of automated messages, some of which were contradictory, or had out of date information. After booking and paying for the room (a non-refundable booking) we were told there was an extra ”city tax” not included which would need to be paid before checking in which amounted to around an extra $90 or so, and the offered price of an airport transfer service went up as soon as we requested it (from 85 euros to 95). The hotel arranged the transfer service for us, but the driver left the airport before we could get out of the passport control due to another booking. The driver service showed up at the hotel at the time the flight was supposed to arrive, even though the flight was late, and you'd expect them to know that going through passport control takes easily an hour, so this seems to be quite poor planning on behalf of either the hotel or the service. We ended up taking a taxi from the airport which was also slightly over half the price of the transfer service, so I'd recommend skipping their service, it seems like a rip-off. Taxis from the airport to the city center seem to be subsidized by the government, and were a fixed price of 55 euros (for a normal size car big enough for 4 people) at the time we visited. The train from the airport is also not a bad idea if you're comfortable using the metro, as the train station is just 3-4 metro stops from the nearest metro station to the hotel (Spagna). Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but felt like we mostly paid for the location.

La position est très bonne, très proche de la gare. Je suis allé à l'aéroport avec un bus, mais il y a un hôtel après avoir quitté le bus! Il a été noté que la chambre avait un lit spécial et un canapé, mais il n'y avait pas de coussin sur le canapé, donc je ne pouvais pas dormir. Le canapé est très confortable. L'hôtel est très propre, mais le déchargement est facile à bouger. Quand je demande de nettoyer le déchargement avec la lettre, le déchargement est bouger. En outre, je pense que cela dépend de la chambre, mais le salle de bain ２ est fermée pendant quelques jours consécutifs, même les gens de l'hôtel ne peuvent l'ouvrir, donc je demande au contractant d'ouvrir. La chambre est très grande, très propre, en général un très bon hôtel, mais je ne pense pas que les performances de l'élévateur soient bonnes.

The reception area feels more like an art gallery, with stylish décor and vibrant paintings. Guests can relax in the cozy living or dining areas — a lovely touch. Our suite faced the piazza and was filled with natural light, offering a perfect view of visitors strolling by the Spanish Steps. Being steps away from Via Condotti’s luxury boutiques adds to the convenience. The genuine hospitality and personal attention here truly stand out. It’s not just about luxury — it’s about feeling welcome and cared for. I’ll definitely stay at Piazza di Spagna 9 again and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. Simply top rated — the best!

Le séjour a été globalement excellent. L'emplacement était pratique, la chambre propre et spacieuse, les boissons et en-cas gratuits dans le minibar étaient un plus, et le personnel de la réception était également très aimable. Cependant, la réception n'était pas ouverte 24h/24, ce qui était gênant si la carte de votre chambre ne fonctionnait pas et que votre téléphone était à court de batterie. De plus, la qualité de l'eau de la douche pourrait être améliorée. Globalement, le rapport qualité-prix était excellent, et ce serait encore mieux si ces problèmes étaient résolus.

La location était parfaite pour nous seulement à environ 10-minute à pied du Vatican, ce qui l'a fait très confortable. Nous avons réservé une chambre supérieure, mais ce n'était rien comme ce qui était annoncé. La douche était placée dans la chambre avec une porte de verre claire, offrant absolument aucune intimité. La réception ne fonctionne que de 8 h à 8 h et depuis que nous avons eu un check-out précoce à 6 h 30 , il n'y a pas d' informations sur où laisser la clé. Le petit déjeuner est servi à 8 h. Il est trop tard pour assister à une visite ou visiter le Vatican tôt (la plupart des tours commencent à 7 h 30). Nous avions prépayé 120 euros pour quatre petits-déjeuners pour deux personnes, mais dès que nous sommes arrivés (environ 14 h) et que nous avons découvert le temps de service tardif, nous les avons annulés. Le receveur nous a conseillé d'envoyer un courriel au propriétaire pour demander une restitution, que nous avons fait mais nous n'avons jamais reçu de réponse.
