La position est très bonne, à 7 minutes de la gare, à 10 minutes du Musée d'Uftzy, mais il est difficile de trouver, car il n'y a pas de marque d'hôtel! Même si je suis près de 10 m, je ne sais pas venir. Lorsque je lui ai demandé de venir à l'hôtel voisin, j'ai été indiquée sur la petite porte ”à l'endroit”. Appuyez sur le téléphone, ouvrez-le et montez au troisième étage et finalement effectuer les formalités d'embarquement. La chambre est très mignonne. Quand je dis que le petit déjeuner est un départ de matin, je réponds flexiblement: ”Je peux faire le petit déjeuner au magasin et demander la livraison un jour avant.” Il a aussi fourni du chauffage, du réfrigérateur et de l'eau de bain. Si vous quittez la chambre et montez, vous trouverez une terrasse, vous pouvez voir le paysage du toit commun de la vieille ville. Si vous gèrez correctement la procédure de séjour, ce sera un bon hôtel.

We stayed at Agriturismo Podere l’Aione during our Tuscany road trip, and overall it was a pleasant stay with warm hospitality, but there is one important point future guests should know. First, the positives. The property itself is very charming and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful Tuscan countryside. The compound is spacious and relaxing, and the small cottage-style rooms feel cosy and private. The rooms appear fairly new (the property is only about four years old) and have modern amenities with a proper heating system, which made the stay comfortable. Parking inside the compound is also very convenient and safe. The hospitality was excellent. The owner’s daughter who welcomed us was very friendly, helpful and lovely. The lady attending breakfast was also incredibly warm and attentive, making the morning experience very pleasant. The people running the place truly make guests feel welcome. However, the main reason for our feedback is that the first photo shown in the listing does not appear to be this property. The image appears twice in the listing and shows a much larger estate with a very big swimming pool and a different compound layout. We booked the stay thinking it was that beautiful estate shown in the photos and were excited to experience that setting. When we arrived, we realised the accommodation is actually a smaller white cottage-style agriturismo, which is still beautiful, but quite different from the property shown in the first images. The one I uploaded the first two picture does not belong to this property. We were quite disappointed. Some more, it is the first image listed in this property, so we thought it is but if not. Because of this, it felt a little misleading at first as we kept wondering where that particular property in the photos was. In terms of pricing, similar agriturismo stays in this region with comparable cottage-style rooms can often be found for around SGD150 per night. However, we paid over SGD250+ which is roughly about 40% higher, because we believed we were booking the property shown in the main photo with the large swimming pool and grand compound. To be clear, the place itself is lovely, cosy, peaceful and well maintained, and the hospitality is wonderful. Our only suggestion would be for the management to update the listing photos so they accurately represent the actual property, which will help future guests have the right expectations. A small note for guests with mobility concerns: since the compound is quite spread out, you may need to walk a short distance and take a few steps to reach some of the cottages. Overall, it is still a charming countryside stay with very kind hosts, but the listing photos should better reflect the actual property

I was there with my wife for 7 days-6 nights. The location is great, we used it as a base for our daily trips by car. The Apartment was ok, the water in the bathroom sink couldnt go throught fast, which was not that nice. The reception in the night shaft was very kind and friendly. The reception in the day shaft was very uncomfortable, he discussed every single word you said and never try to solve your problems in an easy way. As we checked in, the night shaft told us after we have asked that we could get 1 time free cleaning cause we are staying for 7 days. I told the day reception one day before, and the day after we called and asked when they are comming? The answers were like you are asking a politician why he lost in his elections. Welllll we dont knoww, maybe 10, maybe 3pm, we said sir we want to go out, we dont want to do that before we close our door and be sure that no body is comming. Again he started to philosophize every single explanation. Alot of other examples. In general, the employee can be a problem solver, or making it more complicated. Te kind thing was that i asked him to print me two papers, he did (after telling me to go to the website and search for their email during he has a business card in his hands). The breakfast for extra 12 euro per person was not good, unhealthy, and very very simple and cheap. Not even a fresh juice (juice machine full with sugar instead). First day not any kind of egg, we asked why, they said it is sunday we didnt get egg! Only mini croissants, mini butter, jam, toast, bread, little of salad leaves, if you dont catch the first dish of fresh tomato, you will not see it again. I would not pay more than 5 euro for this breakfast. The place itself was very calm, green, big, and beautiful. It is on the top of the mountain, you have a wonderful restaurant nearby, nice area to walk throught. Good connected to the highway (8-10 minutes to the highway). The gym was very old and neglected. The pool was closed as we we were there.

