Una piacevole sorpresa vicino alla Fontana di Trevi. Bella stanza con arredamento curato e molto pulita. Ottima esperienza soprattutto grazie alla disponibilità e gentilezza del proprietario che ha fatto di tutto per rendere perfetto il nostro soggiorno! Ci torneremo!!!

Per il prezzo di Roma non è male, però le modalità di self check in sono leggermente macchinose per il primo ingresso (poi una volta ottenute le chiavi che si trovano in stanza si apre portone esterno e di ingresso al condominio). Il bagno aveva una doccia con muffa ed usciva pochissima acqua dal soffione, tutto incrostato, comunque pur cercando di pulirlo non usciva molta acqua. Per il prezzo non è malaccio però

We stayed here for four nights in June of 2025. The location of the hotel is generally good for getting to some of the more noteworthy site (Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc.). There's a metro station around 8 minutes walk away, which opens up most of the rest of the city pretty well. We walked from here to the Vatican, which took around 35 minutes, but would be less than half that by cab. The surrounding area is great for clothing shops, but the food we found nearby was mostly so-so, and frequently over-priced tourist fare, though I'm sure if you walk a little farther from the hotel you can find some good options. The room itself was booked for a family of four, and was comfortable. The bathroom and shower had good water pressure, and the AC worked just fine. Some of the sheets were not quite clean, but we just didn't use the one we found slightly dirty. The beds were comfortable and a good size. The room and hotel have little to no facilities, so you're really just paying for room and the location. The exterior entrance is not well marked, and we actually walked past it on the street several times. If you're thinking of booking here, I'd recommend just looking for the GAP store which is directly across the street, much easier to find. Our interactions with the hotel staff were limited. We received a number of automated messages, some of which were contradictory, or had out of date information. After booking and paying for the room (a non-refundable booking) we were told there was an extra ”city tax” not included which would need to be paid before checking in which amounted to around an extra $90 or so, and the offered price of an airport transfer service went up as soon as we requested it (from 85 euros to 95). The hotel arranged the transfer service for us, but the driver left the airport before we could get out of the passport control due to another booking. The driver service showed up at the hotel at the time the flight was supposed to arrive, even though the flight was late, and you'd expect them to know that going through passport control takes easily an hour, so this seems to be quite poor planning on behalf of either the hotel or the service. We ended up taking a taxi from the airport which was also slightly over half the price of the transfer service, so I'd recommend skipping their service, it seems like a rip-off. Taxis from the airport to the city center seem to be subsidized by the government, and were a fixed price of 55 euros (for a normal size car big enough for 4 people) at the time we visited. The train from the airport is also not a bad idea if you're comfortable using the metro, as the train station is just 3-4 metro stops from the nearest metro station to the hotel (Spagna). Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but felt like we mostly paid for the location.

Our suite faced the piazza and was filled with natural light, offering a perfect view of visitors strolling by the Spanish Steps. Being steps away from Via Condotti’s luxury boutiques adds to the convenience. The genuine hospitality and personal attention here truly stand out. It’s not just about luxury — it’s about feeling welcome and cared for. Visuellement un très bel endroit. Ils nettoyaient tous les jours, c'était propre. Le matin, on apportait des petits pains et la machine à café était à disposition gratuitement. Inconvénients : 1. Je suis arrivé et je n’avais pas de carte SIM et j’étais sans communication. L'hôtel n'a pas de réception et si je n'avais pas été aidé dans la rue, j'aurais demandé à un passant d'appeler l'administrateur. Je ne sais même pas comment ça aurait pu se passer. Je pense que ce point doit être amélioré. L'administrateur demande de prévenir de l'arrivée 10 à 15 minutes à l'avance, mais comment faire sans communication ? 2. Très mauvaise isolation phonique. Dans la pièce voisine, j'entendais la télévision et toutes les conversations. J'entendais aussi tout ce qui se passait dans la rue. Dans l’ensemble, la zone semblait assez calme.

La location était parfaite pour nous seulement à environ 10-minute à pied du Vatican, ce qui l'a fait très confortable. Nous avons réservé une chambre supérieure, mais ce n'était rien comme ce qui était annoncé. La douche était placée dans la chambre avec une porte de verre claire, offrant absolument aucune intimité. La réception ne fonctionne que de 8 h à 8 h et depuis que nous avons eu un check-out précoce à 6 h 30 , il n'y a pas d' informations sur où laisser la clé. Le petit déjeuner est servi à 8 h. Il est trop tard pour assister à une visite ou visiter le Vatican tôt (la plupart des tours commencent à 7 h 30). Nous avions prépayé 120 euros pour quatre petits-déjeuners pour deux personnes, mais dès que nous sommes arrivés (environ 14 h) et que nous avons découvert le temps de service tardif, nous les avons annulés. Le receveur nous a conseillé d'envoyer un courriel au propriétaire pour demander une restitution, que nous avons fait mais nous n'avons jamais reçu de réponse. La douche et la salle de bain communes peuvent nécessiter un peu d'entretien, mais la gentillesse et la volonté du personnel de vous aider peuvent rendre l'expérience plus agréable. Le service de navette à 1 £ jusqu'à la gare est une fonctionnalité pratique, en particulier pour ceux qui ont un budget limité. La mention de la nécessité d'une lampe de poche pour téléphone la nuit souligne le charme rustique de l'emplacement, tandis que la marche de 18 minutes depuis la gare routière ajoute un peu d'aventure. Dans l'ensemble, cela semble être une excellente option pour les voyageurs humbles qui cherchent à économiser de l'argent et à profiter d'une atmosphère conviviale.

Objection evaluation: Firstly, the location is great. You can walk to main scenes for around 20 minutes( except Vatican, 40minutes). And the taxi fee from Termini to hotel is 10 euros. Besides, you can take taxi conveniently because there is a taxi station nearby(around 100 meters). Secondly, the “check in” session is not convenient for guests who book this hotel for just several days ago. Because there is not a email with guides and you have to explore everything by yourself. The hotel is in a building, which also contains other hotels. It’s just close to Timberland and Apple store. And you can’t open the gate because it needs a key. Luckily, we met a person who lives there and he let us in. Then you should take the elevator to 5th floor and walk downstairs for a half floor. Now you will find that you don’t have the password to get in. We knocked the door but nobody answered. So we made a phone call and sent our information by sms. And finally, later an employee came out. She is a good person and it seems like that she also does housekeeping. Thus she may not hear our knocking. The room has a beautiful view. But you can hear car horn. There were no free water, slippers or toothbrush. You need to prepare by yourself. And the bath pipe was broken and it leaked a lot of water. Also we couldn’t find the switch for exhausting fan in restroom. That is what I experienced in this hotel. Overall the hotel is fine. Hope my experience can help more people~
