Location: quite far from the lake como but its fine since its cheap. But the b&b has different location for check-in. The check-in was in the few blocks away from the b&b which in this ”torre hotel”. What a sport. The room is above the bar few blocks away. It was so confusing especially when you late check-in, luckily the staff WhatsApp me first for the location advice. So remember to WhatsApp them first. Parking: park is free, spacious. Next to the b&b, and in between the check-in point, u need to walk a bit. Cost: u need to pay extra 4euro for 2person for the tourist tax compulsory when check-in . Elevator: since its just cheap b&b and ”economic” version of ”torre hotel”. theres no elevator, if you are choosing this b&b, think wisely especially if you get the 2nd floor with big luggages, ooof mannn, forget it! The stairs too steep. Entrance: u have two options, one walk through the bar or through the back door 😂 this is the first time i felt so illegal 🥹 its freaking back door 🥲 Room: ooooff, i hate to tell this, mannn the room was so cold . This is the one and only b&b/hotel that i couldn't even sleep well due to coldness. Im SHAKING THE WHOLE TIME. No blankets can ever covered that coldness. Unless they allow us to adjust the room heater but they dont allow it cause its not october yet?? Like whatttt. Im dying in the room already. My feet cant even touch the floor. Even wore double socks! But still hurtttt. Coming for autumn/winter? Forget it?? Unless they follow customers needs. Staff: they all friendly, no worries. Bathroom: i hate bathroom that don't provide rugs in front of the toilet or inside. Maybe the b&b can fix that and especially the room temperature.

I had an absolutely lovely stay and would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Lake Como. From the very beginning, communication was excellent. The hosts were proactive in reaching out before my arrival, letting me know I could check in anytime and that I could contact them whenever needed. This made the whole experience very reassuring, especially as a solo traveller. Upon arrival, the couple were incredibly kind and even helped me with my luggage, which I truly appreciated. Lucia, in particular, was amazing. She took the time to walk me through what to see and do around Lake Como in great detail. You can really feel her passion and pride for the area, which made the experience even more special. Breakfast was one of the highlights of my stay. It felt very intimate, and I enjoyed chatting with the hostess each morning. The savoury breakfast was authentic and fresh, and something I could never find back home. It was such a treat. The room was cleaned daily, and I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay throughout. What stood out even more was the level of care. When I injured my ankle during the trip, Lucia kindly provided a cold pack and offered additional help if needed. That level of thoughtfulness really meant a lot. The location is also perfect. It is directly opposite the station, less than a 5-minute walk, and very convenient for getting to Varenna and other nearby areas. Despite being so close, I did not hear any train noise at all during my stay. Overall, this was a truly wonderful experience. Warm hospitality, great location, and thoughtful touches throughout. I would absolutely stay here again.

Très bonne chambre. Il est près de la station de métro et très sûr. Au début, je voulais vraiment savoir où est la réception, mais j'ai demandé à ceux de l'immeuble et il est arrivé. Les gens de la réception m'ont accueilli chaleureusement.

C'était propre et assez spacieux, ce qui était génial. Il y avait beaucoup de place, même avec mon porte-bébé déplié, ce qui m'a permis de m'allonger confortablement. Les chambres sont également propres, mais ne vous attendez pas à des commodités. Le bâtiment est à côté de l'université, les étages inférieurs étant occupés par des résidences étudiantes. Par conséquent, le bar du premier étage est un peu bruyant tous les soirs, mais si vous restez dans votre chambre, ce n'est pas un problème. Il y a aussi un supermarché à proximité, ce qui permet d'acheter facilement de l'eau et d'autres produits, mais le trajet en bus depuis le centre de Milan dure environ 30 minutes. Je referais volontiers appel à cet hébergement si je devais séjourner à plusieurs !

Удачное расположение в двух шагах от вокзала. Исключительная чистота везде! Общая кухня: можно что-то приготовить или разогреть. Из минусов - как тут уже писали: непонятно почему невозможно в день заезда заранее прислать коды на вход, если об этом просит клиент-иностранец, т.к. не у всех имеется в момент заселения роуминг или WI-FI. Просьбы по е-мейл и СМС были проигнорированы. Обязательно нужно звонить - стоя перед дверью.

I recently stayed at the White Ribbon Hotel in Milan and had a generally positive experience. **Cleanliness**: The hotel was impeccably clean, which I truly appreciated. The rooms were well-maintained and provided a comfortable environment for relaxation. **Location**: The location is very safe, which is a significant plus. While it’s about an hour's walk from Milan Duomo, the surrounding area has its charm. The street hosts a local market every Saturday and Tuesday, offering a variety of goods at decent prices, which I found to be a delightful bonus. **Check-In Time**: The check-in time is set at 15:00, which I found to be a bit late. An earlier check-in would be more accommodating for travelers arriving in the city. **Baggage Storage**: On a positive note, the hotel offered free baggage storage, allowing me to explore the city without the hassle of my luggage. Overall, my stay was good, and I would recommend the White Ribbon Hotel for its cleanliness, safety, and convenient access to local markets, but be mindful of its distance from the city center.

Il y a une station de bus à l'extérieur de la rue principale devant vous, qui est pratique pour aller à la gare centrale de Milan et à la place de la cathédrale. L'apparence semble être une maison privée de mode, donc si vous ne faites pas attention à la marque, vous la manquerez. La clairance de la chambre et l'attitude du service client n'ont aucun problème.

Very nice and helpful people. Because of my different phone number used, I did not get the check-in procedure from them but lucky enough we arrived during the housekeeping time and met a very nice cleaning lady to help us contact the staffs and sorted everything out. Very nice and clean room with all amenities needed even with free coffee and water in the minibar. It looks just like how the photos displayed on the website. Fast and easy check in and check out. Free luggage locker in the apartment before check in and after check out. Location is pretty good, Metro M4 that goes directly to LIN airport is just around the corner and it takes only 15 min by foot to the city. But the mobile signal in the building is a bit weak, if the cleaning lady did not allow us to use the wifi, it’d be difficult for us to use our own mobile data to open the doors.

Attention! Contact hotel before coming, they will send you directions and instructions by WhatsApp then it will be very easy to find and check in. There is no standard hotel reception but you do not need it. Very easy and convenient. Hotel has a perfect location. Its only 10 minutes walk from Lima metro station ( red line M1), same line with Duomo and RHO ( Salon De mobile exhibition). Room is very clean. Looks like it is just after renovation. All equipment is new. Comfortable bed, good towels. Breakfast is served in the Panzera Cafe (go from hotel to the right, 1 minute walk, you see the Cafe on the corner). For hotel voucher they give you Croissant, coffee and juice. If you used to eat more for breakfast, then better to book without meals and go somewhere else by yourself. I loved this place, thank you for comfortable staying.

The location is in the center and within walking distance to everywhere. There is no reception at the hotel. When you go up to the 4th floor and call the phone number on the door, you are given the door password. overall we were satisfied