A Hidden Gem in Tuscany – Truly Special We absolutely loved our stay at I Parigi Corbinelli Residenze. This place is truly something special. The residence itself is a charming historic property that has been passed down through generations since the 1500s, and you can feel that beautiful sense of heritage the moment you arrive. The entire compound is incredibly gorgeous, peaceful, and full of character — it feels like a private Tuscan retreat. We arrived later than the official check-in time, but the owner was extremely kind and welcoming. He even called his son to come and help check us in despite the late hour. That level of hospitality really touched us. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. The hot water was excellent, the heating system worked perfectly, and we had a beautiful terrace to enjoy the surroundings. Everything felt cozy yet elegant. One of the highlights is the garden and breakfast area. Breakfast is simple but perfect — everything you need for a wonderful start to the day, and enjoying it while looking out over the peaceful garden made the morning feel magical. Another big plus is the very safe parking inside the property, which gave us great peace of mind while traveling. Honestly, the value for money here is incredible. The price they charge is almost underrated for such a beautiful place — it truly deserves more recognition. We also loved that there is a resident dog who played with our dog, which made the stay even more special for us. If our itinerary hadn’t been so packed, we would absolutely have stayed another night. This place is the perfect Tuscan getaway, and we will definitely return next time we are in the area. L'hôtel, son personnel, son emplacement et ses installations étaient excellents. Le personnel était très professionnel, attentionné et poli lorsqu'il m'a expliqué les services proposés. Les photos correspondaient exactement à celles de ma réservation en ligne. Seul bémol : si vous utilisez une application de cartographie pour trouver l'hôtel, veuillez rechercher « Royal Hotel » ou « hôtel royal ». La réception, où vous récupérerez votre clé, se trouve dans l'hôtel, et le personnel vous accompagnera ensuite jusqu'à votre chambre.

L'hôtel ne dispose pas de réception ouverte 24h/24. Personne n'a répondu le matin et les bagages n'ont pas pu être déposés. Le reste est correct. Le petit-déjeuner peut être pris dans la petite cour, ce qui est appréciable. La chambre n'est pas petite et le lit est grand. Cependant, la fenêtre ne s'ouvre pas et on ne peut pas voir le paysage. L'emplacement est également bon, on compte principalement sur les taxis. Le service à la réception est efficace et on peut facilement en appeler un. Il faut dix minutes pour rejoindre la ville en taxi. Globalement, le rapport qualité-prix est excellent.

The location and the view is nice, but the location is very remote. Without a car you don't move from there. Parking for a bigger car is okay, if it isn't to low as the access to the car parking is on the hill. Access to swimming pool was fine, but to cold wheater to use it:-( The garden is treated well. The room Camera Superior Montevettolini big an you have a table and kitchnet what it makes it to a superior. But the bathtowels are for this kind of B&B just funny. The bathrooms is new renovated and works everything fine. Not understandable is how a B&B Bed and Breakfast, sells me this room with a Breakfast rate and doesn't want to serve breakfast. They wanted to extra charge the breakfast with some real unrealistic dish prices.... So Trip.com confermed me with breakfast, the B&B told no breakfast. The solution was found by Trip.com with a refund. But that shouldn't be like that, my luck was that I was with my car there and could move anywhere to go and eat. A good coffee, a nice cornetto a little bit of cheese and ham, butter, yoghurt, fruit and cereals is a must for a B& Breakfast! The price range after I now without breakfast is far to high, for End of September and for sure I won't recommend to go there for others. It was my first and last time at this place.

L'appartement est propre et bien équipé. Le lit est confortable et la chambre spacieuse. Les instructions d'arrivée étaient claires. Le bruit de la rue était gênant. Même fenêtre fermée, on entendait chaque tramway. Ce n'est pas un hasard si des bouchons d'oreilles étaient fournis, même s'ils n'atténuaient que très peu les vibrations. Une remarque personnelle : lors de mes précédentes réservations, dans d'autres hébergements, la communication de l'hôte – malgré l'absence de rencontre en personne – était généralement empreinte de gentillesse et d'attention. Ce n'était pas le cas ici, même si cela aurait été appréciable.
